“We left our basset hound with Krissy and her family for a few days while we had to go out of town. The entire time he was there I felt a sense of ease that I had never felt in the past with other pet sitters. Krissy stayed in constant communication with me and was super flexible with our dog’s needs. He doesn’t like to sleep alone and she even slept on the couch with him to ease his anxiety!! She followed every instruction I gave and watched him the entire time he was outside playing with her dogs. At the end of his visit, Krissy was so kind and gave us a little thank you treat and even cleaned our dog’s bowls!! “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. If you have indoor cats, I will make sure they are safe inside of your home at ALL times. I will only feed your pets treats & food that you provide to avoid any allergic reactions. I triple check that all doors to your home are locked while I take your dog(s) out for a walk and after I leave. I am comfortable using any security systems you might have to ensure that your home is completely secure. If you confine your dog to a space for their safety while you are not home, (crate, room, playpen, etc.), I will also triple check that they are secured in that space before I leave. “Karen really saved my Christmas vacation, with little notice she was able to cover over 20 consecutive days so I could go surprise my family in Italy. She took care of my two cats, made sure they always had plenty of water and food. And made sure constantly that the litter robot was working properly, which I sometimes have troubles with. She’s a polite person and oriented in really making sure the pets don’t feel alone and frustrated. She played with them and wrote detailed accounts of her visits! About: Hello! I am a young active working professional. I work from home during the week and am home weekends. I love my Siberian Husky, Pi, and my shorthair Border Collie, Jinx. We like to play catch and go to the dog parks together. Both of my dogs are up to date on vaccines. They love medium to big dogs and not as good with small dogs. Pi loves to cuddle and Jinx can play all day! They are really friendly and sweet. We have pillows and couches laying around and a fenced yard with lots of fetching balls that they can play in. Our house is spacious and we have people home around most of the day. We would love to host other dogs for companionship. I'm working full time from home and control my own working schedule so I will have plenty of time to play with your dog! My two dogs and I typically go outside and play three times during the day. I have a big fenced yard for my dogs (and yours!) with a garden where they can roam around. I also have a little doggie pool in the summer. Our two dogs really like to play outside! We have a small kid who loves dogs and so are looking to host dogs that are friendly with kids.

I have a 6 foot fenced in yard with a large leveled patio and grass for your furbaby to enjoy sunbathing, playing in the snow, running and playing. I currently have a 1.5 year old female puppy named Roxy! She is an ANGEL!! She gets along with every dog. She is about 35 pounds, fully grown. I also have a 2.5 year old son who calls Roxy his “sissy”. He, like his mother is a huge animal (of all kinds) lover. I do have a small crate and an extra large crate from my previous dogs. The small crate can hold up to about a 20 pound dog where the large crate can hold up to about a 100 pound dog. I am willing to discuss whatever it is that your fur baby needs because I know they are all different and require different things!

I really enjoy watching my sisters poodle and cavalier mix. I have also care for my mother in laws dog who was over 100 pounds. I love walking so long walks and potty breaks are easily do able . We will be with the pet most the day besides errands. I would never accept a job If i wasn't home the majority of the day for that animal. I have a fenced in yard, an alarm system and are aware of dogs signals and needs to be able to build trust with them to make sure they are comfortable. With having two children as well my first priority is always safety. I would also be able to send pictures of your pet while you are away so you can see their daily activity as well. I have been taking care of pets on and off since I was about 16 and doing rover for a couple of years now. In my teen years I regularly took care of 2 dogs and 3 cats for a family during their vacations. I currently have a 15 year old dog named Kylie. She is definitely a handful but she is my whole world. I am a huge animal person and always have been so I’m more than happy to help families who need it. I travel for work every 2-3 months or so so my schedule is hit or miss. I’m happy to start with meet and greets if that would make you feel more comfortable. I travel roughly every 2-3 months for about a week at a time for work. Now, 51 years later, through every chapter of my life, milestones, joys, and losses, there has always been a pet by my side. This works particularly well for pets that are used to a routine. My pets include a Labrador Retriever named "Jax" who is 6 years old. Jax likes to run about in our fenced yard.
