“Samantha and her partner were absolutely amazing. They are the best sitters I have met by far. I 10000/10 recommend. Samantha updated me throughout my dog's stay. I will definitely rebook.”

“Nat was wonderful, she accommodated a last-minute travel and extended the stay. Daily videos and photos gave me peace of mind that my fur baby was in safe and good hands. Will definitely be utilizing Nat in the near future. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!”

“Gillian is amazing! This is the longest we had to board our furbaby- almost three weeks. I could see how excited Biscuit was at drop-off, which made it easy for us to travel. Biscuit loves being at Gillian’s because he is treated like family. She also prepared fresh food for him, sent updates to us regularly and made his stay a vacation! Best sitter ever!”

“Brigid was perfect for my older dog Scout. She is very loving and attentive. Scout seemed very content with Brigid, who kept me updated with photos and videos. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Scout.”

“Lori is excellent! Our energetic golden retriever stayed with Lori for a week. She greeted us at the door and allowed us to settle him in before we left for a week. She has a great, comfortable space for dogs, including a large fenced in yard. She has a friendly dog and was sure to introduce them slowly and safely. She made sure Louie was safe, even removing stuffed toys he might ingest. She takes the dogs for walks, including the dog park. She was a great communicator and even sent pics of the dogs playing. She also gave Louie a bath before we picked him up! We will definitely use Lori again. Couldn’t recommend her more.”

“Kimberly was so kind to take Toby my 19-lb Havenese dog very last minute! I have a bad wrist fracture and was not able to take care of him properly. She took such great care of him with only hours’ notice. I will definitely use her services again!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Anna. She took care of our dog Rex. She sent us updates on our puppy and even photos! If you want a pet-sitter you can trust with anything, please book her. She went above and beyond caring for our puppy. Anna is a gem!””

“Mike and Amy are the best. Tonight when they dropped Buddie off, Buddie did not just fly out of the car to greet me. I had to go around to the open door and watch him wagging his tail like crazy in the back of their car and for a moment, I believe he was conflicted because he loves Mike and Amy & Bear so much that he didn't want to choose! It was sweet and made me happy that boarding him didn't seem to work out because Mike, Amy and Bear give him nonstop attention and love that no boarding place could. 💙”

“I really cannot say enough about how amazing Patty is! She was super flexible when it came to our boy Atlas when I was pregnant and still sent daily updates! I will never leave Atlas with anyone else!”

“We are so fortunate to have met Kyle. It is clear how much she loves dogs and goes to great lengths to be sure that they are comfortable. She sends lots of updates, pictures and videos, so the parents are put at ease as well. Our anxious pup was immediately at home, and came back happy and tired from all of the play. Thank you to our new friend Kyle for spoiling our fur baby!”
“Chelsea and Christopher were amazing sitters. As soon as we met we were given a tour of the house, which was the perfect environment for our pup. They were extremely friendly and sent many pictures throughout the stay. Maple was in such a good mood afterwards and we could tell she had a fantastic time. We will definitely be returning customers :)”

“Tiffany is a phenomenal dog sitter! Kept us updated with lots of photos and videos. We deeply appreciated how she treated our pup just like one of her own! We will definitely be using Tiffany again for all our sitting needs ?”

“The best pet sitters we’ve had. It is very clear how much they love animals. We never have to worry about our boys while we are away. Reliable, trustworthy, and excellent communications!”

“Chrissy takes great care of Ronin. She goes above and beyond! We appreciate that she communicates well with us, and Ronin clearly enjoys staying with her. Strongly recommend her!”

“This was Rosie’s second time stay and she once again had a great time! She looked like she was having a ton of fun in running around in the backyard from all of the regular photo updates provided during her stay!”

“We could not be more pleased with our experience using Marisa as a dog sitter! She was friendly and professional and clearly loves taking care of dogs. Her response time is always quick and she sent us daily pictures during Bear Bear's 5 night stay. Simply by seeing the pics we could tell that Bear was in good hands! We will be using Marisa again and again since we travel a lot. We highly recommend Marisa V!”
“Vera was the perfect dog sitter for our Pixel. She sent great updates and pictures throughout our trip to make us feel comfortable and show us that Pixel was having a great time. She is very thorough and asks all the right questions (even the ones that we forgot). Highly recommend Vera for all your doggy needs!”

“Rebecca was great with the pups, took them on adventures, cleaned them up, and introduced them to new friends. She’s super accommodating to their needs and quirks and has been a pleasure to have watch over them!”

“David was incredibly responsive, kind and easy to work with! He took on my elderly 16 year old pup within a 24 hour notice after we found out our Airbnb didn’t allow dogs :( He took great care of her and sent daily updates which we really appreciated! She felt right at home with him and he made us feel very comforted knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely rejoin with him in the future :)”

“We have used Sheronda two times within the last couple of months. We have nothing but praise for her and her family as well as the care she has given to our Elly. She was also understanding when we had a medical emergency on our most recent trip. We love how many updates and pictures we get. You won't get a better dog sitter anywhere. We look forward to using her service again.”

“Lindsay took such good care of my two cats! I got updates with pictures every visit which is appreciated. My cats can be skittish, but warmed up to her immediately. It was a great peace of mind while away. Will book Lindsay again!”

About: I’ve taken care of a dozen or so cats in my years of life and had them since birth and have learned and grown to love and foster their care throughout my childhood and adult life

About: My name is Kylie and I’ve always had such a strong passion for animals. I’m currently in school to be a licensed veterinary technician. While I pursue this, I also work full time in an animal emergency clinic. I have had 2+ years of animal emergency experience, including large dogs and cats, and even reptiles like snakes! I am comfortable pilling animals and have direct access to emergency care 24/7 in case your fur babies need it❤️. I currently own 2 cats of my own and a ball python. I’ve owned large dogs my whole life including a Cane Corso & Giant Schnauzer!

“Merissa and Nick are the best pet sitters I have ever had, because they care and go above and beyond!! Besides the very helpful daily updates on my cat’s food, drink, litter box usage and general behavior, they sent me some of the greatest photos and videos of Hodge, many showing them playing with my very social fur baby. When I returned home after a 10-day trip, the house was immaculate and my mail and newspapers were neatly piled up on the kitchen counter. I knew that with Merissa and Nick my cat was getting the best care possible and was very happy, which gave me complete peace of mind to enjoy my vacation.”

“Scott was fantastic while taking care of our cats for the weekend. He clearly has lots of experience with cats and animals of all kinds. Scott made sure to ask good questions regarding their care needs which made me feel very comfortable having him watch our cats while we were gone. I will certainly be having Scott watch them again!”

“This was our first time using a pet sitter we didn’t know and Elizabeth made us feel very comfortable. She was great with the cats, great communication. I would certainly use her again.”

About: I absolutely love cats and have one of my own. I raised him since he was 3 weeks old and have since spent the last 4 years of his life cleaning litter boxes and keeping him happy and cared for. Not only do I have my own cat to keep me on my toes but I have a lot of experience with the different personalities that cats tend to have as I have fostered kittens for as long as I can remember.

“We appreciate the photos Anna sent while Cookie was there. Thank you for thinking about us. Cookie was happy when we picked her up. We will definitely leave Cookie there again when we visit this area. Thank you so much.”

“I am so grateful to Kim for watching my dog for daycare. Tuna had a great time hanging out with resident pup, Bella; they ran around in the enclosed back patio and she got to hang outside on the deck which is her favorite pastime while waiting for me to pick her up after work. Kim's son took her on multiple walks each day, including first thing in the morning which gave me peace of mind and made our morning that much easier. I could tell Tuna liked spending the day there which is super important to me; we'd love to be a repeat client due to our positive experience!”

“Definitely recommend Natthinee as a dog watcher!! My boyfriend and I left our dog Emma for the day, and she had a blast. Natthinee provided texts and video updates throughout the day. Our energetic dog came back exhausted and happy. We will definitely go back to her in the near future!”

“Brad and Mery were wonderful, and took great care of our dog Maisie. I loved getting pictures and updates daily- it made me feel much better being away! I highly recommend, and hope to use them again in the future!”

About: I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes and will be sure to make your pup feel at home! I work from home and can give lots of attention. I also have a large open yard for play, enclosed kennel space as well, and a small dog for added socialization. I work from home and my own dog stays with me throughout the day. I do regular bathroom breaks, have access to water, and when the weather is nice get out for frequent walks. I have a shaded outdoor kennel should the weather be nice enough for my dog to have some extra outdoor time or use the screened in porch. Lots of options for your pup to get all they need. Your pet will follow the same schedule as my pup based on the time your pet is with me. Morning bathroom break, feeding (if applicable), time with me while I work, regular bathroom breaks during the day, end of work day feeding (if applicable), bathroom break before bedtime, and crated overnight. During nice weather I like to get in 2-3 walks; morning, lunch, and evening. This schedule can be modified based on your pets needs.
“This was my first time using Rover and, remarkably, my first time leaving my dog Maddy with someone in their house, and not my own. Lori was wonderful! She answered all my questions before the day, and answered so promptly too. Maddy and Lori's dog Rees were very compatible, even though Rees is much bigger than Maddy. When I came to pick up my dog, Lori said Maddy missed me and was a bit subdued, but that's to be expected for the first time. Maddy was perfectly fine, and happy to see me when I came to pick her up. I will be booking with Lori and Rees again. Practice makes perfect!”

“Simba had a great time with his new friends. Watching him going on a trail and having so much fun was really amazing. Thank you Patrick & Sara for taking care of Simba.”

“Jess is an expert on all things dogs. She is active is dog rescue and is experienced caring for dogs with a variety of special needs. She watched my senior dog with special needs and was spectacular!! I felt very comfortable and at ease during my day trip (I get very nervous leaving my dog). Thank you Jess!!”
“Our pup has not done a lot of doggy day care, but she seemed to really enjoy her time with Tiffany and her dogs. Tiffany sent great pictures and updates. Which was nice for us nervous dog parents. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.”

“Gillian and Mitch and their four pups are absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming of Biscuit, who fit right in with the pack and had a blast. Came home completely tired and ready for dinner and sleep! Gillian kept me posted if his activities throughout the day. We will definitely go back to her.”

About: 🐾🏡 About Me Hi! I’m a lifelong dog owner, trainer, and former kennel manager with experience caring for all breeds, ages, and personalities. My home is active and structured, with plenty of playtime, exercise, and enrichment. I currently share my home with Border Collies, Labradors, and a few mixed breeds, and we’re active in dog sports like frisbee, obedience, and dock diving. Whether your dog is social or needs their own space, I can accommodate them — as long as they are people-friendly. I strive to make dogs feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you have peace of mind. 🐶 What Your Dog Can Expect Safe, structured, and enriching days: Morning play/walks, breakfast, digest & rest breaks, afternoon activities, and evening wind-down. Large fenced backyard + indoor play area for all weather. Crate-based routine for meals, rest, and overnight for safety and comfort. Daily updates: Photos, videos, and notes so you stay connected. Personalized attention based on your dog’s personality, energy, and needs. 📍 Convenient Location Just 3 miles from Albany Airport Near I-87, I-90, and I-88 — perfect for travelers ✅ What I Provide Expansive fenced yard & indoor play space Wide collection of dog equipment (bring only collar, leash, and food) Experience with puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, and multiple breeds Knowledge of breed-specific needs, safety, and bloat prevention 📌 What I Need From You Vaccinations required: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella Crate-trained dogs only What to bring: Collar, leash, and food (please no beds) Daycare: All daycare dogs require to ha e a m&g and a trial day before being able to book freely. Keyless entries only, will not keep keys. 🗓 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Morning: 6:00–7:30 AM Evening: 6:00–7:30 PM No Saturday evenings or holiday exchanges Please specify a time to avoid overlap — residential area, so we keep things calm for neighbors and dogs 💬 Meet & Greets Recommended for all new clients Please schedule at least 2 weeks prior to your stay 📅 Routine & Peak Season Peak Season: May 1 – September 30 Structured routine: multiple outdoor sessions, playtime, meals with digestion breaks, rest periods — no free-for-all boarding ✨ Why Choose Me? I live and breathe dogs — training, sports, and overall enjoyment are my passion. Your pup will get safe, structured care, plenty of exercise, and personal attention while you get peace of mind and daily updates. We keep a very rigid structured routine. Our day starts between 6-7am, with initial let outs--group play if appropriate to get that morning energy out. Then we settle in for breakfast time, all dogs rest 30 minutes prior to meals, 30 minutes to eat, then followed by another 30-60 minutes to digest. This helps prevent bloat( while any size dog CAN bloat--most often occurs in larger/deep chested breeds, but I take no chances). We then are in and out throughout the rest of the day when dinner time commences between 5-6pm, repeating the same 30-30-30/60 routine. Last let outs and romps wrapping up around 10-11pm. I don't operate a free for all. Fully fenced in yard. Specifically zoned areas for potting and play. Daily house keeping services including vacuuming and daily crate wipe down and disinfection. Dogs are outside as much as we can be, under direct supervision weather permitting.
“David was able to book us within a few days notice and was very friendly and took great care of our dog. he communicated frequently and was able to work with Benders first time being at day care which I really appreciated. Would absolutely book again!”

“Tatiana was so great! She was super kind and sweet and kept me updated throughout the whole day with pictures. My puppy came home relaxed and happy, and was so clean and soft too! We will definitely be back!”

About: 🐾 I’m absolutely obsessed with cats—and honestly, that’s the biggest reason I’m here. Rover isn’t just a side thing for me… I genuinely love spending time with cats and getting to know all their unique personalities. At home, I care for three cats of my own, so I understand everything from playtime energy to quiet, independent moods. I’m also known locally as a stray cat feeder and caretaker, and I always keep cat food in my car—because you truly never know when a hungry kitty might need help. Caring for animals isn’t something I “turn on”—it’s just part of who I am every day. While cats are my specialty, I’ve recently been spending more time around dogs as well and have become increasingly comfortable and confident with them. I’m patient, attentive, and quick to adapt to different temperaments, whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between. When you trust me with your pet, you’re getting someone who is: ✔️ Reliable & responsive ✔️ Gentle, patient, and detail-oriented ✔️ Experienced with multiple-cat households ✔️ Truly passionate about animal care I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own—with love, respect, and close attention to their needs. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, medication, or just keeping them company, I’ve got it covered. I’m also very flexible and able to travel, so feel free to reach out with whatever you need—I’m happy to make it work!! Pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I recently bought a house here in Albany, so it’s just me and my studies now — which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to devote to caring for your cats. As a law student, my classes are only on Mondays and Wednesdays, so the rest of the week I’m fully available to spend quality time making sure your cat (or cats!) get the love, attention, and care they need. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping your cat’s routine consistent and stress-free. That means fresh food and water on schedule, a clean litter box, and plenty of playtime and affection — whether that’s cuddles, brushing, or just quiet company if your cat prefers space. I always make sure to respect your home, follow your instructions closely, and send regular updates so you know your pet is happy and safe. If I’m welcoming a cat into my own home, I create a calm, cozy environment with safe spaces for them to explore or retreat to, depending on their personality. I treat every cat as if they were my own — with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.
“Mark & Sylva were great hosts for my dog when we needed a few hours of care while my son toured a nearby college. They were welcoming and kind and did a great job with her. I'd happily book again if we're in Troy in the future. Thank you!”
“Patty took great care of my puppy. She was patient with me and provided extra updates and pictures during his first visit to make sure I was comfortable with how he was doing. She treated my little guy like her own. Already booked next visit.”

About: I’ve been an animal lover all my life❤️ I have been catsitting and dog walking since I was around 13 years old! I bring a calm, attentive, and nurturing presence to every pet I care for. I have experience caring for both energetic young pets who need structure and consistency, as well as senior pets who benefit from a gentler pace and close monitoring. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering oral medications if needed (I have 3 cats and 2 of them require medications themselves so I already do this daily!) and maintaining routines so your pet feels safe and secure while you’re away. I’ll keep you updated with thoughtful check-ins, photos, and honest updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in capable hands. I work full time from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. I am available for dog walks and drop-in visits before 7:30 AM and anytime after 2:30 PM on weekdays. I’m also available on weekends with advance notice. I strive to be flexible when possible and am happy to discuss specific scheduling needs to ensure your pet receives consistent, reliable care. I provide attentive, reliable care for pets in the comfort of their own home. I understand how important it is for animals to stay in their familiar environment and maintain their usual routine while you’re away. During drop-in visits, I can let your dog out for bathroom breaks, provide fresh food and water, administer oral medications if needed, and ensure they get appropriate exercise and playtime. I’m also comfortable crating dogs when required and following any specific household or training routines you have in place. For cats and other pets, I handle litter box cleaning, feeding and companionship tailored to their personality and comfort level. I always aim to leave your home just as I found it and will send detailed updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: (she/her/hers) I mean, who WOULDN'T adore those two orange boys? 🥰🥰 Chili and Chalupa were adopted from Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue in Denver, Colorado, in January 2023. They rule the house, and I can't wait to love your pet like I love them! I am often available for same day appointments within a 3 mile radius of Slingerlands. I am flexible with responsibilities as well- let me know if you want your space left a certain way (AC on, bathroom door closed, etc) and I'll make sure you have peace of mind about your home while you're out. I love taking photos of your pets! I often send lots of updates during walks and drop ins, from when I get there, to what we're doing, to one more before I go. **Please be aware of and respect my service radius and availability windows. My lower sitting fees are a result of a smaller service area and limited availability due to a separate work schedule. If you need a walk, please book a walk and not a drop in. Drop ins are for fenced in private yards, cat visits, and other similar situations.** I have a very flexible schedule and I am happy to commit to both long and short term care. Travel in the Guilderland area is not a problem. Please don't hesitate to send a message if you aren't sure I can meet your needs. I'd love to chat! I am known for being very thorough in cleaning up after myself, whether that's keeping your kitchen clean or cleaning up after dogs on a walk.
“Megan is awesome! My dogs love her and she is very reliable. She shows up at the agreed-upon time and always sends messages and pictures. My neighbors have also said that my dogs look very happy walking with their new friend :)”
About: I have great experience with all types of animals in all ranges of age and necessities. I have worked at a barn as well as volunteer at my local animal shelter. I also grew up fostering puppies and kittens as young as days old. I have multiple pets of my own and they are my whole world, I treat any animal with the same level of respect. I work part time but my schedule is very flexible with an enough time in advance. I am free pretty much all day on weekends and most consistently after 3 on weekdays. However my schedule does shift and I am an early riser so I can make most other times work. I currently do not offer home services in my personal house. At a clients home I will listen to whatever instructions are given and keep everything as similar as possible for overnight and drop-in visits to help keep stress levels down for your animal.
“Jessica went above and beyond for Daisy! She was so patient and understanding of our shelter dog's need for slow intros and some extra support learning to walk politely on the leash. She was super communicative and took care to follow all the instructions we gave her. We recommend her highly to anyone who needs walking/petsitting services!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I could remember. I love them so much. Everyone calls me the dog whisperer whenever they need a helping hand with their fur babies. I do charge an additional fee for gas, due to gas prices being so high and the high intake I receive from my guests. I currently work part time but I’m available usually after 9am throughout the week. I do work weekends usually but I can be flexible with stopping in the morning and evenings times for your fur babies. I am temporarily in a transition moving right now, for the Army National Guard. I am living at Home until I receive my new orders. So I will come to you for any of your visits you need for your fur babies!

About: As a lifelong dog lover and owner, I understand how important pets are to a family. I provide dependable walking and sitting services with patience, attention, and genuine care. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I value building trust with both pets and families through consistency, communication, and kindness. I work part-time, but I have open and flexible availability. I am willing to adjust my schedule to meet the needs of clients and provide consistent, reliable care, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize safety, comfort, and consistency. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and any special instructions provided. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and supervision while maintaining a calm and secure environment. In a client’s home, I respect their space, keep everything clean and organized, and provide regular updates so owners feel confident and informed. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, loved, and cared for as if they were my own.
About: In addition to dogs and cats, I love and have cared for many animals my entire life. I grew up caring for the family cat, dog sitting for friends and family, and working for the Prospect Park Zoo in NYC. As an adult I've volunteered for multiple animal shelters, and now care for my own baby Tortoise. As someone with a pet myself, I know how important it is that your sitter adores and respects your animals' needs. I prioritize your animal's health, safety, and happiness! I am a graduate student, giving me a pretty flexible schedule! I am typically completely free Thursday through Sunday. Drop off visits are possible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, especially in the mornings or later at night. Making sure pets get the attention they need is a top priority for me. Being a student, writer, and researcher, I work mostly at home. This allows me to spend additional time hanging out with those pets that enjoy some human company. I also love hiking, walking, and spending time outdoors. So if your pup needs to get some energy out in the woods, I'll be more than happy to be their guide! I can house small pets for a night or two - I live in a ~700 square foot apartment with a balcony and ample access to the outdoors. But someone cannot always be home, so cats and independent small dogs are preferred.
About: I've grown up with many different breeds and sizes of animals. I have owned a Carolina Dog since 2020 and a Pitbull mix since 2021. I'm currently working full-time and my availability is after 4pm on weekdays with open weekends. My availability will be opening further over the summer time. I will ensure to follow all rules and precautions when staying at a clients home, i.e. crate training, leash on walks, remain in fenced yard.

“Rebecca was great with the pups, took them on adventures, cleaned them up, and introduced them to new friends. She’s super accommodating to their needs and quirks and has been a pleasure to have watch over them!”

“Alyson was wonderful! She was very patient with my dogs, even when they got nervous and peed on her floor. They quickly warmed up to her and her dog, and from the photos she sent, it was obvious they were having a great time. I will definitely rebook with Alyson.”

“Kaitlyn was amazing! She helped us out when we were in a pinch and needed dog sitting for a weekend with only one days notice! We had never had Lucy boarded anywhere before and we were a bit nervous about the process, but it went so smoothly! She sent pictures to reassure my kiddos she was being well taken care of! I would definitely recommend her services and will be using her again for dog sitting in the future!”

“Kassandra and Johnathan were great with our Puppy Leo! He is a big ball of energy and they were great with him and he loved playing with their dog Charlie. I would recommend to anyone in the area and will definitely bring Leo back when we need boarding again!”

“(I have a BullyMix) Jayla is great! Warm personality can see she is caring and my pup will be in great hands and he was!! This was my first time and my pups first of staying overnight and overall with someone he doesn't know. She shared pictures and updates and accommodated my delay in schedule. He seemed happy and at ease! Thank you will be booking again.”

“Jonathan was great while sitting our Cooper! He accepted our last minute reservation when another sitter left us without someone to take care of him the night before our trip. Jonathan’s dog, Oreo, was a sweetheart and kept Cooper company the whole time. Thank you Jonathan and Oreo!!!”
“I highly recommend leaving your dog(s) here. He was great with the dogs, very flexible with his schedule and very accommodating. Great communication and he had a great place for the dogs to play outside.”

“Deanne was great! My husband and I both felt like we were in good hands. We loved the photo updates that she sent — we could see that our dog was happy and well cared for. Will use her services again!”
