About: Cats have always had a special place in my heart! I grew up with a cat who was part of my family from childhood until he passed away a few years ago, so I have many years of firsthand experience caring for and living with cats. They are truly one of my favorite pets, and I especially love how every cat has such a unique personality. I understand that some cats want all the cuddles and attention, while others need a little more time and space to feel comfortable. About: I have raised and cared for my families dogs as well as my own personal pets since I was a child. From puppy days to senior life, I have experienced it all and have enjoyed every moment of it. For me, having dogs around is a must! I currently work 4 days a week at a brewery in Rochester. I am available for walks and check-ins Tuesday/Wed all day, Thursday-Friday 8am-11am. About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. I played with them, took them hiking, the beach, cuddled on the couch and learned about what they liked and don’t like and what makes them happy. I made sure that their owners were happy as well. When I was asked to come and dog sit again, the dogs would be waiting at the window waiting for my arrival. These dogs were sure happy to see me when I came back to dog sit them! I have plenty of time to play with your pups 🐶I would be available for boarding on the weekends and week days after 4pm. I would be happy to give lots of love and attention/play to your fur babies! I have a fenced yard and have two fur babies who love to socialize. I also love to spoil your dogs too! I work from home twice a week and can pet sit on the weekends as well! About: During my youth I was surrounded by all sorts of animals. My dad took in cats and my mom fostered dogs. Living in the country, a few of my friends had farms with an assortment of animals. My junior and senior year of high school I moved to Tennessee and enrolled in 4-H. My family started a little farm of our own. Which included goats and chickens. I had planned to go to veterinary school. I ended up having to move back to New York. Now I’m here in Georgia! There were a few animals that stuck out to me while growing up. First my all black main coon. She was my first animal. A Rottweiler named Brutus, he ate every left shoe. My first ever coon hound mix. His name was Eli. During my middle school times I received two mastiff pit bull puppies for Christmas. I raised both of them. Once they were trained, one of them was given to my great grandfather as a companion. The other stayed with me until my father’s dog passed and he eventually took my dog. They are ever happy together. After high school I spent most of my time working. Making ends meet. From waitressing to working at a hospital as a patient care technician. May of 2025 I moved to Georgia and was expecting a little boy in August. My mother does rover and she had gifted me the information to maybe help my situation. I had a few under the table clients down in Georgia and I found that I throughly enjoyed spending time with animals. I remember why I wanted to go to veterinary school. I can be very flexible. I do have a baby that would most likely come with me. He is good with all animals. Setting boundaries and keeping the separation is always a priority. If that’s not a problem, I can come by any time of the day. I have reliable and consistent transportation. Regardless if I’m just stopping in or staying, I always respect and try to leave your home in a better condition that I found it. Making sure there’s a safe environment. “I recently adopted a bunny and we were going away on vacation for a few days… we needed someone who was able to watch my her while we were gone. We had a very nice meet and greet with Julia and she was very flexible with where my rabbit would stay, as well as how much space she could roam around in. She offered a whole room, that would be gated at the door, for my bunny. Since the meet and greet went so well, we booked her for the days we would be traveling. She made sure there was a carpet for my bun’s feet so she wouldn’t be on the hardwood floor. She put baby plugs in the outlets so my bunny couldn’t get to them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bunny with Julia and her family, they were all very kind. They even put a camera in the room so when they weren’t with my bunny, they could always keep an eye on her. My bunny seemed very comfortable and happy with the situation and adjusted very well because of Julia’s hospitality. Julia offered everything she could to make sure my bunny had an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking Julia again!!”

About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.
