About: I was a hands on member in my own dogs professional training, and I have taken care of friends and family’s dogs of all ages and breeds so there’s really nothing I haven’t seen before. That being said, I am well-versed in the high demand and needs of puppies and can confidently say that I am trained to care for them and all the hurdles that they entail. About: I grew up having dogs! My family had the sweetest golden retriever growing up. She loved going for walks and loved meeting new people. We took care of her through an injury and arthritis which made walking challenging. My family got another dog who is a giant mix rescue with a very different temperament. She is terrified of new people and hates the mailman but I have worked with her to interact with others and work through some of her fears. I have also spent a lot of time with friends and family dogs and have dog sat a few times, too. I am looking for summer care options as I will have free time since I am a full-time teacher. I have over 14 years of hands-on experience with dogs, including supervising groups of up to 30 dogs in a professional dog daycare and caring for puppy groups under 4 months old. For more than five years, I also organized dog hikes throughout Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT, giving dogs a safe, structured, and fun way to exercise and explore.
