About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. About: I have two boy cats and one of them has experienced kidney stones. I have had to administer liquid and pill medicine many times. I maintain litter boxes daily and I always spoil my boys with the best food toys and treats. I also know how to fend off food fiends. Playtime is my favorite time I try to mix things up and provide something new for them to experience every day.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I believe consistency and routine are the best thing for animals. I’ve attended many training sessions for my pets. I am a Kindergarten teacher so will have the whole summer off to play and be with pets! During the school year I can do after school visits and walks. I have two friendly dogs who love to play. About: I've had a love of animals ever since i can remember. Growing up we always had a dog as part of the family along with a multitude of other pets and I can't imagine it any other way. I've raised dogs from puppies and loved them until their last breath. I have puppy pads available for those who are not yet trained and those who have lost their ability to tell you when they need to go. I am a Registered Nurse and am very familiar with giving not only oral and topical medications but injections as well. I also have an amazing vet I've been going to for over 15 years, literally within minutes from my house just in case the unexpected happens. I have watched multiple dogs for family and friends over the years and I've also fostered/rescued and re-homed over 7 dogs in the last 20 years some of whom came to me in pretty rough shape and I cared for them until they reached their full potential and were ready to be loved by another family. If i could have kept them all I would have but I had to make room for the next fur baby in need. I currently work full-time as a RN but have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis. My animals are never left home alone for an extended period of time. I also have a large cages with lots of clean blankets for boarders to be put in for a short amount of time if need be.

I'm able to remove ticks and have a first aid kit always on had and a base medicinal understanding and can administer medication if needed. I'm also doggy and human first aid certified (American Red Cross). If your pup is spayed/neutered, vaccinated and well socialized (or needs a little nudge and isnt aggressive or reactive) I'd be happy to take them to a dog park with or without my pup Luna. Does your dog have a special diet? Bon appetit, I'll be sure to get them their right food at the right time! Senior dogs need love too, I'll be patient and we can take a nice and easy stroll or take a little car ride! Speaking of, I have room in my subaru for any transportation your pup may ever need (including a doggy seatbelt). Overall, I'm flexible and want to help you and your pup have a happy life! I am currently employed but my schedule is very inconsistent at this time so reach out for availability checks and I can work with you! I'm very flexible in my scheduling. Right now I do not have the capacity for boarding or keeping any dogs besides my own at my current residence. Here we have a large yard with room for our pups to run and their recall work has been going well. Dogs can be on the furniture minus the kitchen table! We also have a large basement with room to run there too. In your home, I follow your rules and will respect your privacy. Please inform me of any specific requirements in your home or anything I should be aware of. I will act professionally and respectfully, just like I would ask someone if they were entering my home. As for care in your home, I will utilize any items/devices you ask, i.e. special training collars, leashes, e-collar devices (I have experience with these as I use them on my own dogs). About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 11, I grew up around more dogs and cats than I can count. I love being around them and I love spending time with them. About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for.
