About: I’ve owned cats my whole life. My current cat is a sassy senior tortie named Queen. I'm well versed in reading body language through ears and tail. I have lots of experience with senior cats with health conditions; managing pet prescriptions and special diets. I'm comfortable administering medications if needed. In the past, I’ve taken care of my parent's diabetic asthmatic cat by giving her insulin injections daily as well as using an inhaler on her. Animal rescue is my biggest passion! About: My very first pet of my own is my beautiful calico cat, Nala. I love her beyond words and I would treat your fur baby just how I would want someone to care for mine! I have been cat sitting for over 10 years, as one of my very first jobs was watching my neighbors cat while they were on vacation. She was diabetic so I had to give insulin and make sure she was feeling okay without her mom and dad around. There’s nothing too weird or crazy I won’t do to make your pet feel loved and cared for while you’re away! Don’t hesitate to ask.

I've taken care of a variety of different animals since I was very young, from dogs, cats, lizards, bunnies, chinchillas, guinea pigs etc. I've grown up living with dogs since I was a child so I'm extremely comfortable around many dog breeds big and small. I have lots of experience with big dogs and am really comfortable walking them, I grew up with 2 rottweilers and a great pyrenees so I'm used to a big dog on a leash. I have 4 kids(1-16) so the dog must be good with small children. I do work during the week. Someone is home during the summer and school breaks. About: Miranda has grown up in a home with furry friends since she was 6 months old! Everyone in the family has always had dogs. Miranda has raised 3 of her own from being a puppy to a full grown fur baby! Charles has also grown up his entire life with dogs running around his house. About: Well hello everybody! I have owned and cared for cats my whole life! I would consider myself an expert even with the most challenging kitties and cats of all ages. Most of the cats I have had as pets have been special needs as well so please don’t think your little fur baby is too “difficult” for me! Also, I have been professionally taking care of pets all of my whole life. at most I’ve had 15 cats, 4 dogs, 1 turtle and 1 lizard. poop doesn’t scare me and neither does piddle! I have also had a plethera of pets that had special needs. therefore, if your pet requires special care, I am 100% willing to do that to ensure that you’re comfortable and that your fur-baby is too ☺️ Elderly pets are no worry. If your pet sprays I don’t wish to board them mainly because I don’t want their potty scent throwing off my animals. I have 3 cats of my own at my house. if your pet doesn’t agree with cats boarding probably won’t be the best solution for you! I have a completely open schedule that allows me to be around for you and your pet needs almost everyday of the week. I’m awake around the clock and don’t mind working with odd hours either! I would refer to the pet owners wants, wishes & concerns and of course treat them like as if they were my own little fur baby!

My golden retriever, Simba was well taken care of in her home, instead of in a kennel at the overpriced “fancy” boarder in Ithaca. She sent me updates and pics daily and answered all of my texts within minutes! When my arrival time changed last minute, she was flexible and understanding. I will be using Destiny in the future and recommending her to other dog parents that I know!”

Duke has separation anxiety and is only now developing good socialization skills - he originally came from a puppy mill (unbeknownst to me), but Arya (being a sitter as well as a dog trainer) knew just how to take care of him. Duke grew very comfortable with him and I’d be happy to utilize Arya’s services again. He did a great job.”

Sometimes after staying with a sitter, Marley can be a bit clingy. You would not know I was gone with how relaxed she was when I returned. I highly recommend Andrea!”

“This was our first experience using Rover and Irina. She is a sweetheart and clearly loves dogs! She was very accomodating and I think my dog was very comfortable there. I got pictures and updates to make me feel better about being gone and having my dog at a sitter. There was other dogs there as well and they all got along just fine!
