“Erika and her husband took fantastic care of my little senior chihuahua. They made sure he got all his medicine and special diet. I knew he was in the right place when he seemed so comfortable at their house. ( He is generally very shy around new people and pets.) He got his daily walks in their fenced yard. It was very comforting to know he had a secure place to wander around since his vision and hearing is impaired. They are also genuinely sweet people who obviously love animals. Also fantastic that they are generally home during the day to supervise the pets. A+++ experience. Will definitely use their services in the future!”

About: I’ve had a family dog forever! Family and friends are always asking to take care of their pets for a quick walk, potty or dinner. I have my own dog that I take care of so I know how much someone can love their dog as if it’s their child. Your pet will be in good hands! I teach so I am off for the summers. I can drop in over the summer and walk your dog if you’re on a day trip hiking or to the beach! Your dog can even play with mine at a dog park if they get along, she’s up to date on shots and is very friendly! My dog is solely on leash unless she’s in a fenced in area, so I have no problem walking your dog on leash. I have taken care of dogs from 10 pounds to 70 pounds and all sorts of energy levels.

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was a child. I had a cat named Snickers who had kittens. Then, I had two boy cats named Butterscotch and Cutie. Then a cat named Molly who passed away from a stomach tumor. Then we had two girls named Pinta and Sandy. They had two dog one was a Rhodesian ridgeback (Rook) and the other one was a black lab (Dixie). They both need to be walk everyday. I took them to the vet when needed. About: I’ve had a dog all my life. I adopted my most recent pup about 2 years ago and he’s a happy pooch. We walk three times a day and visit our nearby park regularly. He gets his yearly shots and monthly nail trimmings. I am the go-to choice to sit my friends’ pups, and have senior dog and puppy experience. I work from home, so can keep an eye on the pups and play with them regularly. I currently walk my own dog three times a day, visit the nearby park (Harlem rd park) after work most days, and visit Knox Farms dog park once or twice a month in the summer. I have a small yard 90% enclosed, so walk dogs regularly. There are friendly neighborhood dogs that we can interact with. I work from home, so play with the pups often. I promptly clean up accidents, if they do happen. I do not smoke and our house does not have animal smells. It is carpeted and we have a big sectional that animals can lounge on. We have a cat that has high safe places he can go to. I reward good behavior with praise and an occasional treat. Bad behavior is met with a stern “No”, but we have not had to break that voice out lately!
About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. About: I have been pet sitting for about 15 years, everything from quick play dates to extended stays lasting over a month. I've worked with a variety of dogs including a 13-year old 4 pound chihuahua, a vizla that required 5 or more hours of solid exercise a day, a 160 pound mastiff that thought he was a lap dog, and a very scared dalmatian/husky/german shepherd mix that needed some serious work on social interations. I've dealt with skunk attacks, bee stings, an intestinal blockage and various types of aggression. I AM NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO STAY OVERNIGHT DURING SITTINGS. I KEPT IT IN MY PROFILE BECAUSE IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN BOOKING MULTIPLE DROP-INS At the end of last year I ended up taking in 3 Doberman puppies that I had dog sat for regularly. I was able to find a home of one of them but the other two are still with me. Because of this I am not able to do extended stays that require me to be gone overnight or dogs that cannot be left alone for a few hours due to separation anxiety or medical reasons. But if your dog is friendly please consider boarding! I currently work from home with flexible hours most of the time. My schedule is very accommodating and I love being able to take advantage of nice weather or last minute requests. The yard where I am is NOT fenced in, but it is very large with several acres of wooded area in the back. For dogs that need to stay on leash there is a long tie out and plenty of walks. I never let the dogs play outside without supervision. There are two other friendly dogs on the property (in addition to my own 2) and two dogs next-door that come over to play all the time. So we have our own mini, well-mannered, well-socialized dog park.
About: I grew up with a dog until I was 18 (Westie - Minnie) and then after college was adopted by a wonderful rescue sphynx (PyeWacket). Over then next 20 or so years I have had 4 sphyx cats (PyeWacket, Forty Two, Tesla and Cairo) and 1 Lyikoi (Cypher). Over the last year my house has had 4 puppies (from 8 weeks), 2 turtles, 2 Guinea pigs, 2 full size dogs 6 cats and multiple fish. I also often house sit for a very smart chihuahua named Mazie. Currently in between jobs so my schedule is fairly open. Like early and late walks due to the heat but open for anything. Open to late night feedings if needed. I treat your animals like they were my own. Love to play, hang out and what ever your little one needs. Need to make sure they know they are loved.

About: I have been working with dogs since I was in 6th grade. I trained my childhood dog through a 4H program and we completed at the county fair each year in Obedience and Rally. Now I have a rescue who over the past 4 years we've helped work through a lot of reactivity and she now is an active participant in Rally competitions and other classes. I have now spent two years on Rover and adjusting to a new life style back in my hometown looking for a little extra cash. About: I have taken care of my sister dog for 7 months her name was chichi. I had lots of experience with taking her to walks, making sure she used the bathroom on her walks, also bathing her. I am very playful with dogs and make sure they eat and have a clean bowl of water. I work at my other job during the afternoon but I still am available to take care of your pups from 11am - 2:30 pm. I will always keep your pup in company. I love to watch over playful dogs and love to teach them new tricks. I’m a very kind and generous person and comfortable to be around with dogs.

“Rylee was fantastic with Puppa. She took him for walks and played with other dogs while she was dogsitting. She fed him some chicken and rice, such a treat! Rylee updated me every few hours and send me videos of him having a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend her to dog sit and hope that Puppa can stay with her again.”
