“Alex took great care of our elderly dog Dudley. He spent 4 days with Alex and his family and came home relaxed and in great condition, having apparently spent his time lounging around on a variety of comfy couches with companions and enjoying the wood stove. (Alex sent us daily pictures.) Alex has a lot of great outdoor space for an active dog, but his home also works well for the aspiring heat-seeking couch potato.”
“Arya lives in the country with plenty of space. I like that my dog was in the house versus in a barn as she gets cold. My dog loves other dogs so it was great that Arya had 7 other dogs for her to socialize with. She was walked often and I received several videos. I like that he has an enclosed barn where she could run off leash as her breed needs a lot of exercise. I hope in the future she will be able to play with Arya’s dogs off leash in the barn or an enclosed fenced off area.”

About: I have a dog at home that is 5 years old that I take care of. I can provide medicine to any dog and can provide senior care also! I am currently working part time this summer. I am available weekly to walk and babysit dogs! I can also provide walks multiple times a day if needed I will take them for walks three times a day and will take them to a dog park. About: I can't wait to meet your doggies! We’ve rescued a few bulldogs in the past and I am comfortable taking care of dogs with special needs but love all kinds. We currently have 2 senior fur babies, and a young Chihuahua. I have pet sit for friends and family and am excited to make new furry friends. I work a 9-5 remote job, so I have lots of flexibility and my evenings and weekends are free. I love taking my doggies for walks. If your dog loves car rides, like mine does I am happy to bring them on adventures. I have lots of toys to play with! I am happy to host dogs in my home or go to them. About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that since I was eight years old I have been taking care of cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents. I have 25 rescue cats back home in California in which I work with rescues for free vaccines and neutering and spaying. “Great cat sitter! Karla was very communicative and left me feeling assured that my kitty (Josie) was getting the very best care. She sent pictures and a short update with every drop-in visit. It was clear from the pictures that Josie was completely relaxed and happy around her. My cat has asthma and requires an inhaler twice a day. Even though Karla wasn't able to practice administering the inhaler during the meet & greet, she did fantastic during her visits. I'm always concerned leaving Josie with someone new due to her inhaler, but I did not have to worry about that with Karla. Karla was fantastic and I will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future when I need someone to look after my kitty.”
About: I grew up in a household full of animals and have been pet sitting for neighbors for as long as I have been old enough. I've had dogs, guinea pigs, a rabbit, chickens and numerous other small creatures who I have loved over the years. My profile picture is of my parent's golden doodle! About: I've cared for dogs of different sizes over the years and I love to cuddle, walk, and pamper pups. We have a fenced in back yard and I like to take long walks with dogs if they're up for it. We have a 4 year old boxer/hound mix who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. We keep him away from guest dogs, there's lots of room in the house for each dog to have their own space and still get lots of love from me and the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take breaks through the day to care for puppies, whether that's a quick potty break, fun walk, or play time with balls and toys. When boarding, I make sure pups get any meds they need, plenty of time outside, and snuggles on the couch (if they're the snuggling type). I know some dogs need longer or shorter walks, and I make adjustments based on what they need.

About: I have grown up around dogs my entire love and absolutely love them. I have one small rescue dog of my own who I trained on my own. I spend my weekends at the Cleveland Animal Protective League walking and training all different types of dogs, so I have experience with any type of dog you could think of! About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!

About: I have a small dog, an indoor piggy, and a caged bird. I have grown up with pets, and always make sure they are properly taken care of. About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old! My entire live I have had dogs all around me and apart of my family. I have many years of experience working with animals, from pet-sitting in my home, neighborhood, and campus to volunteering in animal shelters. I am a third-year environmental science student at Cornell University. I have experience administering oral and topical medication to pets, have cared for senior pets, and know how to safely remove ticks. I love hiking and will make sure your energetic pup gets all the exercise they need! I have a car and am happy to bring animals along on adventures. I I usually wake up early, so I don't mind an early walk or feeding schedule. I typically go to bed around 11pm-midnight, but I am happy to work around a pet's schedule, especially to accommodate any medications or weather. I was raised to leave things better than I found them, so I always do a thorough clean before I leave a petsitting gig (including washing sheets, so you can go straight to bed!) About: I have had Pets my entire life and have taken care of them since I can remember. I take care of family friends Dogs and Cats. I’ve house sitter for them and taken their dogs for walks for years. I love treating each pet with the same level of love they would get from their owners since they aren’t there. I do dog walking services around my neighborhood and enjoy being able to look out for our furry friends. I have been taking care of pets all my life. I am home for the summer from college and without a full time job I am able to be of pet care assistance at almost anytime. I believe that taking care of pets is a high priority in life and it deserves the same time and care as any other job. About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. It works out well because I’m a very active person who likes to get outside as much as possible—hiking when the weather permits and bringing him along with me. This is in part due to my ever-changing, flexible schedule. I have a few set shifts during the week, but for the most part I make my own hours and I have time to be available pretty much whenever I am needed!

“Arya lives in the country with plenty of space. I like that my dog was in the house versus in a barn as she gets cold. My dog loves other dogs so it was great that Arya had 7 other dogs for her to socialize with. She was walked often and I received several videos. I like that he has an enclosed barn where she could run off leash as her breed needs a lot of exercise. I hope in the future she will be able to play with Arya’s dogs off leash in the barn or an enclosed fenced off area.”

About: I can't wait to meet your doggies! We’ve rescued a few bulldogs in the past and I am comfortable taking care of dogs with special needs but love all kinds. We currently have 2 senior fur babies, and a young Chihuahua. I have pet sit for friends and family and am excited to make new furry friends. I work a 9-5 remote job, so I have lots of flexibility and my evenings and weekends are free. I love taking my doggies for walks. If your dog loves car rides, like mine does I am happy to bring them on adventures. I have lots of toys to play with! I am happy to host dogs in my home or go to them. About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.
