About: Hello, My name is Candice. I am a fur Momma to two Dogs. Princess Lola is a 7 year old Chocolate Labrador who is my gentle giant. She enjoys long walks with her dog friends and playing with her human brothers and sisters. Scrappy is a 14 year old Westie/ Bischon Frise mix who enjoys snuggles from his family and his bed. He is blind but navigates and acts like he can see. I did have a third fur baby that crossed the rainbow bridge last year as he lost his fight with cancer. My Brodie was a 13 year old Long Haired Chihuahua/ Papillon mix and in his younger years enjoyed playing nose soccer with his family. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a child! My love for animals has motivated me to enroll in vet tech school, starting this fall. I specialize in small mammals, such as rabbits and hamsters, and have owned my own. I have also cared for guinea pigs, parakeets, and aquariums. For dogs, I have experience working with both small and large breeds! I regularly look after my neighbor's dog, and love every opportunity I get to spend time with her. For cats, I have primarily done drop in visits, but have experience with administering medicine to shy cats by building trust over time. About: I have been dog sitting for a couple years already, I love to dog watch and have 2 fur babies of my own! Both of my dogs are predominantly pit bull so I am super comfortable handling bigger dogs or even dogs with attitudes. Family friends trust me to care for their pets while they are gone and I will always care for other pets as if they are my own. I love animals and if theres any other animals other than cats or dogs feel free to reach out! I used to have ball python and also know how to care for reptiles. I am currently still looking for employment so my hours are super flexible! I occasionally will have appointments but besides that I will normally always be available. It all depends on your own preference, I can always drop in to either feed or walk your pets. If you really wanted I could also bathe your pets or I could just stay at your house while you’re gone. About: I've been around dogs all my life and I'm a big advocate for the bully breeds. I know how to hold a big strong dog that just wants to say hello. About: I was a hands on member in my own dogs professional training, and I have taken care of friends and family’s dogs of all ages and breeds so there’s really nothing I haven’t seen before. That being said, I am well-versed in the high demand and needs of puppies and can confidently say that I am trained to care for them and all the hurdles that they entail. Having rescued my fur baby as a puppy off of the streets, she’s had her fair share of difficulties. Everyday has been such a blessing to see how far she’s come, and continues to. I have such a firm belief that dogs are truly a man’s best friend, and their greatest companion and deserve all the time and love that they deserve. Just from getting in walks everyday, to intentionally setting time aside to play with them is so important. In my home, I pretty much hang out with my Blaze as much as I possibly can. Every hour that I’m home, my dog is right by my side. Even when leaving the house my Blaze is in the backseat of my car ready for a road trip. I think to be deserving of a dogs love means putting in the time to treat them with the care they require, whether that time goes to an extra long walk, or play time with the ball, or even making sure she’s getting all the nutrients she needs in her food. How I can for my dog is how I intend to care for any future clients dog, with care and time.

Maddie clearly enjoyed her 3 days, enabling us to sight see in NYC without worry. Generously, Barbara dropped us at the rail station when she collected Maddie, and picked us up again. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. I owned two Miniature Pinschers growing up and I adopted one Australian Shepherd mix that has special needs as an adult. I trained all of my dogs from the time they were puppies until they passed away as seniors. I also volunteered at the Humane Society of Westchester. I've always enjoyed being around animals since I was young and animals tend to feel the same way about me. Animals who are usually timid around strangers are comfortable around me right away and they seem to trust me right away. I feel like connecting with animals (dogs specifically) is a gift that I have. Being a sitter is a great way for me to use that gift in everyday life. New clients get a free 2027 desk calendar that has photos of my clients and my dog as well (check my photos for a preview). I'm able to adapt to the normal routine of the pets that I'm sitting in order to make the process as smooth as possible. I don't have a lot of room in my studio apartment so I'm only able to watch either 1-2 small dogs or one medium sized dog. Large dogs are too big for my apartment. If I'm at a client's home, I'll change my schedule to meet the needs of the pet. I believe all animals are unique and all have different needs in order to thrive in the environment that they're in. I'm willing to meet those needs by building my schedule around the animals that I'm sitting.

About: I like to pay attention to your pet’s cues to determine their wants and needs. I’ve primarily helped friends and family with their pets and the more I spend time with animals, the more I fall in love. I currently work remotely from home. Mornings and evenings are easy! Afternoons will require some maneuvering but I can be transparent about my availability based on your needs and the dates of service. Depending on the distance I can stop by 2 or 3 times a day. I’m only offering drop-in services and walks at this time. I would be respectful of your space and focus on what I’ve been hired to do. If you need me to refresh your pets belongings, brush them, or wipe them down, etc, I’d be happy to. I have a daily routine with our family dog so I’m happy to continue any routines with your fur baby.

My dog Charlie has trauma/aggression issues that make it hard for me to feel safe leaving him with a sitter, but David was extremely attentive and extremely careful. And when my dog got finicky with anxiety and didn't want to touch his meals, David went the extra mile with treats and enticements to keep him eating regularly. Charlie was in the best hands around. “Ryan EXCEEDED my expectations! He has an intuitive way with dogs. He is very knowledgable about dogs & dog behavior. Ryan is the real deal-- a true animal lover & kind, decent human being. He communicated well with pics and updates during my dog's visit. During our initial meeting I felt an instant rapport he had with my dog that put me at ease. His home is VERY dog-centric! The visiting dogs are not confined and are free to mingle and find their own place to relax. There are ample dog beds, couches, human beds and floor space for lounging and sleeping. I especially appreciate that Ryan limits the number of dogs he boards at one time to a very small group, & makes sure they vibe well together beforehand. The living space Ryan and his boarders occupy is all on one level, which is great for my dog with arthritis. There is a wooded trail for walks adjoining the yard, and a guest bedroom if a dog needs some quiet alone time. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and I plan to use him again!”
