He communicates very well, sending photos and updates to ease MY separation anxiety, and is respectful of the routines and schedule that I have with her, making sure to keep things consistent. After the first boarding experience, my dog Babyblue loves Daniel and his dog Charlie, and gets excited whenever I show up at his gate. He’s got this pool and dog agility thing going on that would have you second guessing that it could just be a daycare. He even helped to crate train her! (wasn’t in his profile but I’ll take it) If you read til this point it’s pretty clear that I would highly recommend Daniel to watch over your pup, he/she will be in good hands, and your mind will be at peace.”

About: I’ve cared for pets ranging in many shapes, sizes, and species for friends and family for several years, with three of those years being in a professional setting at My Pets Place: Boarding facility. I've cared for all ages and am happy to administer medication, including insulin. I also enjoy researching pet care and behavior and staying up-to-date on different training techniques in my free time. From walking multiple times a day to bath time to cleaning fish and reptile tanks, just let me know what you need and I got you! I currently work part-time at a daycare and boarding facility. I am available in the morning before 10am or after 9pm. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, I am available just about anytime. I care for your pets by doing exactly what you say works best for them, but left to my own devices my care will range from pet to pet as best as I see fit. For example, I'd walk farm dogs more frequently than dogs that tend to be less energetic, but at a minimum, everyone gets played with, fed, brushed (if supplies are provided), walked once for at least 30 min, and medicated if applicable.

About: I've had dogs for over 20 years but began fostering dogs about 6 years ago. I have fostered with the NSPCA and other organizations both here in Las Vegas and in California. I also have a 10-year-old cat that I’ve raised since she was young. When she started having trouble using her litter box, I didn’t give up or get frustrated. I’m especially comfortable caring for pets with medical needs. I’ve given insulin injections to my younger brother with Type 1 diabetes as well as a close friend’s diabetic dog, so needles and strict medication schedules don’t intimidate me. I’ve also administered eye drops, ear medication, and oral medications to my own dogs, including caring for one of my dogs while he struggled with painful eye conditions that required daily treatment. Since I’m studying nursing, being calm, detail-oriented, and following medical routines accurately is something that comes naturally to me. I’m also an active person. I love being outside, going on walks, running, and staying busy, so energetic dogs are honestly my favorite. About: Hello, my name is Alexa (some friends also call me by middle name, Cecilia). I have been a dog lover and parent since I was young, and as an adult have gotten the opportunity to care for a variety of breeds and ages. I have experience with small breeds, senior dogs, and puppies/adolescent dogs in my own home as well as when friends and neighbors need some extra help. Medication regimens, playtime, training sessions, and of course some cuddle time are all in my comfort zone. I currently have a part-time job in the evenings only a few days a week, and also take classes at UNLV. However, most of my schooling is online and my work schedule is very flexible as well. After the first boarding experience, my dog Babyblue loves Daniel and his dog Charlie, and gets excited whenever I show up at his gate. He’s got this pool and dog agility thing going on that would have you second guessing that it could just be a daycare. He even helped to crate train her!
