I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. He's a no nonsense guy who seems to really care for dogs and client parents concerns. I will definately be using Onrae in the future!”

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life from german shepherds to dachshunds . The only time I can recall not having a dog was the first couple years in the Navy because I was out to sea so much. I love dogs of all sizes! I currently have a 10 year old weimaraner of my own Ari. So your precious pup will have someone to play with while staying with me. I take my own dog on walks/hikes, to dog park, runs, and swimming when we can find water for her. For being in Navy veteran and nurse, I am responsible and will take good care of your pup. Plus, there is vet not even .25 miles from home, if something where to go array which is not likely. Can't wait to meet you and your pup! I am currently in masters program and working remote and essentially here all day with them. Plenty of potty breaks and walks to come. Safe friendly neighborhood I have a fenced yard and lots of easy safe walking my neighborhood. I can crate them if you prefer but they are allowed on furniture here.

About: I can stay at your home or I can board your pets at my home (boarding only if you have small lap dogs). For boarding, I keep your pets indoors with our pets in our personal living space so your pets should be clean, house-broken, and tolerant of children. We have a very clean home with mostly red brick tile throughout (except for the bedrooms which have white carpet). We have a small doggie door which enters into a small fenced area (4'x12') for self-potty breaks while we are at work (if your dogs know how to use a doggie door). We can also close this door if your dog is an escape artist. Our home is located in the east mountains off the Zuzax exit (about 15 minutes from Tramway Blvd). We both work (I have summers off) so we come to Albuquerque every day via I-40 and would be happy to pick up your pet at a meeting location if the drive is a pain for you. We have a huge horse barn and several acres as our backyard. We have a mini-horse, three mini goats, three chickens, two small dogs, and a cat. Why is my rate so reasonable you ask? Because we don't do this to make a living. Getting to care for other peoples furry children brings much happiness & joy to our lives too. If it was a pain in the rear, we'd charge much much more. But it's not, it's a treat for us. I also automatically donate 5% of my pet sitting fee's to K9's for Warriors via Rover.com. K9's for Warriors provides service canines to warriors suffering from post-traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injury as a result of military service. About my yard: We have a huge backyard (5 acres), some areas are fenced some are not. If your dogs are diggers, I'd worry that they might get into the chicken coop or the goat area. We do not want to host large outdoor dogs at this time, until we get proper sturdy fencing around the entire property. We are currently only hosting indoor lap dogs at this time. My experience administering medication: Yes, I will administer medication (including shots) unless a dog bites or gets squirrely. I accommodate your pets needs around my work schedule. In the Fall or Spring I occasionally have my teenagers sports events or meets to attend. I treat you pets like my own and if I’m caring for your pets in my own home they will be included in my regular life, living room time (sunning windows, movie nights on the couch, etc), grass time, playtime, sleep time, etc.

About: After having three dogs for many years, I am an expert at walking more than one--with expandable leashes, it's like flying three kites at once! In addition to long (or short) walks, I also like snuggling with pups on the couch. I currently have one 20-pound pup who gets along with almost all other dogs and loves having guests. For boarding and daycare, a meet and greet is a must. I have a very flexible work schedule and I mostly work from my home. I love taking frequent walks and petting dogs throughout the workday. I do not have a yard but like taking walks at all times of day, so your pup can still get plenty of exercise. I am familiar with senior dog care and am comfortable giving pills, following special diets, etc.

About: I've been taking care of my dogs/cats since I could walk. Started walking the neighborhood dogs at 14 and everyone loved it. I would house sit, including bathes and any medicine, for everyone's dogs when they needed me to. I will be a full time student and have a full time job. However I plan to be able to walk dogs between school and my job everyday if I can. I can be available weekends during the day. Tues through Thurs nights are my nights off and I will be at to stay at the house as long as needed for whatever care is needed those days after class. I unfortunately can't host pets due to living in an apartment. I will make sure your pets get enough enrichment, exercise, and cuddles/pets. I will be willing to bathe and or medicate animals if needed. I will clean up after the animal. I regularly take care of an elderly dog who gets medications twice a day and have experience with medicating cats as well. I work a full time job and do full time school. I will be able to check on any dogs before school and between place as well as after work. Fridays through Sunday I don't work until evening so I can spend all day taking care of your pets. I won't be able to host due to living in an apartment. I will play with your dogs including just running around the yard with them if you have one. Make sure they are properly fed and always have plenty of water. And of course make sure they get snuggles if they want to.
About: I have grown up with a house full of animals since I was born until now. By the time I was five, I had 10 puppies to look after and care for while having two cats and lastly, five horses.
