“Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. About: I’ve lived and cared for cats for my entire life. There was never a time in which there were less than 2 cats in my household but it was usually 3! Most of my cats were ones I’ve had from the time they were 8 weeks old until they were seniors so I have plenty of experience with the needs of cats of all ages. Some of my past cats had health issues which has given me experience in administering medications and accommodating physical disabilities. I have 3 cats currently ranging in age from 1 to 5 years old and most of my day is spent with them attached to my hip (one is a Siamese, if you know you know lol). “Misty stayed at our house, taking care of our two cats and did a great job!! Our cats are very skittish, and do not really like strangers, but Misty did everything she could to socialize with the cats and make them comfortable. By the end of the stay, I believe the cats were not as afraid, and started warming up to her, which is a big accomplishment! She sent pictures and updates daily, and assured us that things were going well. She kindly agreed to feed and water the wild birds and rabbits, and even sent pictures of them. About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.

I keep his areas very clean, he drinks only from a fountain, and I keep him to a strict feeding schedule (much to his chagrin and occasional break-in attempts of the food container). My frogs, Gus and Markl, need live food once a week and clean water every day, and I maintain a heat lamp schedule for them as well, as well as regular maintenance to their bioactive terrarium. When my parents are out of town, I take care of our two dogs, Lilo and Clara, and nine chickens. The dogs need to be walked, the chickens need to be fed and their eggbox cleaned, and there's lots to do to make sure everyone is comfortable. Lilo's pretty anxious, and Clara's getting up in years, so I make time in my work schedule to return home midday to check on them if I'm out and about. Depending on your pet's needs, I'm flexible in terms of schedule. :) It's important to me that you are confident in your pets' safety and comfort. I will not take dogs outside without a leash, unless they are in a fenced-in yard, and I don't let cats outside unleashed on principle as I believe this makes them a danger to themselves, other cats, and smaller animals. You can expect photos from me of your pets if you'd like them, and if they let me I'll happily clean out eye-boogers, snuggle with them, and ensure that they have love and companionship during the stressful time you're away.

I used to be a dog trainer and can help teach many cues. I work during the day but during the night and weekends I can help. I work full time at an animal shelter as a behavior Specialist. About: Hello! I’m Miranda and I love animals, I have volunteered at my local animal shelter for almost a year! I helped with dog walking, socializing the dogs with people and with community events to help the light shine over our animals. I’m going to be a substitute teacher for this next school year! During the summer I am wanting to stay active and make new furry friends along the way. I’ll be available during the weekends when the school year is in session, but I am also committed to work a schedule after school hours as well. “Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

“Onrae is my very first Rover experience. Onrae responded quickly, professionally and was very responsive. I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. He's a no nonsense guy who seems to really care for dogs and client parents concerns. I will definately be using Onrae in the future!”

About: Ever since I can remember, I've had a furry friend by my side. I've had dogs, cats, rodents, fish, and birds. I'll be more than happy to hang out with whatever species your babies are! I work nights, so im available pretty much every day to check in on your pets and/or take them on a walk. I work nights, so I'm usually available from 9:30am-4pm for walks and drop-ins, but occasionally I'm available past 4. I try to be as flexible as I can, and am usually available for short notice pet care. Please let me know if there are any special care instructions for your babies! I prefer to care for pets in their own home, but if your pet is okay around other dogs, I am happy to watch them in my home as well. I have a decent sized fenced yard, as well as 3 dogs and 2 cats. (Please let me know if your pet does not get along with other animals!) When I'm caring for pets in your home, I take care to respect your privacy and only go in the parts of your house that are necessary.
