She suggested a meet and greet with our dog at her place before we went away. While Millie was with Alexa, we got daily updates and photos. Both Walt and Alexa worked hard to make Millie comfortable and taken care of! They even faced the challenge of a dog who was not a fan of walks. They took the extra steps to care for our Millie who has a few quirks (but we adore her)!”

“I’m usually very nervous about leaving Benji, he’s wary of strangers and takes a long time to warm up. That’s why I was genuinely surprised at how quickly he trusted Akshay. While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.”
“My furbaby was comfortable with Keirstin. He spent a day with her before his 3 nights of boarding. He was quite excited to see her again to start his boarding for which I was pleased to see.
