Shaun and his family treated Betty with such love and took so much time to understand our dog, Betty's, routine and personality prior to her visit. When I arrived to pick her up, Betty's tail was wagging as she "introduced" me to Shaun - along with his son and wife. What a lovely family and the perfect home to leave Betty. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Connor was wonderful with Mickey. Easy going with pickup and drop-off. His cousin Patrick who lives with him was very friendly as well. It was nice to know there was always someone in the house with our beloved pup. We had a situation come up with Mickey that was out of our control and Connor handled the situation so well. He completely put us at ease and went out of his way to make sure things were totally under control. “Hsin Yun & Phi were fantastic! They were super responsive and let me check out their place beforehand, which really put my mind at ease. Throughout the trip, they kept sending me updates and photos of my dog, which I really appreciated. When my flight got cancelled because of the government shutdown, they were incredibly flexible and understanding about keeping my dog longer. Honestly, their willingness to help during such a chaotic situation meant so much to me. My dog was clearly happy and well taken care of. Would definitely book with them again!”
“I’m usually very nervous about leaving Benji, he’s wary of strangers and takes a long time to warm up. That’s why I was genuinely surprised at how quickly he trusted Akshay. While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.”

“We are so grateful to have found these sitters, especially last minute when our pup wasn’t feeling well. This was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous. Lucas and Katherine couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. They were amazing with giving her medicine, checked in daily with updates on how she was eating, and taking the medicine and always sent the sweetest pictures. They even went out of their way to make sure she ate by picking up yogurt, which she loved! Our dog looked right at home and so happy the whole time, which gave us such peace of mind.
