About: I have taken care of animals all my life. I grew up with small pocket pets (rabbits) and birds. As an adult I have dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and alpacas - all of which live with me on my small farm. I have experience with giant breed dogs and higher energy dogs. I have plenty of availability and flexibility in my schedule. For boarding, I am home all the time but in the chance that I am out, my family (all adults) is usually home. So your pet will rarely be alone. I am offering overnight boarding in my home. We are a family of 4 adult so there is almost always someone home. We do have a cat and a 6 month old puppy. We have a fenced in yard for your dog to run, but I will also take them for walks around the neighborhood.

I will not be able to accommodate request in Pennsylvania. I am a business owner, so my schedule is flexible for pop-in visits. I'm always out and about, which means stopping by to care for your pet is no problem. While living in North Carolina I worked in rescue and became familiar with various breeds and temperaments of dogs of all sizes. I can administer various medications including intramuscular injections in canines, am attentive to dietary needs, and am knowledgeable on symptoms of illness in animals. I also have some knowledge regarding dog training. Personally I have two dogs and two cats as well as assist my mom in the care of her two dogs and I treat any animal in my care I treat as if they were my own. I currently work mornings and some evenings at a horse farm so I’m available mid to late afternoons, later evenings, and if needed early mornings before 7 am. While caring for your pets in your home I will take the utmost care in making sure security measures are met as well as maintaining cleanliness of the areas that the pets are in.
