I contacted a few people, but kept coming back to the Furry Farm. I sent them an email, and Kirk immediately responded explaining how life on the farm works. I don't often leave my dog behind, and all of my nerves were calmed throughout several messages leading up to her stay. I got lots of photos and several videos during her vacation, and she received a bath on pickup day. I hope to book next year's vacation here as well! About: I am an animal lover and would love to help take care of your furry, feathered, and scaled friends! I have 3 cats and since I was born, I have always had at least one cat and fish. I also love dogs and have experience with farm animals, too. I can help with feedings, waste clean-up, walking, play time, brushing, and whatever else you may need. I am also happy to take photos, send you text updates, or do a phone call/video chat with you during the service so I can keep you informed with any updates and to put your mind at ease (I know how stressful it can be when you've just met your pet sitter and you're away on vacation, missing your babies- I've been there!). About: I’ve taken care of dogs pretty much my entire life. I can’t help but love on dogs. They have so much to offer and live so deeply. I work full time during the week. Once I’m home and on weekends I am all about loving on my own Willow! We love to play and go for walks as much as possible. Usually by bedtime we are both exhausted. I do not have a fenced yard but we live in a quiet development. Since we are in the back it is safe. Dogs can have free roam of the house if they are potty trained. We do have small area sectioned off for our own pup that we can use if not potty trained. Our own pup is crated trained and in her crate when we aren’t there as well as at night. We prefer the same.

About: We are dedicating this to our Baby Diamond, a pittie that we had since the age of 6 months. She gave us unconditional love for 13 years. We truly miss her. When I heard of Rover and look into it, I felt that this would be a way for me to meet all types of breeds of doggies and love on them and help fill that void that losing Diamond has left. About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.

I can work almost any time of the week as long as I know a day before 9am-10pm monday -sunday, I can take them on walks, take care of them in your home or mine depending on size of animal. I love having specific notes about each pet as well so that I can be certain that I am giving them the care they require. As of right now I am very much open and flexible when it comes to my schedule. I currently work in the delivery field so I try to work several hours in between checking in on my furry friends. With this kind of work I have been given the opportunity to spend more time with my own dog so I also like making time for him during my day as well. However, I've found over the years of doing this that some pets need more one on one time than others for a variety of reasons (from age to anxiety to specific medical reasons) so I can absolutely adjust any time slots I make in the day to attend to any specific needs a pet may have. As I said before, I love having as much detail of a pet as possible so I can make sure they are getting the care they need. The more details the better and that goes for scheduling as well. My dog is a family member. He has several dog beds but prefers to sleep on my bed. He's not one to gorge himself on food so we usually fill his bowl in the morning and let him eat as he wishes sometimes topping it off during the day. We keep his water constantly filled and fresh. The only thing I can't give him is constant access to the backyard as we do not have a dog door, but when we let him out he generally decides how long he wants to spend outside as out yard is completely fenced in. I generally do not follow my own rules for my own dog when caring for someone else's pet. I believe in trying to follow their schedule and rules to the best of my ability as I feel that the owner knows best. If I ever have any concerns I reach out as soon as possible and discuss the best course of action to the concerns I have. About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.
