Emily was amazing and my 2 cats warmed right up to her. She took such great care of them. She went above and beyond even making it to take care of them during the blizzard. He is almost 12, very particular about people, and not the easiest dog to win over — so the fact that he was excited to go back says everything. As chaotic as our day was, it was such a huge relief knowing he was happy, comfortable, and in such good hands. Jackie’s flexibility, kindness, and obvious love for dogs really stood out. “I’m usually very nervous about leaving Benji, he’s wary of strangers and takes a long time to warm up. That’s why I was genuinely surprised at how quickly he trusted Akshay. While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust.
