As someone with no family or anyone trusted nearby to watch my newly rescued Chihuahua with separation anxiety (along with some anxiety myself 😅), Pat not only took the time to understand my baby’s needs, but also to make ME feel comfortable. After my dog’s 3-day stay with Pat, I consider her to be a part of our little family. The first day was a rocky with my dog’s anxiety and sadness over me leaving her for the first time, but Pat was incredibly kind and patient, and gave her exactly what she needed to be comfortable. The next day, my girl was loving on Pat like she’s known her her entire life— and vice versa! Pat took her on walks, spoiled her with turkey and pup cups (I told her beforehand this was okay!), and kept me updated every chance she could with pictures and the CUTEST videos. About: I have experience taking care of dogs and cats! Dogs that are more trained and have troubles with eating during given dinner hours! I have lots of experience with shy cats and anxious dogs, given my cat has been very shy towards others, and my dog is incredibly anxious! About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. In the last years of my 14 y/o dog’s life, I provided senior care and accessibility to her when she became blind. It was an honor to be there for the last parts of her life. I do not have any pets currently, but I’ve always had a good connection with animals I meet in homes and out and about. My friends and family entrust their cats, rabbits and dogs in my care whenever they are away or need a bit of help in the day. As a freelance worker, My afternoons and evenings are ever-changing. My mornings and midday are always available. That being said, I have a very flexible schedule and can figure out a plan that works for you, too! When I am in charge of care at a client’s home and their pets, I take that responsibility as my top priority. I am always aware of where your pet is at any moment, and your house will be kept up to the same cleanly standards if not better.

“How can I find the right words to describe a literal angel on earth?? As someone with no family or anyone trusted nearby to watch my newly rescued Chihuahua with separation anxiety (along with some anxiety myself 😅), Pat not only took the time to understand my baby’s needs, but also to make ME feel comfortable. After my dog’s 3-day stay with Pat, I consider her to be a part of our little family. The first day was a rocky with my dog’s anxiety and sadness over me leaving her for the first time, but Pat was incredibly kind and patient, and gave her exactly what she needed to be comfortable. The next day, my girl was loving on Pat like she’s known her her entire life— and vice versa! Pat took her on walks, spoiled her with turkey and pup cups (I told her beforehand this was okay!), and kept me updated every chance she could with pictures and the CUTEST videos. About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. Im currently off for the summer but teaching summer school for the month of July. My schedule is pretty open and much if what I do have scheduled is flexible. Although I live in an apartment, my complex is extremely pet friendly with 4 dog parks and a full walking loop with poop bags around the entire property.
About: I’ve had dogs before, so I’m comfortable managing and caring for them daily. I also grew up around about 16 dogs, which helped me develop patience, confidence, and the ability to handle different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I understand routines like feeding, walks, supervision, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. During the school year, I’m available before and after school. I leave for school in the morning and return around 2:40 PM, so I’m dependable for afternoon, evening, and weekend care.
