She followed all of our household instructions carefully, including removing her shoes at the door and washing her hands right away. I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I have a full time job Monday through Friday but am generally available on weekends and occasional weeknights. I’m also more flexible on Fridays. I’m comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes. My only regular scheduling limitation is 3:00–5:00 PM on weekdays, when I'm busy with school pickup and getting my children to their afternoon activities. Weekends are generally open and flexible, and I'm happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your pet's routine and your travel plans. My flexible schedule allows me to provide more than just a quick check-in—I can give your pets plenty of companionship, attention, and care throughout the day. I’m playful and attentive, but I’m also responsible and observant—I pay attention to your pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. I’m happy to care for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, including larger dogs up to 100 pounds. I also welcome cats! About: When my family adopted our first dog, Jennie, a German Shepard mix, I had made it a priority to walk her almost everyday and play with her so she was never bored. I also helped train her when she was a puppy, teaching her how to sit and how to give her paw. I also took care of her when she became older, helping her down stairs and cooking her healthy treats like salmon and chicken. My family has since had two different foster dogs (American bully and Pitbull) that I love to spend time and go on walks with. I’m currently home from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands and would love to spend it with your pets! About: I have had a dog most of my life, and I love taking care of my family and friends' dogs. I have a 10 year old daughter who loves animals and will give your dog lots of attention. ** MUST be kid friendly** I work from home most of the time so my schedule is flexible. I am able to provide regular walks, provide lots of play time and frequent bathroom breaks. I have a quite a large yard and live in a neighborhood with plenty of space for long walks. However, the yard is not fenced in. ** I only accept one dog at a time, unless they are currently living together.

About: Pet owner, pet lover! I have been sitting for friends and family since I was a teen. I also grew up around large dogs. I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. I am currently freelance with WFH tasks and gig work and schedule my other jobs around my pet care calendar. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of open space to walk. With me, your pup will have 24/7 one-on-one attention. They are allowed on the furniture and will always be supervised. I also have room to set up a crate if they are crate-trained but most of the time they will play and hangout where I am. I have 2 cats that do well with dogs. The cat food is raised off the floor and litter boxes are located in the main living space and are scooped immediately.
