The photos she sent were not just a snap shot but him doing the things he likes , like staring out a window(like he does at home) , sleeping in her husband's office while he works (like he does with me in mine), to running in the yard and playing with their dog. She gave our dog a home for 8 days not a kennel or doggie daycare(not knocking them) but this is different. I currently have a 14-year old diabetic cockapoo (I'm comfortable administering insulin and other meds) and a 11-year old shih tzu puppy mill mother. My family and I have participated in the Pets with Wings program and brought homeless puppies back from St. Thomas. About: We have always grown up with pets in the family and most recently adopted a Lab Retriever. We have been responsible for training, walks, play time, feedings, baths, and medication. We both will be going to Grad school. Erynn will be attending school online, Josh will be working a hybrid school schedule. About: My home was set up for an 80lb dog with a fenced in yard and areas around the house. Should be very comfortable for any dog. I’m very attentive to the pets, making sure their needs are met and that they are safe and sound. When I take on a job, my schedule is pretty cleared out for it since I’m a retired person. I can schedule my time around the care of your pet. I care for pets in my home by keeping an eye on them. Taking them out into the fenced yard and walking them twice a day. If they like to play fetch or tug I’ll do that with them too. I keep them fed, watered, exercised and rested.
About: I've had pets in my home all my life and have always helped care for them. Including: dogs, rabbits, rats, lizards, and fish. Dogs have always been my favorite animal and I love caring for them by walking them in interesting places or feeding them, even sleeping with them! I finally got a dog of my own at 15 and for the past several years have walked her weekly. Now I have 2 and have learned to manage them both while walking simultaneously. I try to go on light hiking trails or to parks, switching up the location every time. I am currently free most weekends. On Fridays, I'm free after 2 PM typically, but occasionally my girlfriend will be free, in which case she can take dogs on Friday morning for boarding. Just ask and I'll let you know when I'm available on a particular Friday. In my home, my dogs are well-fed with a healthy diet of kibble twice a day, eggs in the morning, and chicken strips at night. They each get baths once every few weeks. We also always prefer they are never alone for more than a few hours at a time. If we leave even for one night, we make sure we have someone visit them every few hours for feeding and letting out. Otherwise, we make sure they feel as loved as possible with lots of petting and sitting together!
“Yvette was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time boarding with Rover and it was a great experience. She treated my dog like her own & it was obvious they had a good time! Yvette sent lots of pictures & videos, took my dog on a bunch of long walks and played fetch. She has a great set up in her house with plenty of toys and the perfect backyard for play. About: I let sit for my sister and my god parents all the time! I spent time with their cats and dogs have taken care of them all! They love when they favorite human me watch them and we have a lot of fun together! I work 6am-2:30pm and home on the weekends and every evenings ! I would plan my schedule accordingly to make sure that they are well cared for and that they are not by themselves for any length of time! I would provide a great experience for all of who is involved! I look after them as they were my own and with care and love! They will be fed walked played with care and respect! I look after them individually and as a group and will provide support to them when needed!
