“A day before I was due to leave for a weekend trip to NY I found myself still struggling to figure out arrangements for my 5-year-old chipoo, Dixie. I've never left her overnight with anyone before - only for a few hours here and there with family members. Dixie and I both suffer from separation anxiety (from one another haha) and I began searching online not thinking that I would ever find someone good enough to watch my little girl. When I came across Anita and Kirk, I knew instantly that they shared the same love for dogs as I. Dixie and I went to visit and check things out early the next morning and what amazed me most about Kirk and Anita was their attention and dedication to each animal and their specific needs. My specific need was that my little girl would be able to sleep in bed just as she does at home. Whatever your dog is used to at home, they will replicate it! From the pictures and videos that I received for the two days that I was away, I was able to tell that my baby was being spoiled on the Furry Farm just as much as she is at home. They made sure Dixie was comfortable and they reassured me that she was safe and well taken care of. They are definitely one of a kind and I doubt that I'd ever be able to find that level of treatment, care, attention, and affection with anyone else. I would recommend them over and over again and will certainly be using their services again when needed. About: My first pets were a pair of kittens I rescued from a park during my brothers’ baseball game. Cats hold a special place in my heart even though I do not currently have any of my own. About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.

About: I am currently a student in a Veterinary Assistant program. I am certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. My husband and I live alone in a one story home with two dogs, Kailey, who is a 2 year old Pointer/Lab Mix and Jordan a 4 month old hound/lab mix. Both our dogs are friendly and energetic, and love to play with other dogs. There is no fenced-in area at our home, but there is a closed in dog park about 1 mile away that we can take dogs to, We would prefer not to watch dogs that have a habit of chewing furniture or housing, since we rent our home. All dogs should be up to date on vaccinations and shots.

All my plants are pet safe. I don’t use any chemicals that are harmful in or outside my home. Over an acre is fenced in for your pet to run freely. On hot days I have baby pools i can fill up for your pet to play in. If your pet is a swimmer i have a beautiful pet friendly lake within 5 miles of my home and love to take them to swim. I also have several dog parks close by. When transporting your pet i have pet seatbelts for your pet’s safety. My home is extremely clean inside and out. Most importantly I will always have my eyes on your pet. They will not be left alone.

I am home from college for the summer and do not work a part time job currently, with this free time, i am able to give these animals the care they need almost 24/7. “Kirk was incredible to work with. I had asked him many questions and he got back to me quickly with answers. I have been struggling finding the perfect place to take my fur babies when I work long hours or am away for a night occasionally. He was flexible with the hours I needed for drop off and pick up. As soon as my dogs got there they were venturing around the enclosed fence area and seemed very happy. My maltipoo has separation anxiety and you wouldn’t have known it when I dropped her off to Kirk. My boxer is a puppy and Kirk was willing to take on having a high energy puppy for a long duration of time. I can’t say enough good things about Kirk for this being only my first time taking my dogs to him and his wife. I will be booking again immediately and have every intention of using Kirk and Anita for any needs I have in the future regarding doggy day care and/or overnight stays.”

About: For the past 4 years I have been pet sitting and dog walking for multiple families and have 3 dogs of my own and 3 cats. I have two boxers and a great dane, and I am a true animal lover and would be thrilled to be able to take care of your fur babies! I am a very available, I do work night shift 2-3 nights a week 7pm-7:30 am. I am usually up early as well and open to any times. I’m working on traveling full time and this is a great part time gig that I have control of and I can take with me on trips. I care for clients pets/ homes just as my own. I have house up to 6 dogs in my house for an extended period of time. I like my living space very neat which having so many dogs seems redundant but I still manage
About: I've taken care of my own pets since middle school, and have always had a passion for animals from even the littlest of betta fish all the way up to dogs and cats. All animals have a place in my heart, from puppies to the older guys that just like to relax. I'll make them feel safe, comfy, and most importantly I'll always make sure they're truly taken care of. As a nursing student, that caring and attentive nature is a huge part of who I am. As a student my schedule is quite flexible! My schedule changes on a week to week basis but always feel free to reach out and ask because I’m usually available for at least a couple hours every day :) I'm a very detail-oriented and attentive person. My top priority is ensuring your pet's routine is maintained perfectly, from their specific feeding schedules to their unique personality quirks. I am reliable, easy to communicate with, and will send plenty of photo updates so you can relax, knowing your pet is in great hands.

“I am so so glad I found Victoria on Rover -- highly recommend if you need a sitter for your animal bb! <33 My dog has some health issues which affect his diet, and is a generally shy / anxious lil guy (like myself), and I can't express how grateful and secure I felt knowing Theo felt safe, cared for, and happy while I was away. Victoria has so much experience and compassion working with animals, and you can absolutely tell by her kindness, attentive care, and communication. I appreciated every message and cute picture of my pup Theo on walks, smiling, and relaxing with Victoria (and Remi, Nova, and Luey!) In addition, I appreciated the add-on booking allowing Victoria to come pick and drop Theo off.
