I was always under the impression they sat in a corner and missed me with all their tiny hearts, but no - Debbie had them going the whole time! One fell asleep on the drive home due to the days action, the other needed every minute of tthe days action! Her property is amazing! Gorgeous setting only maybe two or three miles from downtown Bernardsville. So much safe space to run and play in. I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. This was Luna's first time away from family, so she was a little nervous at first, but with Jaqi's love, she was able to adapt to the new surroundings well and make many new doggie friends. Jaqi had incredible communication, sending us a note and picture of Luna within 10 minutes of us first dropping her off, showing us that Luna was already settling in. Throughout our trip, Jaqi sent links to fun videos (also posted to her Instagram) of Luna and the other dogs playing. Jaqi has a wonderful backyard for the dogs to explore and her dog Andre is an incredible doggie-host! It's so expansive, spacious and very safe, it's like a luxury dog hotel! They are such kind people and really made Peanut feel so welcome and right at home. Over the July 4th weekend, they went above and beyond by sending me adorable photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear Peanut was so happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and individual attention. This was without a doubt the best boarding experience I've ever had. About: Dog lover who wants the occasional companionship of a good boy/girl. I’ve personally cared for large and small dogs, yellow lab/setter/Bichon Frise, And have wanted a dog of my own for awhile. Currently, being new to New Jersey and traveling 1-2 times a month for work, this plan will have to be temporarily put on hold. Lucky for those who need the occasional dog sitter/walker and myself, rover allows both parties to be happy and fulfilled. My house has a small yard, but we have multiple parks within walking distance. I have the ability to work from home when needed, but my availability for the most part will be on the weekends or nights on weekdays. I look forward to meeting as many dogs as possible! I work full-time but work remotely around 50%. Looking after a dog during my remote work days is very easy and I can accommodate most things. Any time my profile is set to available I am working from home I have a fenced in small yard and live within walking distance of multiple parks. We are accommodating of all dog sizes and mobilities. We currently watch a senior dog very frequently and are aware of senior pup needs
