I was traveling abroad to a different time zone and she was able to work around the time difference the first few visits to ensure I was awake during her visits. My cats are not used to having many visitors and one especially gets scared very easily, but they both seemed to quickly warm up to Catrina within a few days. She kept us informed with lots of pictures and text messages on what they were doing and how Archie was adjusting. We used Mary Jo for two days of daycare. On our second day we had trouble with the bus tour we took which caused us many delays on completing our site seeing adventures then when we were finally on our way to pick our boy up our GPS took us to a different town which delayed us again for another hour. Throughout all these delays and my stress level rising Mary Jo kept assuring me that everything was ok and not to worry. With assuring us throughout these delays she helped me relax and go with the flow. I will definitely use Mary Jo again whenever I am in the area. Archie was very happy in her care.”

When I booked her for four-days, then had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, she immediately responded and helped process the refund. The one day that she took our dogs out for a walk, she walked them for a mile, ensured they had food and water, and she even helped mop up their accidents. When we came home to greet our dogs, they were much calmer than normal. I believe this is due to the time, attention, and care that Averi put into her duties. “Letitia was great! She made sure to update me with pics and videos every day. I truly believe Captain enjoyed himself with her dog Bentley, her children and her fenced in backyard. Being that we live in a townhome community Captain doesn’t get the luxury to run around without leash. The best part about Letitia is Captain was the only dog she dog sat during the week bc she respected the fact that he’s not fully vaccinated yet. 😊 I’ll definitely book again! Thank you Letitia.”
“Max and his family always take great care of Cali. Max sends me photos and keeps our very active dog busy on long walks, hikes and trips to the beach. We have used Max for boarding multiple times and never have to worry about Cali as his family showers her with love and attention. We can’t wait to book Max again.”

“I needed a last minute boarding solution for 2 dogs and decided to check out Rover.com. I contacted Monika who was very responsive and accommodating. She had my dogs for 5 nights and based on pictures and texts, the dogs were made to feel at home and they had plenty of furry and human friends to play with. Monika has a nice fenced in yard for her pups to run and play in. She has knowledge of how dogs socialize, and it made me feel at ease as one of my pups is a little nutty. Taking care of the dogs is a family affair and much appreciated. We would definitely board our dogs with Monika again.”

I don’t trust many people with my dog, but I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such great hands.
