About: I have experience working with dogs small-large and have taken ~2 years of dog training classes for my own dog. Experienced dog walker and now available for boarding. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. As a part‑time student with no outside employment, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to each dog I care for. Whether your pet stays in my home or I come to yours, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, regular walks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m already active with my own dog, so incorporating additional walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day is something I genuinely enjoy. In my home, pets enjoy a safe and comfortable environment tailored to their needs. I have a secure dog run in the yard for outdoor playtime and potty breaks, and I keep an extra crate available if a dog prefers or requires one. Dogs are welcome on the couch, and there are multiple dog beds throughout the house for cozy resting spots. My own dog is well‑trained and friendly with other social dogs, but I can easily separate pets into different areas of the home if that’s the best setup for their comfort. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or yours, I treat every pet with the same attention, love, and care I give my own.

I understand the importance of keeping your pets safe. Prior to my first walk/house visit, I ask the client to give me a summary of command words, routines, and your own expectations of your pet and myself for an easy transition and happy experience for your pet.
“Christina was awesome!! Not only a kind individual, but wonderful with our two pups! “Odessa almost jumps out of the car when I drop her off to Heather. She always has an incredible time while I’m off working at class. I could not have found a better caretaker than Heather. She’s so experienced and wonderful, it’s the greatest sense of security to know your pup’s not only safe and sound but literally having the time of her life enjoying herself.”

“Sandra spent time before our first visit getting to know my beagle, Millie, who has separation anxiety. She was willing to make accommodations so that Millie would be comfortable and so would I! Millie's first visit was very positive. We hope to work up to longer stays and really appreciate Sandra's willingness to work with us.”

“This was my first time ever using rover as a customer and I am VERY impressed!!! We were in the area for a few errends, and didn’t want to leave our pup home for 8hrs😂 I got AMAZING pictures, she’s super sweet, and bonus points for taking my request THE MORNING OF! Simba didn’t even want to leave 😭 he had so much fun and I think will sleep the entire 3hr car ride home!”

“She had the flexible schedule we needed, since we weren’t sure on what time frame we needed her for! Our dog loved her on first sight and seemed comfortable there. We were puzzled that she used a photo of our dog from a previous card of another sitter. But did get one current photo. Thank you!”

About: 🐾 Hi! I’m a mom to a wonderful 4-year-old and currently work as a server. I’m looking to spend more of my free time caring for pets because animals have always been a huge part of my life! 🐾 I’ve been around animals almost my entire life, including dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs (I cared for 9 rescue guinea pigs for nearly 5 years), and even a chameleon for about 5 years. 🐾 I don’t currently have pets of my own, so becoming a pet sitter is the perfect way to spend time with animals while helping families who need reliable care. 🐾 I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new. Your trust is something I take seriously, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while giving you complete peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! 🐾✨ I have Monday-Wednesday off, varying things going on during those three days so availability will vary! Fridays I’m available anytime after 4! Saturdays I work a double, so I have my mom and best friend on stand by to come check in and give potty breaks to any pets in my care! Same for Sunday's as well, though I am available after 5 that day!! Although I don’t have a fenced in yard, there are plenty of parks around for exploring and play time, as well as some yard space just right outside my home if you don’t feel comfortable with your pup being brought elsewhere! My place isn’t too big but my home is their’s for as long as they’re here! I can give baths if needed, walks, snuggles, and playtime!
“My 2 dogs had a meet & greet with Nicole before spending the day at her home. There was a nice fenced in area and other dogs to play with. When I dropped them off for the day, they didn't even look back. She was kind enough to send photos during the day and let me know they were doing fine. I picked them up that evening - they were happy and tired!”

About: Hi! My name is Charlotte. My boyfriend, our blue heeler pup and I just moved from Dover to Chichester. We decided it was time to upgrade Kota from a condo to a big yard. Safe to say, she loves it. Our house is located on about an acre, but far away from any main roads. We have no traffic on our cul-de-sac making it the perfect area for our girl to go outside and play. My schedule rotates and I am typically working a hybrid schedule. For the days that I am home, I am looking to watch a few pups to give other dog parents affordable pricing, but also give Kota and opportunity to play. When I go into the office, Kota goes to a doggy daycare more towards Dover. The socialization is amazing for her. So we want to give other pups the same opportunity. Feel free to message me with any questions about our house, Kota, myself or anything else. Can’t wait to meet your fur baby! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be fully present and attentive to the pets I care for throughout the day. Since my Blue Heeler is still a puppy, I’m already used to planning my day around potty breaks, playtime, walks, and training sessions—so adding another furry friend into the mix is something I’m well prepared for. Your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and care, no matter the time of day! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my goal is always to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my home: I offer a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for play, rest, and attention. I follow each pet’s routine closely—mealtimes, walks, medication if needed, and play—so they feel right at home. I make sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and of course, cuddles and affection! In a client’s home: I’m respectful of your space and your pet’s usual routine. I maintain consistency with feeding schedules, walk times, and any specific care instructions you provide. I make sure your pet feels secure in their familiar environment, and I keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can feel at ease while you're away.
About: My family has had pets my entire life, and I've grown up with dogs and cats, so the question of how many years of experience I have is difficult to answer. I have a lot of experience being around animals, but I obviously was not the primary caregiver for our pets during my childhood. I am very fond of animals (of course), and would love to get to know your furry friends and help them get out and about! I'm a student in college at UVM, so I am around to hang out with your pets in between and after my classes! Because of the way they are spaced out, I'm usually free midday or in the afternoon/evening. I put a lot of care into making sure your furry friends are happy and healthy while in my care. I keep a close eye on them, and stick mainly to quieter roads that I'm familiar with on walks.

My love for dogs is a core part of what makes me who I am. My dog yard and the future space will have 6ft fences which are necessary to provide the best security for all dogs. My experience administering medication Yes. I can administer any medications your dog may need including injections.
“Dianne did an exceptional job taking care of Pumpkin. She was very attentive to every detail of Pumpkin's routine. Pumpkin liked Dianne right from the start and was very happy and comfortable with her. We would definitely recommend Dianne and plan to book with her again.”

I can board at my home or go to your home to watch, walk and care for your pets. I work remotely from home full time so have flexibility with my schedule. About: I grew up with dogs. They are my comfort place. Ever since I got a golden retriever at 10 years old, I've been in love. Now I care and love any dog in need of a friendly and homey place to stay while their dog owner is away. I have experience in extended time care for small dogs, like Yorkshire Terriers, Medium dogs, like Australian Shepherds or Pitbulls, and Large dogs, like Golden Retrievers. I also have experience training puppies and caring for older dogs, as well as dogs who take medication. I take pride in loving and caring for a dog like they are my own while under my care. I work from home, so I can stay with the dogs during the day mostly. I can take them for walks or expend some energy with play time to fit their needs. I have had dogs boarded at my house any day of the week, Sunday through Monday. On the weekends we have more free time to visit a dog park, play, or run errands together. During the days, I can go to your place and feed and walk them in the comfort of their own home if needed as well. I ensure the pups bring their favorite toys over and I take time to play with them and show them love. I have a lot of green space around my apartment where I can take the dogs out to the bathroom or walks on a leash, a path by the water walking distance to take them on further walks if wanted, and a dog park in walking distance to play. If at the owner's house, I make sure the dog has fun in their comfort place, but I also make sure to leave just as clean as I found it. I can stay for a little bit and let the pup run around the yard if possible, or I can take them on walks in areas they know by home.

Looking forward to helping you out! I have a cat in my household, he’s super friendly, and loves to be social, but I certainly have space to put him away if you’d prefer. I’d say I’m pretty experienced taking care of dogs (growing up, and caring for my friends and family’s pets).

About: Hi, my name is Leah! I grew up on a homestead farm in the north and have subsequently been around animals my whole life. I raised bunnies, guinea pigs, and swine for the local 4-H. I’ve cared for kittens, puppies, small and large dogs, horses, and chickens. I am very passionate about animal care and have a wide range of knowledge and experience from my childhood on the farm and in 4-H. I have a flexible schedule and am committed to providing the highest quality care for your pet! I look forward to meeting you and your animal(s) soon. 😊 I’m currently working part time so I have more flexibility to help care for your pets and their specific needs. I am happy to accommodate my schedule as much as possible to ensure the highest quality of care for your pets. In my experience, each pet is unique and needs to be treated as such. Thus, as a pet caregiver, I take time to learn the needs and preferences of each animal I care for. If they are easily spooked by other pets, for example, I take the time to choose a walking path where they can enjoy having the path to themselves. In pet sitting, I take the time to thoroughly read all instructions from pet parents to ensure a safe and high quality experience for everyone involved. 🐾

About: I am new to Rover but not dogs, I am thrilled to get this experience!! I’ve grown up around dogs and have always been comfortable caring for them. I’m responsible, attentive, and treat every dog like my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently working part time on the weekends. This leaves my weekday schedule pretty much open for all availability. On weekends I’m available after 2pm. I have two friendly dogs who love to play and would be all in for a play date. When I care for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, walks, medications, and any specific preferences your pet has. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, whether that’s going for walks, playing in the yard, or just spending time with them so they feel comfortable while you’re away.

Pet care can be fit in in the mornings and evenings as well as the weekends. I have a back yard, that is partially fenced. I have space for the beds, food, and toys. The animals will be integrated into mine and my children's lives as they are our own.
About: I grew up with golden retrievers and then pugs later in life. From puppies to their final moments. I currently share life with a 3 year old Australian Shepherd named Lucy. I’ve learned a lot about working with high energy breeds. We took her through advanced on/off leash, obedience and behavioral training. Started when she was 6 months old and continue training everyday. I have a great love for dogs and seeing them happy and fulfilled! I know first hand how hard it can be to find someone you trust to care for your fur babies. I would love to build that connection and be a trusted resource. Also, if you’re ever looking for a dog trainer, I highly recommend Freedom K9 Academy! I work full-time, but have a pretty flexible schedule. Usually weekdays after 3:00pm is best, but I am open to discussing earlier times. Weekend times vary, but with enough notice, I can usually make it work! I love lists or notes if there are any special instructions. I am not able to bring your pet to my home, but I will always be respectful of your space.
About: I've had animals all of my life, I enjoy working with dogs, cats, and other animals as well. I strive to provide excellent service and look forward to meeting your furry family members! Current October 2023 Availability: Monday- Friday: Evenings only Weekends: 8 am - 7pm **I am NOT currently taking recurring visits for requests longer than 2 weeks ** Please understand that while pet care is a passion of mine, I also have a full time job. I will do my best to accommodate! While I do not currently offer animal boarding services, I am happy to follow all the guidelines you have in place to keep your pet safe! Please let me know if there are special instructions that need to be taken in consideration with your pets!
