The vibes were mellow and welcoming at Ashley’s. My dog got out of the car and sniffed about wagging his tail, good sign! Her disposition and friendly nature was not only felt by me, but also my pup ;) Ashley handled him as if he was a lapdog! I received countless photos. She took him swimming and for long walks and he slept in her home. I picked my dog up at her house and he was not anxious to hop in the truck. He simply ran around her yard and pranced about as if he was at an old friend’s house! I rarely ever send him to a kennel as I’ve noticed he is rambunctious and desperate for attention. Upon pick up he was as calm and happy as he was at an old friend’s house. By saying, “ I highly recommend Ashley as a pet sitter” is an understatement. Tip top service, no question. “I looked many hours for the right family to leave our Westie, Piper, with during a trip to Europe. When I met Donna and Roland at their home in Newbury, I felt so good about their experienced background with dogs. They advertised that they would allow a small dog to sleep in their bed which is what Piper is use to so this was another perk for Piper. Their home is very dog friendly and I loved the way they decorated it, inside and outside. Piper needed some extra meds while we were away and they followed all the instructions for her. When we picked her up, she was very relaxed and we knew she had a good vacation away from home. (Previously, we had people stay with her at our home.) She got to visit with another dog and a cat that lives with Donna and Roland, walked places that she had never walked before with Roland and was lovingly cared for by them. It was so good to see her so happy and content when we arrived to take her home. We will continue to book with Donna from now on and are so grateful for people like them who love her as we do. About: I’ve had a cat in my life since I was born. She was a feisty one with everyone but me. She was my baby that I would do anything for. As she got older, she required more intensive care, such as medication, walking assistance, and food assistance. From taking such intense care of her in her last years, it made me realize animal care is in my future. after her passing I started to do in house cat sitting as it made the cats I was taking care of more relaxed. whether it be a feisty cat or a loving cat, I always treated them the same nevertheless. Every day, I fed them twice a day with treats in between freshwater three times a day, clean the litter box, exercise, and cuddle with them (if they wanted to spend time with me). This regimen seemed to be the best for all different cat personality types. I never want to intrude on their space just to make them comfortable while their family is gone.

About: Without exception, the dog park is always one of the best parts of my day. I've had three dogs of my own, and have been around countless other dogs, most of whom instantly become my new best friends. We just gravitate to each other, hence the fuzzy friend whisperer nickname. I have a playful, loving attitude toward every dog I meet. I am also sensitive to dogs who need a little more patience and space to ease into trusting me and respect the boundaries that they need to do that. My training style with my own dogs is focused on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. This approach translates to other dogs as well, unless their owners request differently. Your dog will be in caring, responsible hands with me. They will be loved. Vogel Emergency Vet just opened right across the street from our house, so if anything kind of emergency pops up, your baby will be a hop, skip and a jump away from the care they need. I'm self employed and work mostly from home so my schedule is quite flexible. Sometimes I’ll have drop in visits throughout the day, but if your dog is boarding with me, there will generally be someone else at home with them. They’ll rarely, if ever be left alone. I live on a small farm but also live near a road, so your dog will always be safely on a leash when we go outside for potty breaks. I have a very friendly 12 year old 45lb labradoodle named Huck to keep your baby company in the rare cases that I'm not at home. I have a "squirrel observatory" (bird feeder) right near my workspace so your dog will not only be supervised most of the time but also entertained.

About: Hi! I'm very active during the day and super chill at night. I work a full time job but will spend breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your dog plus a 30+ minute walk/run. I like to curl up and watch tv or read a book after work and will cuddle with your dog. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog of my own, currently 7 months old and he loves meeting new dogs. Would love to give and get some loves from your treasured family member. I literally live in the middle of Stratham Hill Park and I love to walk. Only one “little guy” at a time…🥰 I’m loving my retirement and have lots of time and love to give. I have some scheduled exercise classes in the mornings but always home by 10:30. I’ve had so many dogs over the years. Routine visits to the vet are mandatory and walking, playing, and interacting with my friends are essential. I’m also very familiar with dogs with anxiety. One needs to approach this in a calm and careful way and watch the signs for anxiety coming on and be able to respond with love and kindness. Living right in the middle of Stratham Hill Park, I have easy access to the walking trails. Because I don’t know your dog, they will never be off leash but will be outside often during the day!! I love to walk. 🥰 I have a lovely crate IF your dog prefers this quiet space, but I will not be crating unless you ask me to. Typically my 11 year old grandson will come by after school to snuggle, play and go for a walk with me and your pup!

About: I love being with animals and have experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, jumping sliders, and lizards. I am a student who goes to college out of state but is home for the month of January and is also working part time. Since losing a dog of my own I figured this would be a great opportunity to help others with their pets and still have a great time with animals. About: Since I was a young girl I was always the family remember in charge of making sure our pets were fed, entertained, trained and given exercise. Around the age of 10 was my first time watching over our neighbors new puppy as they went on vacation. At the time I was nervous but my energetic energy matched the puppy perfectly. Currently i’m renting an apartment at my college UNH with my cat and a roommate. My neighbors who have pets continuously asked me to watch them because of how much time and energy I put into carrying for them. Sometimes I only watch them for the day when work or school takes over and other for extended periods of time. If this becomes the case I make sure to walk and entertained the pet so that they don’t feel lonely. Cat sitting in house is my most common form of cat sitting. Cats and dogs have very different needs from a sitter that I can provide with my years of experience working and owning my own pets I’m currently on summer break until August so my availability to spend time with your fur babies is very open. Keeping in mind that it is still my break there will be times in which I wish to fully experience my summer :) If there is a fenced in yard or not, I still plan to take pups on daily leash walks to ensure safety of the both of us. Ultimately whatever the client feels most comfortable and confident with I will ensure to use those methods. This can include crate use, specific walk routes, specific animal preferences and more.

I live in a quiet town with lots of sidewalks and nearby neighborhoods, which makes for safe and enjoyable walks. While I don’t have a fenced-in backyard, I do have plenty of grassy space for outdoor time, and I’m happy to crate dogs if that’s part of their routine or helps them feel secure. Whether it’s playtime, exercise, or downtime, I’ll make sure your pup feels right at home.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. I have taken care of my own dogs as well as friends and neighbors. I have experience with labs, golden retrievers, German shepherds, Rottweilers, and pit bulls mostly but love all dogs. I currently work full time Monday-Friday but would love to help people with walking their pets/letting them out after work or on the weekends. I can’t have pets in my apartment and greatly miss interacting with dogs! I am very respectful of other people’s homes. She took him swimming and for long walks and he slept in her home. I picked my dog up at her house and he was not anxious to hop in the truck. He simply ran around her yard and pranced about as if he was at an old friend’s house! I rarely ever send him to a kennel as I’ve noticed he is rambunctious and desperate for attention. About: Dogs have been a part of my heart my whole life. Growing up we always had a dog in the house, big or small. Fast forward to now, my partner and I have fostered almost 40 dogs in recent years. Since then, I have cared for dozens of local dogs that are reactive, anxious, high energy, you name it.
