She loves each of her boarders like they are her own 🩷 We love that she only takes small dogs as Mika is intimidated by big dogs. Stacy’s home is set up perfectly for dogs, with gates, furniture they can set on, and a separate area if a dog needs a little space to themselves. Mika is 13 so sometimes she needs a little time to herself. Stacy has the perfect backyard for the dogs, with a large covered deck and a few steps down to a large open area (fenced) to potty and explore. Mika is always excited to see Stacy and her husband Todd! They are the best!”

About: Ever since I was little, I've enjoyed the sassy goings-ons of my parents' cats. I've been with them through it all, including the eventual incontinence and myriad of medications. As much as I love dogs and their childlike innocence, I also love the teenager-angst and aloofness cats seem to flaunt. I will happily give them all the lovins' in the world, but only if they seem cool with it-- otherwise, I know when a cat wants its space, you give it to them with a salute of respect. (Unless it's for something important like medication, of course)

About: My wife and I both grew up with multiple dogs in our families. My wife grew up on a farm with mostly outside cattle dogs and I grew up in the city with mostly inside dogs. When we got married we got a dog of our own. She was our baby until we had kids of our own. She was then the best big sister to our daughters the rest of her life. We have owned 2 boxers in the time that we have been married and truly loved our time with them. We have realized as our 3 girls have gotten older and super involved in activities, we no longer have time for a dog of our own. That is what has brought us to Rover. We live in a split level house, so there is no way to avoid stairs. We have a big fenced in backyard with a play set, trampoline, and above ground pool. About: Even in childhood, I've loved animals. I decided when I was very young that I wanted to make a career out of rescuing abused, disabled, and neglected animals who need help; I still think about this dream today, at 20 years old. For all my life, I've had a dog, cat, or critter to come home to. I'm willing and able to go on walks, though prefer not to walk too much on days above 90 degrees Fahrenheit or below 30. As far as I'm concerned, I'm willing and able to do anything your animal may need. I care about every animal companion, and will do my best to make their lives as enjoyable as possible. I would even be willing to try caring for an animal that may act somewhat aggressive, as long as they don't have a history of serious injuries, seeing as I'm not trained to defuse an attitude such as that yet. I am also, of course, willing to care for your home through small time chores as long as I am there. Right now, I'm a sandwich slinger at Subway. Usually I only get morning shifts which are 3 hours on average, 6 hours tops. I would let you know if I'm going to be away for longer! Otherwise, I try not to leave my wards for more than 4-5 hours just out of caution. I generally prefer to petsit outside my home, since our pets aren't always awesome with new friends... but I'm always willing to come to your place, granted we (of course) meet beforehand so I can get a lay of the land and your pets can assess me. I will do my best to keep routines just the same for your pet, as well as ensure that the house is NOT messed up. I will keep in touch with you with pictures and updates! Olivia works 2 to 8 usually but other than that we like to watch tv and go on walks so we will be at the house often!! About: I care deeply about dogs and their welfare, including love and exercise. My dog Mitzy also loves other dogs and is a gentle companion; she loves to play and make friends. I work from home, so I am available at all times. I will spend time with your pup, and my own dog is very loving. I have a fenced backyard and we have a huge neighborhood area exclusively to us homeowners the size of a football field. Also there are to parks within 5 minutes.

“I hated to leave my elderly puppy with just anyone before a family vacation, especially after he had a minor decline in health. However, following the meet and greet we set up - it was very obvious that these folks know dogs and dog care. About: We have been owners of a golden retriever for 6 years and are experienced with the needs of dogs. I have also watched friends dogs many times while they were out of town. I'm a homeschooled mom who will have a lot of time during the day to give your dog love and attention. My own dog spends lots of time outside enjoying fresh air and squirrels. I have a fenced yard and can take your pup on regular walks. My kids and I love animals and will be happy to cover scratches and cuddles while you're at work or out of town

About: I’ve dealt with almost any kind of cat or dog from sick kittens that needed fostering, to old dogs in need of medication. I love all pets! I am available any day or time of the week! I am a full time college student but I am only required on campus for tests, so you need something I’m there! Any special needs I am okay taking care of! Playtime and stimulation is important to me and for any pets’ wellbeing. I welcome all ages and sizes of pets.
