About: I am a mom to 4 high-energy medium/large breed dogs. I am no stranger to cleaning up accidents, administering medications, handling pets with reactivity, and fulfilling exercise such as playing fetch, tug, flirt pole, long walks, brain stimulation (keeping up with training/commands) or simply snuggling if your baby is low activity. I have been a self-employed residential cleaner for over 8 years and create my own schedule allowing me the flexibility to care for your pets and mine! I am so grateful for all my clients who trust me to help take care of their home and I am hoping to build trust with pet parents as I would love to transition into pet care full time as it has always been what I am most passionate about. While I do have four dogs of my own, I am able to keep your dogs separate from mine at all times if requested and or necessary when boarding. I built my dogs their own apartment behind our house fully equipped with heat, ac, a bed, and doggie door leading to a fenced in area so your dog(s) does not have to be dog friendly and we are also child free so your dog can be the only baby in our home the duration of their stay! But if you would like for your dog(s) to have a playdate and a doggie daycare style stay that can be arranged as well!

About: 40+ years’ experience caring for and loving dogs of all ages. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs and even those in their prime with plenty of energy. I am experienced with administering medicine if needed and caring for those with special needs. My husband and I have always had our own fur babies (toy and standard poodles), but do not have any currently. Can host only NON-SHEDDING BREEDS, due to family allergies. Must be house broken/trained (to potty outside), with the exception of puppies. I am retired, so I’m always here to give extra cuddles, potty breaks, play time and walks. I really love their company! Tell me their routine while at home with you and I will do my best to ensure it stays the same when in my care. We have a large fenced yard with shade in a small and quiet subdivision. Our home is two story so plenty of room for playing and naps. If they do not care stairs, I will ensure stay on the main floor. Our neighborhood is perfect for walks. I have crates if they are crate trained and you prefer that, but that is not necessary unless that is your preference. Being on the furniture or bed in our home is fine with me too. I give extra special attention if they are nervous for any reason such as thunderstorms, loud noises (such as fireworks on a holiday). I am very attentive and adapt to small things such as if they just don't like going out in the rain. I always send daily updates including photos, videos & text throughout their stay.

“BOOCHI’S FIRST DAY AT DAYCARE 🐶 All I can say is WOW... I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Monti! When it comes to loving on your fur baby & making them feel at home away from home, Monti is an absolute ANGEL!!! When we first met for our meet and greet last week, it was abundantly clear that Monti and her husband truly love and understand dogs. At first, I was hesitant to book my pup, Boochi, for his first day at daycare because he tends to be a bit picky and kinda anxious sometimes, but Monti and her hubby made him feel completely at home right away – it was like Boochi was part of their family! ❤️ Yesterday was Boochi’s first day at daycare, and he was initially a little nervous when I dropped him off… he wasn't sure whether to follow me or stay with Monti. Fortunately, Monti is a PRO with dogs, and she was SO on top of his care plan – you can tell that she honestly loves and cares about the dogs she watches. From bringing out an entire room full of toys to streaming Boochi's fave comfort cartoon, Monti went MUCH further than the extra mile to make sure that he was comfortable and content… and did I mention how well-fed Boochi was? Not only did she make him his fave lunch, but she even sent him home with cheerios and some leftover chicken with broth! Throughout the day, Monti sent me adorable photos and videos, as well as regular updates with cute little stories about Boochi’s first day at daycare – which really put my mind at ease while I was away… it was clear that Boochi was bonding with Monti, having an awesome time, and getting LOTS of love, attention, and “sugars” (aka kisses). Later, when I arrived for pick-up, Boochi almost didn’t want to leave… he was happy, totally relaxed, and sorta tired from his fun, eventful day – which is always a good sign! In fact, Boochi barely ran over to me because he had become SO comfortable with Monti! Ultimately, Boochi’s first day at daycare couldn’t have gone better! I’m SO glad we found Monti and her husband, and we will definitely be booking again ASAP… it’s such a relief to know that we’ve finally found someone that we can trust with our baby boy! For anyone seeking a warm, caring, professional, and reliable sitter who goes above and beyond to treat your fur baby like family, I HIGHLY recommend booking with Monti… and don’t just walk – RUN!!! 🐾”
“My husband and I recently moved to the Elizabeth City area and we don't know anyone here. Last minute my husband was able to attend an event with me a few hours away. I quickly scrambled to find someone to sit our furbabies. I messaged Christianna and she quickly got back to me saying she could watch them. Since I'm a very nervous dog mom and we've had bad experiences hiring a dog sitter online (we used a different website at that time), she agreed to come meet us the night before and the dogs. About: I have been a babysitter for over 20 years. Most of the families I worked with had pets, dogs or cats. I have had cats of my own over the years but now I help my mom take care of her 2 dogs. I recently moved to Newport News so I have a completely open schedule. I am already cooking fresh food for my mom's dogs and walking them regularly. Come join us. I prepare meals for my mom's dogs weekly. I research foods they can and cannot have to make sure they are happy and healthy. I also walk them 3 times a day minimum. All three get along with ALL animals, strays, neighbor’s yorkies’, neighbors dogs, etc. We have two acres of yard with a fenced in area that has a dog house, goat house, tree house, etc. which is where he stays. We are an animal loving family. No young kids that harm or hurt in any way. Your pets are guaranteed a “spoiled rotten” experience for sure. Schedule We are home most of the time. We let the pups run around and play inside. We prefer inside dogs over outside dogs, but will take the dogs outside many, many times to walk, run, and play. Just I inform us of their home habits of how often they like to go out. Safety, trust & environment- I am highly protective over the dogs well being. Safety and emotionally. We use leashes when walking/running your dog and to let them out to use the bathroom. Dogs are fed at separate locations to ensure no jealousy and fights. Not to mention stolen food and a hungry pup. The dogs we sit for sleep in the master bedroom. We sleep with the door shut. This is to ensure we can always have eyes and ears on your pup. No accidents or trouble to get into. They seem to like having the constant company around them, even if we are asleep, they know they’re not alone.

About: Since I was 10, I've always loved watching and caring for dogs and other animals. About: 40+ years’ experience caring for and loving dogs of all ages. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs and even those in their prime with plenty of energy. I am experienced with administering medicine if needed and caring for those with special needs. My husband and I have always had our own fur babies (toy and standard poodles), but do not have any currently. Can host only NON-SHEDDING BREEDS, due to family allergies. Must be house broken/trained (to potty outside), with the exception of puppies. I am retired, so I’m always here to give extra cuddles, potty breaks, play time and walks. I really love their company! Tell me their routine while at home with you and I will do my best to ensure it stays the same when in my care. We have a large fenced yard with shade in a small and quiet subdivision. Our home is two story so plenty of room for playing and naps. If they do not care stairs, I will ensure stay on the main floor. Our neighborhood is perfect for walks. I have crates if they are crate trained and you prefer that, but that is not necessary unless that is your preference. Being on the furniture or bed in our home is fine with me too. I give extra special attention if they are nervous for any reason such as thunderstorms, loud noises (such as fireworks on a holiday). I am very attentive and adapt to small things such as if they just don't like going out in the rain. I always send daily updates including photos, videos & text throughout their stay.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life! I grew up with two dogs who sadly past years ago. I had hamsters as well!! Now, I have my best friend Cat Stevens who I adopted in 2019 at an open house for my old high school! I currently have all the free time in the world to look after your fuzzy friends! About: I've been an animal lover all of my life. I had cats for most of my childhood and early adulthood. They were my best buddies who cuddled and slept with me, as well as posed for drawings and paintings. About 18 years ago I adopted a pit mix, named Humble. He was the most gentle giant you could ever meet. He accompanied me on camping and hiking trips in Maine. He passed away a few years ago. Now I'm the lucky mom of a rescue dog named Chance. He is an 8 year old undetermined breed. He may be a Doxie mixed with Papillion. I rescued him from the streets of China. I was working as an ESL teacher in Shenzhen,China at the time. He is one of my best friends and I spoil him with lots of love, treats and walks. I am a certified yoga teacher, artist and pet care provider. I started out pet sitting as a side business to earn some extra money, but it has become so much more than that. It is such a rewarding job and a great honor to care for so many beautiful animals! I am no stranger to cleaning up accidents, administering medications, handling pets with reactivity, and fulfilling exercise such as playing fetch, tug, flirt pole, long walks, brain stimulation (keeping up with training/commands) or simply snuggling if your baby is low activity. I have been a self-employed residential cleaner for over 8 years and create my own schedule allowing me the flexibility to care for your pets and mine! Theresa sent pictures and updates all weekend. Kailo was having trouble eating and she gave him some of her own dog food to eat. They even sent us home with some extra food and treats! About: Your animals will love coming back to me, I’ve grown up with dogs multiple from every breed cocker spaniel, dachshund, labs you name it I’ve had one and although we aren’t in a spot to have one of our own we love the idea of having there company around because they are a mans best friend. I’m in the military and have a weird schedule but I’m always home by 7pm and I’m available between 6am and 11am and even earlier if you really need me to be. I love animals as I said before and it would be my honor to watch your pet and I’ve watched pets for my co workers all the time... very active so your animal will be active too. Full time military, work close to home very friendly with animals. Fenced yard and plenty of space for your pet to feel comfortable at home I’ll have full access throughout day, cozy warm setting, very laid back. A fun little backstory about me...most teenagers get jobs to have money to go to the mall or whatever it is that they want to do, well my goal was to save up all the money I made and get my own puppy. Before I moved back to North Carolina, I was working the front desk at a non profit animal hospital. I feel that I am a very genuine and good hearted person. I am willing to walk/jog/run/play fetch, honestly, I will do pretty much anything to make them happy while you’re away and would love to build a relationship with your fur baby!! I’m a stay at home mom, so my schedule is pretty open every day!♥️. It’s just my 4 year old and I until about 4pm Monday-Friday, so as long as your fur baby is good with kids anytime from early morning until then works! After 4 I have open availability without him (incase your baby isn’t good with kids). My weekends are generally 100% open so I’d love to help in any way that I can!
