“Barbara and Bruce did great keeping our two Chihuahuas! Both my dogs have heart disease and take several medications daily and other has had mast cell cancer. Both of my furr babies did very well. Barbara gave me updates throughout the week with text messages while on vacation. Our dogs have stayed at kennels or other dog camps in the past and came home feeling stressed or anxious. I will have to say they were taken care of very well and came home not anxious or post diarrhea. I highly recommend Barbara and Bruce for caring for your little furr babies. I picked Barbara because she cares for dogs under 15 pounds only, so my dogs would not feel tension with larger breeds. Even though they do well with all dogs. It's the other breeds I don't trust depending on owner training. Barbara is such a kind and generous lady.? I had trouble getting my $40 coupon from Rover to work. About: In my general pet-care description I included some brief information about my experience caring for cats, however, I believe this is my speciality. I am a very empathetic, thoughtful, and patient person and feel as though kitties can sense that. I have won over many strays, whom were difficult with any other humans. I have helped a stray mother birth her 5 kitties, including helping her push and cutting two of the umbilical cords. I have cared for many sickly kittens of my own and fostering, including bottle feeding and bathing and medicine administration. I feed and spend time with the 5 outdoor kitties (strays) in our neighborhood daily, simply because I enjoy it and feel as though they deserve love also:) Caring for cats is not just a hobby or a part of my life, it is something I go out of my way to spend my time doing and is a deep passion I feel as though I am called to partake in.

About: We are both big animal lovers and have been taking care of our own pets since we were kids. We moved to Indian Trail from Denver, CO in 2025 and would love to get to know pets in the area! We currently have Cleo, a calico kitty who is a sassy princess, and Georgie, a shepherd mix puppy who LOVES making new friends. Erica has always begged friends and family to pet sit for them, and we would love to extend that joy and love to your furry family members as well! Teddy has never met an animal he didn’t like 😸 Our last dog Zeke was an extremely anxious boy for the 13 years we had him, so we have plenty of experience comforting anxious pets. Teddy previously worked at an emergency vet/kennel business, and has a lot of experience with all kinds of dog breeds and animal behaviors. We both have experience with oral and topical medication administration, and Teddy has injection experience. Al pasar de los años cuando conocí a mi esposo, el ya tenía un perro, era un poodle llamado Blacky el se convirtió rápidamente en mi bebe el no tenía muchos habitos de entrenamiento y con el pasar del tiempo le fui enseñando cosas básicas, como sentarse, dar la pata y caminar al lado sin que saliera corriendo sin leash, el falleció hace un par de años, su perdida fue muy dura de verdad. About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 11 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. I require the dogs to be crate trained if I have to step out of the house. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I am a teacher and I have my summers off. During the school year I am gone during the day. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. I do allow dogs on the couch. If it's okay with you. We have a BIG backyard and your dog will get lots of loves at my house. We are big dog lovers. I live with my husband and two children. About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. They always get excited when I pick them up and go home tired from all our walks and outdoor play in our fenced in yard. I send pictures and updates daily. About: I’m currently a groomer working for Furryland. I’ve always loved dogs and how unique each one of them are. To this day it amazes me how a pet can be your best friend , even if they can’t respond. They are the best listeners and the best huggers! About: I have taken care of pets since I was little, family and friends always relied on my family. Our pets are very special to us and we can't wait to meet new fur-friends. I have also worked for a professional pet-sitting service in the past. My family works from home so we are able to give them the attention they need. More time for cuddles, walks and play time of course. Our dog hangs out in the office with us while we work and yours will be welcome as well. I have a fenced in yard and pets are always welcome in our home. We can also crate our Jack boy while the pups are getting used to each other. Pets are allowed on certain furniture in the home. We just built a home and do not yet have a fence, but we have access to a dog park nearby for safe play throughout the stay.
