I have an open schedule however I have a wedding in June and a cruise in August. I am flexible and can be on call if necessary. My pets are inside animals. I have 8 acres with a fenced area and 2 friendly labs. I never allow my dogs off leash unless they are in the fenced area. My dogs are never left unattended outside the home. My cat is an indoor cat.

We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. About: I’ve owned both cats and dogs my whole life, and more recently I’ve owned chickens as well. Starting with cats, I’ve fed and cleaned up after the ones we’ve owned, as well as taken care of the cats and kittens we fostered over the years. I’ve bottle fed them, helped give vaccines, and everything else in between when it comes to raising and taking care of them. I have also helped pet sit many of our neighbors as well as friends cats over the years. We have also owned several dogs, and I have tons of experience with walking and feeding them. We currently own 3; 2 small dogs and 1 big dog, so I have learned how to take care of many sizes of dog. Like with cats, I’ve also walked and fed my neighbors dogs many times when they’ve gone out of town. Lastly, we’ve raised more chickens than I can count in the past 7ish years, and I’ve taken care of chicks we got from breeders, as well as chicks born from our own hens and roosters. All of our chickens free range and are egg layers, so I treat them like any other pet and not like livestock. I have experience feeding them, fending off hawks and other predators, putting them to bed every night, as well as animal-proofing the coops themselves. For almost my whole life, I’ve helped feed our cats and scooped their litter just about every day. I also walk and feed each of our dogs throughout the day. About: Hello! I have been pet sitting professionally full-time for 6 years. I have fewer repeat customers shown on my Rover profile than some people here because clients usually choose to stop using Rover to save money and work independently with me. I work remotely and am pretty much always home; gardening and hanging with dogs ❤️. I have a half wrap porch with two steps to an enclosed grassy yard. I also go almost daily to the Women's Museum Park to walk my dog (and maybe yours too) where they have access to the river (if you approve, of course). Animals are family and will get copious amounts of doting attention. If they want to play with my dog, she is game! If they don't get along with other dogs there is plenty of separation options as well. I'm also perfectly content to come to you and sit your animals in their home environment. Through the years I've handled all sorts of "animal emergencies" with calm and collected care. I've loved a dog from her puppy days through her geriatric years with unending tenderness and welcome you to entrust your puppy-older dog to my care. Any special needs are no problem. I have administered injected medications. I have given pills successfully and regularly to a Houdini of a dog! If he/she needs it he/she will receive it. I am available evenings, weekends and holidays as well. I often take dogs from multiple households, but you can request no other dogs during your dog's stay. I have a grassy fenced side yard and a half wrap around sunning deck. I do not leave dogs unattended outside, but for the most part they can go in and out all day. I work from home. Occasionally I will need to be away for up to 5hrs at a time, but I will know my schedule when booking. I have a fenced in yard and a 40 lb female terrier mix. She has been dog sitting with me for 7 years now and is adaptable to other dogs' personalities. There is plenty of room for separation if needed as well.

While I am absolutely happy to provide snuggles, I also am happy to just sit in the same room as your pet. (I know some pets just like to be near you!) Or we can play with their favorite toys! If your pets have some sort of special needs I am happy to accommodate per your instructions. The photographs on my profile are of me with some of the pets that I have pet sat for. I have so many because I constantly update owners with photos of their furry friends! I will provide at least one photo a day of your pet while you're away - so you have peace of mind about how things are going. I do ask that owners send me written pet care instructions, including their preferred veterinary clinic and an emergency contact number. I'll verify this information with you during a pre-planned meet & greet prior to petsitting. I can devote attention to your pet in the mornings and evenings on weekdays, as agreed upon during our meet & greet. I am a researcher at the local university, so will not have weekdays off. I will gladly spend full days on the weekends with you furry friend! I offer my services at client's homes, as this is less stressful for pets in general. While in your home I am very respectful of your things and space. My schedule varies day-to-day! Please reach out to figure out if your needs will be a good fit with my availability during the week. On weekends I am available over the course of the day. When in the client's home I am respectful of their space and will do my due diligence to make sure that indicated tasks are completed to your satisfaction. I am happy to discuss any special needs your pets have.
About: I grew up with pets which ranged from dogs to cats to chickens to a horse. I currently have a 8 year old Boxer and 1 year old cat who I rescued from a shelter! I would love to have a goat farm one day and be able to do goat yoga. I enjoy being around all pets, especially dogs. I think that all animals are special and deserve to be treated with lots of love. As a pet sitter/walker, I can come visit with your pet to provide food/water, playtime, walks, any other care that is needed to support your pet(s)/family and provide lots of love! After our pets are family. I work full time at a school but school is out so I have more time to spend with your pets as well as my own! I can crate your pups if preferred. I can walk your pup and send you updated photos on how they doing! I will provide your pets with lots of love!

About: My whole life has revolved around my passion and love for animals. From volunteering at my local animal shelter, working at luxury pet resorts to working on a Farm I have had experience with animals of all sizes. In the future I hope to become a certified dog trainer and I am already on my way to it. I am dog and cat CPR certificated. I have years of experience caring for all sizes and age groups of pets. I personally have two dogs that get to go to the park and do training daily. I personally feel like enrichment for animals is one of the most important part of pet care in a day. I strive myself to be able to give all of the animals I take care of mental and physical enrichment daily. I currently work part time so I have plenty of time outside of work to care for my own pets, as well as others pets to my best ability. My main priority for pet care is making sure the pet is safe, happy and healthy. About: I love all animals and taking care of them is a dream job. I live in the Franklin NC area year around. I was raised with Boxers and have been a dog momma for 10 rescues. I have an open schedule however I have a wedding in June and a cruise in August. I am flexible and can be on call if necessary. My pets are inside animals. I have 8 acres with a fenced area and 2 friendly labs. I never allow my dogs off leash unless they are in the fenced area. My dogs are never left unattended outside the home. My cat is an indoor cat.

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I am a trustworthy retired RN who is looking to spoil your dogs while you are away. I am a non-smoker and very active with walking/hikes and pickleball. I am retired now for 5 years and spend my day actively with hike/bikes/pickleball to name a few activities. I am available most days with proper notice. I do not have a fenced yard but do have a 7-year-old dog named Dori who gets her exercise walking daily. If you pup likes fenced in yards caring for your dog would be better at your home.
