“This was our first-time leaving Khalessi with anyone and were also apprehensive as to how she would react to Tatyana’s two dogs Nala and Boomer. Since completing her shots, we have not had an opportunity to socialize her with other dogs. Tatyana and her daughter understood our concerns and introduced the dogs, one at a time. Ten minutes after dropping Khalessi off, Tatyana sent a picture showing the dogs playing together. We continued to receive pictures throughout Khalessi’s stay, as well as a video. About: Like everyone else on this app, I love dogs, and grew up with German Shepherds However, I started on the rover app because I wanted to provide something I thought was missing… reliable pet care for high energy and athletic dogs. I travel a lot and the last thing I want to worry about is if my 70 pound GSD is wearing out the kind old lady I left her with because that’s who was available. Rest assured, if you leave your dog with me for work or for play, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. Need daily runs or multiple walks a day? Good. We run every day. Need yard play time? Not a problem. Extra belly rubs? Easy. Is your Dog a couch potato? I have a couch and have happy to give rubs and chill out. The point is, weather for a week or a weekend, if you leave your dog with me, you can focus on where ever your travels are taking you. I have a pretty demanding full time job. I’m only available for boarding in my home. If I’m home, your dog has 100% of my focus. I have a very well trained and very social GSD and a large fenced in yard. I also have rooms I can fence off to give your dog some space. I’m happy to play fetch, take multiple walks, and daily runs if needed.

Kelly was right on time every day and she bonded quickly with Colt and she really impressed Tara also when she came over a couple of weeks ago for a meet and greet and walked the route with Tara and Colt. Kelly walked Colt over 2 miles each morning in an hour very consistent with his walks with Tara and myself when I walk him on the weekends. She responded promptly to my request when I first contacted her and Kelly definitely exceeded my expectations!! She is very friendly and courteous and made me feel confident and completely at ease with walking Colt and I’m so glad that she is very physically fit to give Colt great exercise walking in the woods and around the two horse pastures in the early mornings when Colt is feeling his best and most active. I will definitely want and need her assistance again very soon in the near future since Tara travels out of state fairly often to visit her family.”

About: I have very flexible hours and love taking care of pets with walks and lots of cuddles. I own two dogs and a cat that have very lovely lifestyles. Pet sitting works into my schedule because I am retired, and have a part time job working from home. I am up very early every day and am willing to sit with pets for awhile and also walk them. I care for my own pets daily. I am sure that when I leave a home after a drop in that the area is clean and safe for the pet.
