“Brooke and her family were very sweet! I am so glad they were available last minute to watch our pup. Fozzie even whined in the car when we left, I can tell he enjoyed himself!!”

“Michelle was so great at sharing pics so I could see how much our Brady enjoyed cuddling and being part of her family for Labor Day weekend. I would highly recommend her to watch your fur baby.”

“Brittany has been great with my pups. I felt super comf with them staying with her and her family. It helps a lot that she has her pup with her, who's super extroverted and helped get my younger dog out of his shell. I strongly recommend her! I'm just bummed that she's moving away from me 😞”

“Rover newby here so everything was last minute but Beth was so accommodating and understanding. Woody took right up with her loving nature and made besties with Dodge and the others. She kept me informed all week and she was very quick in responding if I had a question. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much Beth. Woody will be back.”

“Bryanna was amazing with our dog! She was very communicative throughout the entire process, beginning with a meet & greet all the way through the week stay. She asked a lot of questions during the meet & greet to make sure she knew our dog’s needs well, and that was very reassuring. We received daily updates and photos, and our dog looked so happy in them. We definitely plan to use Bryanna again!”

“Mindy was wonderful with Issu, she tended to all his needs and was able to provide him with a comfortable pleasant stay I am very pleased and definitely recommend her to take care of your loved ones”
“Keri was absolutely AMAZING with my two pups, Milo and Milo! 🐶❤️ From the moment I dropped them off, I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such great hands. She kept me updated throughout their stay and sent me the sweetest pictures, which made being away on my trip so much easier. She went above and beyond by even giving both of my pups baths! 🛁🐾 You can truly tell that Keri cares about the animals she watches and treats them like her own. My pups came home happy, clean, and clearly well-loved. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter and would HIGHLY recommend Keri to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive. We will definitely be booking with her again! ❤️🐾”

“We love Kim! She gives our crazy beagle boy, Rudy, lots of love and attention. Always willing to work with us on bookings and is very quick to respond. Thank you, Kim!”

“Scarlet was fantastic! She was a livesaver when an unforeseen work obligation came up last minute and I needed someone to watch my fur baby quick! She kept in touch with me frequently with pictures, and was very patient and flexible when I needed to stay a day longer than planned. It was great having the peace of mind knowing my little baby girl was in great hands while I was out of town. I absolutely recommend her services and wonderful care for your 4 legged fur babies!!”

“As first-timers to Rover, we were very grateful for Cristy's responsiveness to our many newbie questions. She is incredibly friendly and it's clear how much she loves dogs. Sky and Stormi received excellent care, and we really appreciated the regular photo updates. Thank you Cristy!”

“Lawrence took very good care of Ella. He sent pictures and kept me posted on her everyday. Ella seemed to like him as well. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.”

“Cinthia and Fernando took wonderful care of our pups while we were away for an extended amount of time. We received twice-daily updates with pictures and videos, which greatly eased any nervousness we had about being away for so long. They clearly cared for Miles and Mabel as we would have, and they welcomed the dogs as part of their family. We know they were in good hands and will absolutely reach out to Cinthia and Fernando the next time Miles and Mabel are ready for a vacation!”

“Porter had a wonderful stay with Kellie! From the photos she sent throughout his visit, it was clear he was happy, well-cared for, and having a blast. He got plenty of outdoor time, playtime with a ball, and even made some furry friends. Kellie was communicative and consistent with updates, which made leaving him so much easier. We'll definitely be booking with her again!”

“This is the first time I leave my dog with Casey. My dog was very happy to the point that he didn’t wanna leave. That means he was well taken care of. Thank you so much Casey. I will definitely use you next time for my dogsiter.”

“Megan and her family took such amazing care of Scout. She went on so many little adventures and came home healthy, happy, and clearly loved. Megan sent daily updates with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. She even threw Scout a birthday party while I was away, complete with a cake and a homemade crown her daughter made since I couldn’t be there to celebrate. I felt so relieved knowing Scout was in such good hands, and I will absolutely be booking with Megan again.”

About: I have spent my entire adult life with dogs & love them dearly. My 2 dogs love to play with other dogs as well as each other. I also have an older blind toy poodle who doesn’t play with other animals but is perfectly content staying on my sofa & listening to whatever is going on in the house. Therefore, I’m quite accustomed to care for special needs dogs. All dogs seem to communicate very well with me. I also keep the owners up to date daily with pictures and/or videos as to how much fun their dogs are having. I am a retired stay at home widow who loves spending time with dogs. I can devote most my time having dogs in my home to love and care for. Typically, we use some of the afternoon for calming & resting time if/when needed. This is also the time for specific needs & brushing. The doggies can go outside anytime they want to play or do their business. I have a large fenced in back yard specifically for the care & safety of my dogs and the dogs I am caring for in my home. This is a very safe place for the fur babies to spend supervised time in the shade or sun with a large covered veranda with fresh water available at all times. I live on many acres of farm land with very few neighbors. We have no children living near us at all.

About: Hi there! I’m Justine — a super friendly, animal-loving pet sitter with 8 years of veterinary assistant experience. 🐾 I am new to Rover. Just moved here to North Carolina recently! I have a deep passion for caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages — from playful puppies to senior companions needing a little extra love. I share my home with 3 dogs and 2 cats of my own, so I truly understand how much your pets mean to you — they’re family, and I’ll treat them like my own. With my vet background, I’m very comfortable giving medications (oral, topical, or injectable), handling special needs pets, and understanding animal behavior. Whether your pet is anxious, high-energy, or shy, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. You can count on me for: ✔️ Reliable, loving care ✔️ A calm, experienced hand for nervous pets ✔️ Updates with photos and messages to give you peace of mind ✔️ Lots of playtime, snuggles, and personalized attention I look forward to meeting your furry family and being someone you can trust again and again! I do currently work full time throughout the week in Huntersville and generally have weekends off. I am off Tuesday’s as well. I am flexible and starting to save for radiology school. When caring for pets in their home, my goal is to keep them feeling safe, loved, and comfortable by maintaining their regular routine as closely as possible. 🦴 For drop-ins, I’ll make sure your pet is fed on schedule, has fresh water, gets a potty break or litter box cleaned, and gets one-on-one attention through play, snuggles, or quiet companionship — whatever they enjoy most. 🐾 For dog walks, I focus on safe, fun, and enriching walks that match your dog’s pace and energy level. I always watch for signs of stress, avoid unsafe areas or encounters, and make sure they come home happy and tired. 🏡 For house sitting, I provide full-time love and supervision, keeping your pet’s day-to-day life as normal as possible — meals, walks, play, medication if needed, and bedtime routines. I also respect and care for your home like it’s my own: clean, secure, and neat when you return. With 8 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, I’m very comfortable with pets of all ages and medical needs, including giving medications and recognizing early signs of illness or stress. I always send regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands

About: I’ve grown up around cats all my life, outside and indoor. Besides my own pets and the barn cats we always kept as a child I’ve had experience caring for cats in my line of work at the kennel. I have experience around a variety of cats which includes taking care of them if sickly to cleaning up after their messes.

“Lauren is very sweet and personable with my both my boys and is understanding of my needs as well. I have one love bug and one wild child and she handles them both perfectly by letting them out to play and potty but recognizes when they’re too hot and will rub bellies on the couch to keep them company. I will be using Lauren weekly from now on which is of great help with my hectic schedule. It’s been so comforting knowing my boys aren’t left home alone too long and that my home is in good hands while she’s here <3”

“Haley came by for 3 drop-in visits to care for our two cats during the holiday weekend. Everything went as planned and she even made sure to find our cat that likes to hide to make sure he was okay. She cleaned the litterbox when needed and tried to play with the cats during the visits! If available, I will likely be booking Haley again for future visits!”

About: Hello! My name is Keri, I have had pets my whole life, including shelter rescues and fosters. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes and a large selection of breeds. As a pet owner myself, I want to know that my dogs are happy and most importantly, safe! As some pups (or pet parents) can become stressed or anxious with strangers, I will go the extra mile to ensure their comfort! Pet parents can be assured to receive lots of photos while their pup is in my care. I have worked in the medical field for 8 years, but my love for pets has started a journey to pet sitting. I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pups! My schedule can be very flexible, and I am home most of the time, occasionally in the office nearby. I live in a quiet neighborhood in a new spacious home with lots of room for your babies. As I currently do not have a fenced in yard, your baby can play inside & outside, and go for walks! About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities and truly treat every dog like my own. I’m especially comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, and those that need structure or boundaries—I’m currently raising a puppy myself, so I understand training, routines, and behavior firsthand. What sets me apart is the environment and attention I provide. I have plenty of space for dogs to safely explore, get their energy out, and decompress—without the chaos of a crowded kennel. I focus on structured care, including consistent feeding schedules, potty routines, supervised play, and calm downtime so your dog feels secure and balanced. I’m attentive, patient, and very in tune with behavior, whether that’s managing puppy nipping, reinforcing good habits, or helping dogs feel comfortable in a new environment. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is happy and well cared for. I work a consistent schedule and am able to provide reliable, attentive care every day. Dogs in my care are not left alone for long periods, and I make sure they get regular potty breaks, playtime, and structured routines throughout the day. My goal is to keep your dog’s routine as close to home as possible so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, structured environment with plenty of space for supervised outdoor time and exercise. I am experienced with different temperaments, including puppies and high-energy dogs, and I focus on maintaining good behavior, routines, and boundaries during their stay. Dogs are never left unsupervised outside, and I can crate if requested or follow your dog’s normal home routine. I take time to understand each dog’s needs, personality, and preferences so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: I’ve been a vet tech for about 5 years. Before that, I managed a pet boarding facility. I grew up on a farm, so I’ve been caring for dogs and cats all my life. Im a toddler mom, and I currently work as an emergency vet tech so I’m great at keeping calm in stressful situations. I’m a stay-at-home mom during the week, and then I work on Saturdays, so I’m pretty flexible with my schedule! I will have to bring my toddler with me to any visits on a weekday if it’s before 4 pm. When I’m caring for a pet, I always play with them and make sure they get quality interaction with me. I also check over their physical appearance to make sure they’re healthy and safe. As a vet tech, I’m very concerned with pets’ health and wellbeing.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 15 years and genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your dog loves long walks, hiking, playing fetch, or just relaxing with company, I’m happy to match their energy and routine. As someone who is very active, I enjoy giving high-energy dogs the exercise and attention they need, but I’m just as comfortable caring for senior dogs who need a slower pace and extra patience. I provide dependable drop-in visits, walks, overnight sitting, feeding, medication if needed, lots of affection, and regular photo updates so you always know your pet is happy and safe. I treat every dog like they’re my own because I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule because I have a flexible work routine. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and pet sitting throughout the week, including weekends when needed. I enjoy staying active, so long walks, outdoor adventures, and playtime are some of my favorite parts of caring for dogs. I’ll always do my best to work around your pet’s routine so they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, I’ll follow their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. I believe consistency helps pets feel secure, so I’ll treat them like family while respecting your home as if it were my own. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring, dependable hands.
About: Hi!! I’m Kimberly 😊 A little about me: I’m a mom of three boys 💙 (a newborn, a 2-year-old, and a 7-year-old), so life is definitely full in the best way. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and that’s something my kids have naturally picked up too. They absolutely love animals and have learned to be gentle, kind, and respectful from a young age. I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years now, both personally and for others, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I grew up in a home full of pets. At one point we had 26 birds, 24 guinea pigs, 2 cats, and 3 dogs, so being around animals has always just felt natural to me. My faith is a big part of who I am and how I treat others. It guides me to be patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just with people but with every pet I’m trusted with. I understand how much they mean to you, and I take that responsibility seriously. We live in Mocksville, NC, and I’m in the Clemmons and Winston area often, so I’m very flexible depending on your location and needs. My husband is a U.S. Navy veteran, so we have a deep appreciation for those who serve and a special place in our hearts for military families. At the end of the day, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is being cared for with attention, patience, and genuine love while you’re away. I’m currently a stay at home mom, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. On weekdays, I do school drop off between 7:45am and 9:30am and need to be home again by 3pm for pick up. Outside of those times, I’m generally very open and able to accommodate visits and walks. If a drop-in or walk falls within those school hours, my kids may come along with me. They absolutely love animals and are always gentle, respectful, and happy to give your fur baby a little extra love and attention 😊 ⸻ Note: I’ve adjusted my 30 minute drop in and walking rate because I often find myself staying a little longer to make sure your pet truly gets the attention and care they need. In my opinion, 30 minutes can feel rushed, especially for pets who have been alone for a while. I never want your pet to feel hurried, so I do my best to include extra time whenever possible so they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved on. My rate is flexible depending on your pet’s needs, so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m always happy to chat! I am very respectful of my home as well as others. I like to keep things clean and take pride in maintaining a well-kept space. I’m not one to pry, and I’m very self-aware, always making sure I’m being respectful of your home. I will treat your home the same way I would want my own to be treated. I’m great with following directions and instructions, and when it comes to your pets, I take my time to make sure their needs are fully met. You can definitely expect a bunch of updates and pictures while your furry or feathered babies are in my care.

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of pets since I was a kid. I’ve walked dogs for my neighbors, fed horses, goats and chickens for family friends, and pet sat many other dogs and cats. I work from home at night, so I will be able to be attentive all day. My husband works during the day from home as well, so there will always be a set of eyes on your pet! I have a fully fenced yard. We do have 3 dogs but all are very loving and have gotten along with any animal they have met. We have a spare room that we can use to keep them separated if necessary, otherwise your pet will have free roam and will be treated like family.
About: I grew up with dogs all my life. I’ve also had basic veterinary training in high school. While my dog is no longer with us, she was always treated just like my kids, and was allowed on furniture/beds. I take daily walks (sometimes twice a day). I’m available for boarding on most days. I can also drop in on weekends as needed. I usually take a walk once or twice a day. My son enjoys playing fetch with dogs. Your pet will receive plenty of love and care while with us as we have always loved having dogs around.
About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. Now that I’m older I’ve had plenty experience caring for them whether that be pet sitting for friends and family or in my line of work. Something that will set me apart from other sitters you may come across is my experience working at a kennel. This includes specifically working with service dogs, boarding pets, and k9 working. I’ve worked with a variety of dog breeds, ages and behaviors, meaning I can cater to whatever your pets needs :) Since I work as a kennel technician, being with and caring for animals is practically second nature to me. Being able to pet sit would be right up my alley and perfect for the experience I have. Your pet is 100% guaranteed to get the best care I can provide. To list a few this includes always having fresh water, appropriate exercise, meals according to their routine, cleaning up any messes, administering any medication and of course lots of attention. Pet behavior will also be monitored and you will receive ample updates on anything and everything going on with your fur baby.

“Danielle took great care of my little Daisy! She came and walked her for 30mins for three days while I was at work. I would continue to request her for further puppy needs!!”

We'll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Nelcy was an excellent sitter for our lab. She loved on her and cared for her like she was her own. She sent us lots of pictures and updates. We will definitely use her again!”

“We had a great experience with Lane. He was great with our dog, who had never been with a boarding program or dog sitter before, and kept us updated with how he was doing. We are confident our dog got great care with Lane and liked the environment he was in. Thank you so much!”

“Ruth boarded my dog Jack for five days , she sent pictures every day which helped a lot. Jack fell in love as soon as he met her because he loves all the scratches and rubs. Enzo, Ruth's dog is a big loveable baby and Jack and Enzo got a long well. When I picked Jack up he was his happy healthy self.. No complaints from me and I just re-booked.”

“Thaissa was wonderful with our two pups! They were so happy (and tired) when I picked them up. Thaissa is very organized and has a beautiful home with a fenced in backyard. She sent daily updates with photos, which gave us peace of mind that they were happy and well loved while we were gone!”

“Bethany was amazing! She was super quick with responding, sent us pictures with updates on how our pup Cooper was doing. We could definitely tell he loved his stay. We’re glad to find someone we trust for future vacations! 100% recommend. Thanks so much Bethany! :)”

“Charles did an excellent job at taking care of our very senior dog. He sent pics every day and updated us to how he was doing, how he was responding to him and his dog, and that he seemed comfortable with his surroundings. I really do appreciate his caring attitude toward Zeus; that gave us peace of mind while we were vacationing. We will definitely ask him to care for Zeus on our next vacation, and I will pass on to my friends that Charles is a wonderful canine caregiver. I appreciate Charles and Rover!”
