About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Dogs seem to take to me well. I’ve worked as a junior groomer for a few months and trained my own dog. Not professionally, but he listens and understands. I’ve always loved dogs and been an animal person! I have an almost 4 month old baby so I have been a SAHM. I also have a large yard where my dogs love to run around and play with toys (when outside, they are always supervised) and a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks! I am always keeping my eyes on them, making sure they are healthy, eating/drinking, and exercising correctly. In a clients home is a bit different as this is not my personal space. I tend to follow the routine/schedule exactly as written and complete the usual duties such as feeding, walking, playtime, waste/litter cleanup, etc. I keep the home clean, ensure safety over the property and animals, and provide regular updates and photos to owners during each visit. I always double check and make sure all pets are comfortable, safe, and have everything they need in their space before I leave.

About: Hi All, My name is Alessandria but I prefer to be called Alekx and no the K is not a typo. My hair color is subject to change but it's just dyed hair braided into my natural hair. I have been caring for animals professionally since 2006, until 2013 where I took a leap in a different field of work. I use to move all over the country but I am home and hoping to start pet sitting as my main job. I have a guinea pig by the named Tikka Teacake and she is a little siren but she is my 3rd guinea pig. I am a non-smoker and prefer days curled up with fluffy creatures and a good book. In regards to my experience I have worked at pets resorts such as Sunny Acres where I had a few loyal dogs that I dearly miss. I have owned large dog breeds my whole life and grew up with pure breed Rottweilers, German Shepherd mixes, and my current lovely mutt. I have been doing home pet sitting for over a decade. I usually spend most the day when I am at home entertaining my pets or letting them have free run of the backyard with regular check ins. I make sure that their food is good for their stomach, their daily exercise if playing outside with a normal dose of petting and grooming. I recently got off of medical leave so I have started short nightly walks and we work out together to stay happy and healthy. I am a big night owl so I love watching my dogs snore about. A safe home is one your pet recognizes as the pack den. I care for all pets with repetitive training, health care checks, grooming, and dental care as long as they will let me. I love to make a home pet safe by avoiding choking hazards and loose cables. (Mainly because my guinea pig is a little menace). Medications are taken with timers and usually snuck into foods. I like keeping basic training habits are maintained so that the pets do not unlearn anything their humans have taught them.

“Paris did a wonderful job watching my Senior dachshund for a week. It was my pet’s first time staying with someone who she didn’t know. I was really nervous about leaving her but my pet did great. Paris sent pictures and messages every day about what had happened during that day. My pet seemed to settle in well and had a great stay. “I just picked Delilah up last night from an almost 10 day stay with Julie. This is only Delilah's second time ever staying with a stranger, and she came home in a great mood and seems to enjoy her stay with Julie which was a relief to my husband and I. While Delilah is an easy dog, she is a retired service dog and isn't used to staying with other people so the fact that she enjoyed her stay and came home happy meant the world to us. “Wow,Camila and Lino have created such a happy doggie space. Full downstairs + fenced backyard bigger than many dog parks. They care for more than one dog at a time but screen well for compatible temperaments. AND they are very responsive, send great pics, and really love pups.”
