“My family and I were preparing to head out of town for my birthday when we realized, in the middle of all the planning, that we had forgotten to schedule a sitter for Oakley. Like any dog mom would, I immediately went to Rover and was pleasantly surprised to see several sitters available. I reached out to a few profiles, and Rebecca D. responded right away, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Rebecca was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We quickly coordinated a plan for dropping Oakley off, and the process was seamless. When we arrived, Rebecca was already outside waiting for us and gave clear instructions on where to park. She even invited us inside, which we politely declined, but I thought it was such a thoughtful gesture. Prior to our arrival, she also shared information about her dog’s temperament, which I really appreciated. Throughout the weekend, Rebecca kept us updated with photos and videos of Oakley, which made us feel so comfortable while we were away. When we picked him up, he was excited to see us, but it was also obvious that he had a wonderful time with her. Oakley came home happy, and we are so thankful for the care Rebecca provided. About: I have had pets my whole life and still currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a Guinea pig. I have been responsible for cleaning up after them, grooming, playing, and providing their medicine when needed. “Elayne was so sweet and welcoming with our dog Yuzu. She was very patient with our pup, and if there was anything I missed in the booking details, she always remembered to ask. She sent pictures and videos everyday, which I didn’t request but I greatly appreciated! I felt like Yuzu had a good time and was welcomed into Elayne’s home with her fur baby. I would definitely like to book with Elayne again in the future.”
