About: I have had dogs, fish, and rodents all my life. I volunteered at the Asheville Humane Society early into my teenage years. My previous job was at a dog daycare, which I worked at for one year. After I left that job I began working as a pet bather at a grooming salon. I recently left that job as I wanted to go back to school, and now started volunteering for the Asheville Humane Society again. I have pet sat for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, mice, fish, rabbits, pretty much anything. I am happy do feed, walk, play with, or just snuggle with any critter you might have! Beginning in August I will be in school and will not be able to do any services until 1:00 or later on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also go to church Sunday mornings and also cannot do any services before 1:00. However I do not have a job at the moment so other than those two things my schedule is pretty open! *Because of school if you are wanting to book me for house sitting longer than two nights you MUST have WiFi* I am more than happy to provide any service you would like me to do for your fur baby in your home. About: My name is Mac Graf and my husband and I live right outside Hendersonville, NC. I am a certified and licensed athletic trainer and am the Director of Sports Medicine as my full-time job. I work 90% of my job from home, and would love to help take the stress off your work day by allowing your fur family to hangout with me and my family for the day. About: First and foremost, I absolutely adore animals! Even as a kid, I would only accompany my mother to visit her friends, who had dogs or cats in their home. I appreciate, respect, and can relate to the bond humans have with their pets. They are very much family and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing your fur baby comfortable, relaxed, and content, in our home or yours, while you're away. We only board 2 dogs at a time, to ensure a quiet, calm, and more relaxing stay, and have a large fenced in backyard for playtime. Dogs staying with us must be house trained. We also have a cat, who loves to play with dogs, so to ensure his safety, any dogs boarding with us must be cat friendly. Some of my previous work experience includes 4 years as a veterinary assistant and I'm comfortable with administering medication, if needed. I have dog training experience and have even trained two of our own to become registered therapy dogs. Together, we serve our community by providing pet therapy in shelters for domestic violence victims, assisted living facilities, our local university, in elementary schools, and wherever she's needed. I currently work with German Shepherd Rescue organizations, assessing temperaments/behavior, conducting home visits, and fostering. We live near the airport, which makes it ideal for dropping off and picking up when traveling for work or going on vacation. Several of my clients leave their babies with us when leaving the country. My dogs are our family members and yours will be treated the same. I am currently working from home so your pet won’t be left home alone for very long periods. I am available during the week and weekends including holidays. I have two very sweet and mellow Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to keep your doggie company. They will have access to 2 separate fenced in areas, one with a doggie door. Your dog can be crated or not and are welcome on the furniture with our dogs. About: Growing up I always had pets; dogs, cats, hamsters, bunnies, fish and have always been an animal lover. Two kids later, potty training another living thing is not a priority but I cant resist tail wags and couch snuggles whenever I’m around animals. I am very active and would love to be the person to help get the zoomies out of your doggo or check in on other furry friends. I have had dogs of my own and have experience with crate training and will help to encourage existing basic training behaviors. I work remotely full time and am typically an early riser. About: I’ve been animal-obsessed for as long as I can remember 🐾💕 I’ve worked with animals most of my life and currently work at a veterinary clinic in Brevard, so I have tons of hands-on experience with all kinds of pet needs. I’ve been pet sitting for 7 years, starting out helping friends and family, and I’ve been so lucky to have it grow through word of mouth into something I truly love doing! Caring for animals truly makes me so happy, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—spoiled, loved, and well cared for! About: I have owned dogs my entire life with many cats in between. I have had the pleasure of sitting dogs and cats all over the country, including house sits in California, Oregon, Washington, and now North Carolina. I have experience with young puppies, as well as elderly dogs with a plethora of health problems; I also have experience with big dogs like German shepherds, Australian shepherds, and Rottweilers, to teacup Pomeranians, spitz, and many more. I have been told I’m very high energy and fun, and the animals I have looked after always seem to pick up on that great energy and can’t wait to hang out. :) I sell vintage clothing, so being self employed allows me to better accommodate to all the needs of the animals. In our own home, our dog Endo is the King. He gets to enjoy long daily walks amidst the beauty of DuPont forest, swims in the lake behind our house, and nightly fresh cooked meals. My services on house sits include obviously feeding and general care of the animals, as well as promptly following specific dietary regimens and health requirements of every animal. I have cared for very old dogs that needed assistance in bowel movements as well as simple motivation for stubborn dogs that don’t like to walk. I have also looked after countless plants and hot tubs, ensuring proper watering and chlorination.

About: I grew up with a mini Pomeranian, such a fun and hyper little dog! Now, I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Shayla, she is my big baby and the best cuddle buddy. I am familiar with topical and oral medications, as Shayla has a skin condition that makes her very itchy and uncomfortable. I care for her like she is my child. I am very excited to meet, greet, and play with different doggies. I will give them all the time and attention they deserve while you are away. My promise to you is that I will treat your babies as if they are my own. I am available early mornings and evenings, as I work a typical 8 to 5 job also. You will not be disappointed!

“We had our 8mo Chihuahua mix pup, Zelda, stay with Julie while we were out of the country & we won't use anyone else in the future. We hadn't left our pup with anyone yet & Julie graciously hosted a meet & greet in her home so I could see where she'd be staying. From the moment Julie sat on the floor to meet my timid pup where she was at, I knew that she understood exactly what dogs needed. The drop off before our trip was a breeze, as she had Zelda engaged in play & we just slipped out quietly. Julie was very communicative, kept us up to date on the adventures they were having & sent us lots of pics of our sweet little lady throughout each day. It was awesome to see Zelda having so much fun & being loved on, just as much we do. We had a bit of trouble with delayed flights coming back to the US, & Julie had no problem being flexible with keeping Zelda another day. Julie is one of the most kind & thoughtful humans. She put papertowels in between the food dishes when she packed everything up & put a note to remind us the peanut butter was in the bag so we didn't leave it out of the fridge too long after the days of travel we had. She snuck a welcome home card in, too. There are so many examples I could give of the type of caretaker & human Julie is, but the fact that I never worried once about Zelda while we were gone really says it all (I admittedly am an anxious control freak of a pet parent). I know Zelda loves her just as much as we do because she greeted us with barks & hackles up until she realized we were her long lost parents. 😆”
