About: Years ago, my mother and I owned a boarding kennel and I was a professional groomer. Now I am semi-retired and loving spending time with furry friends! I am familiar with all breeds and love them all! We have always had a pet in our home and would love to provide care while you have to be away. I currently work outside the home for a partial day on Mondays. Other than errands and appointments, I am home all day to interact with your fur baby! Should an emergency come up, I am available. All our furry guests are treated like family. We have a large fenced in yard with no steps for the older fur babies. We own a cat that pretty much keeps to herself. We are good with pets of all ages and understand they all need different levels of care. We are empty nesters, so have the time and energy to keep up with any needs your pet may have. With the exception of Mondays, someone is home all day to provide personal care and supervision for your pet. Mondays Alice works outside the home for a partial day and pets would need to be left alone for 4-6 hours, or she would need to be able to bring your pet (only one) to work with her. Both Alice and Don love animals and provide a nurturing and loving environment for your pet in their home with regular potty breaks in their fenced in back yard.

About: I am a total dog lover! My husband and I rescued our dog Roscoe almost 6 years ago. He is one of the most spoiled dogs I know and is a huge mama’s boy. We enjoy hiking together, and going on walks and for runs along the local greenways in Charlotte and in the neighborhood. He enjoys having other dogs to play with and we pet sit for a few friends and neighbors when they go on vacation, having their dog come and spend time in our home. About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. About: I am retired, have trained and shown dogs for over fifty years, live in a condo with one sheltie and one cat. I like to sit ONE dog at a time so it can have special one on one attention. Special arrangements can be made with two dogs that are from the same family. My floors are tile and I sterilize them between visits. I do NOT have a fenced yard but we have a 20 x 80 fenced dog run right outside my back door and we walk every two to three hours and once during the night. Since I am retired, I can be with your dog 24/7 with small exceptions. The dogs are allowed on the furniture and in the bed. I do insist that dogs be house trained and crate trained since we feed in crates or crate them if I have to be away. If you want personal care and attention for your dog, we would love to supply that service. We do NOT do meet and greets. We find that those brief encounters simply put stress on my dogs and yours. I take about an hour when a dog has arrived to acclimate him safely and comfortably. I only care for small dogs, under 30 pounds, and no puppies. Since I am retired, my schedule is pretty much staying around the house. There are no children and things are pretty quiet most of the time. Pets hold a very special place in our hearts and in our lives, and often times help is required. I am here to offer help so that you, your family, and pets can all thrive. Extra love and praises are always included! It would be a privilege for me to care for your furry family members! ❤️ I am open to help during all weekdays, while my kids are busy at school. This would be M/T/Th 9-5, and W/F 9-1. Flexibility with other days and times can be worked out if communicated and scheduled enough in advance. During the day I have a very quiet house, as well as 2 acres, easy nearby walking avenues, and crates, if your dog requires to be crated at certain times. For cats, I have plenty of comfy nap spots, as well as a litter box for use. 🐶 🐱 🩷
About: I’ve owned dogs and also help care for my neighbors and family members dogs when they go out of town. Not in a situation to have my own right now sadly, I’d love to hang out with yours! :) we also have a sweet 10 year old cat that we’ve had since he was just a couple months old, we are cat people just as much as dog people, I’d love to come drop in and hang with your kitty. For the summer time I do have my almost 6 year old daughter and my 3 year old son with me. They are both very respectful of dogs and cats. However if your pet is not good with kids I am available after 5 pm on weekdays and mostly all weekend days. I will keep your pet safe and abide by what you ask of me! Like I said, I truly love animals. I will do all that I can to make them feel loved, safe and cared for while you’re gone. ☺️

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about the age of 14. My cousin had 2 older Dachshunds (one was blind), and a Pomeranian. I have experience walking, feeding, brushing and playing with dogs. I also am flexible with accommodating older dogs medical needs, whether that be picking them up due to a back injury or making sure they don’t run into sharp objects if they have visual impairments. I believe all dogs no matter the size, age or breed should be given the right care and attention that they deserve. I want to gather as much experience taking care of as many breeds as possible, I plan to be a foster dog mom in the future. I currently have some availability on the weekends in the fall except when I am on vacation. I love taking care of pets and am available throughout the week and will be able to take your fur babies for lots of playtime outside. I enjoy walking and spending time in nature with pets. I love walking outside and am used to living in residential spaces. I have no issues with wiping your dogs paws with a wet wipe or paper towel if they get too dirty from walking outside.
About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life, primarily large dogs up until end of life, as well as cats in the last 6 years. I’ve got extensive experience with these guys, and my love for these animals runs deep! I’m currently self-employed, so my schedule is very flexible for visiting or playing with your pets! The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.
About: Although I don’t have any pets of my own (only chickens) I love all dogs!! And I did have a family dog growing up that we sadly lost. I pet sit for my friends and boyfriend occasionally and love to go on long walks! I am a part time student and also work as a certified pharmacy technician. Whenever I am free I like to go on walks and enjoy nature! Your dogs safety is just as important to you as it is to me! I carry pepper spray w me just in case and stay off my phone to avoid any distractions.
