About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed being around all kinds of pets- from cats and dogs to farm animals. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve dreamed of having the opportunity to spend more time with them. My husband and I moved to Wilmington about 10 years ago, and for much of that time, life kept us so busy that having a pet of our own didn’t feel fair. Since I haven’t had pets of my own during this time, I’ve happily gotten my animal fix by pet sitting for friends and caring for their cats and dogs whenever they’ve needed someone they trust. I work away from home (Registered Nurse since 2016) just one day a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and love they deserve. I have a fenced in yard, a nice neighborhood for walks and no other pets to care for. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own.

I also have professional experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for 70+ dogs each day. At home, we have a good sized fully fenced-in yard where your dog can run, play, and get plenty of outdoor time. About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have experience with many different breeds ranging from smaller dogs to bigger dogs. The experience I do have with Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and neighbors over the years. Pet care fits in my schedule every day of the week rather it's caring for my own pet, or taking care of someone else's. It would have to be either after I get off work or before I go in. On weekends anytime would work. How I/we care for our pets at home is by walking our dog 3-4 times a day depend on how many times she has to use the bathroom. And by also feeding her 2-3 times a day depending on how much she ate the time before. -We walk our dog in the morning before work, when we get home from work, and at night before we go to bed. Majority of the we’ll feed her after she goes out in the morning and then feed her again when we get home from work.

About: We have been taking care of dogs since 2018! We are so enjoying it!! Hubby walks the dogs and I cuddle and play! It's a win win for your fur baby! For doggie day care we are available between 8 am and 6pm Monday through Friday. Would love long term . We do have one small dog. For boarding we are available both weekdays and weekends. We have a nice fenced-in backyard and my husband takes the dogs out for walks when possible! About: I can’t remember an age where I wasn’t helping birth and raise kittens and puppies, turtles, or rodents. From having blind, toothless senior chihuahuas and senile cats…to a litter of brand new pups or kittens struggling to catch their first breath I’ve been part of it. I’ve had several rodents and reptiles, and cared for my friends and family birds as well. Trained puppies and kittens to use the potty and more. Also helped with a few farm animals too. I work only 20-25hrs a week, so I’ll always be home within 6hours or less. Outside of work, I’m home hanging out with my kids and furbabies. I have two e.s.a. Certified cats who tend to hide away when someone new is here. I’ve had them both since babies (13y & 3y). Keep things clean, organized, healthy, I had a cleaning company too. I don’t have crates on hand or an outside fence but I have a huge yard, the neighbor has a spayed female American bulldog, very friendly. There are farm animals next door. However, I do appreciate being where the pet is comfortable and knows its space.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have experience with many different breeds ranging from smaller dogs to bigger dogs. The experience I do have with Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and neighbors over the years. My fiancé and I have a dog she's a Beagle mix, she's probably she most friendly,energetic, quiet dog you could meet. We got her when she was 8 weeks old and could fit in the palm of my hand. Now she's a stubborn big back little girl that will do any trick you ask her if you have a treat in your hand. Love her though. Overall I love dogs, I feel like you can never be mad when you have one, not matter what bad things they do, they win you back over by being cute and friendly. Pet care fits in my schedule every day of the week rather it's caring for my own pet, or taking care of someone else's. It would have to be either after I get off work or before I go in. On weekends anytime would work. How I/we care for our pets at home is by walking our dog 3-4 times a day depend on how many times she has to use the bathroom. And by also feeding her 2-3 times a day depending on how much she ate the time before. -We walk our dog in the morning before work, when we get home from work, and at night before we go to bed. Majority of the we’ll feed her after she goes out in the morning and then feed her again when we get home from work.

I also have professional experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for 70+ dogs each day. About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life! I grew up with dogs in my family, so caring for them and being around them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve gained plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, bathing, and keeping dogs happy and comfortable. My boyfriend also grew up with dogs, so we’re both very comfortable around them and genuinely love having them around. I understand that every pup has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with us. I’m new to Rover, but definitely not new to caring for dogs! I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the day to give your pup lots of attention, walks, and playtime. I live downtown and love walking, so having a furry companion join me on my daily walks would be a plus!
