“Marilyn is absolutely amazing! We had contacted her hoping she might be able to accommodate our dogs for a last minute trip, and she quickly set up the meet and greet and boarding! Our "puppies" tend to be pretty high energy, and they seemed to fit right in with the family. This was the first trip I've been on where I forgot to worry about the dogs and just enjoy our trip, which never happens. The communication, updates, and photos were consistent and frequent, and I felt like they were in amazing hands the entire time. Both Maci and Oakley came back so happy (and so tired). I cannot say enough about amazing Marilyn (and her family) are! Thank you so much for everything, Maci and Oakley will definitely be back to play!”

About: I’ve had/been around many different types of dogs my entire life. My family would always want me to come over and train/watch theirs animals for them like I was the go to person for anybody who got a new pet. I also use to volunteer at a boarding company to help feed/walk the dogs. I currently do doordash so I can pretty much fit any request in to my schedule. The most amount of time I would be away would probably be around 5-6 hours. I’m a dependable and caring pet sitter who treats every pet like my own. I know how important routines are, so I make sure pets are fed on time, get plenty of attention, and feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I occasionally have appts and other events on the weekends, including attending church worship service. I'm at home the majority of the time. I have a pretty open concept in my house, but I close off doors to bedrooms and bathroom. I sometimes close off my hallway to keep in a secluded place in case of visitors or go to sleep at night. I take dogs out on leash, I currently do not have a fenced yard. I spend quality time with them and engage often and show plenty of love.

During my time in college, I worked at a local animal shelter for almost 9 months, specifically with dogs. I was trained on cleaning, walking and playing, feeding, etc., so I am very comfortable with what to do. Happy to be of service to you☺️ I am home 90% of the time and do most of my work from home. I am enrolled in college and when classes are active I have a 1 hour long class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I spend most of my time cuddled up with my pets (and yours if there here ☺️) or im running around with my dog to burn off some of his energy😆 my schedule is very flexible and pet care will always fit into my daily routine. I have a fenced yard and gates throughout my home to separate areas where the dogs should not be or could get hurt. I do regular potty breaks every hour but if this needs to be adjusted due to your pets needs I can do that! I do morning and night feedings for my dog and cats but I can manage feeding your pet on their schedule as well :)
About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.
About: I have professional experience working at a veterinary kennel and am trained in proper medication and subcutaneous fluid administration. I also know how to work with anxious, elderly, and disabled pets. I love getting to know each pet’s personal needs and quirks in order to give them the best care possible! I am a recent college graduate and am doing pet sitting full time! This means I will be able to schedule my days around your pet‘s needs. My care includes feeding, walking, continuation of training, and giving pets all the love they deserve! I will be at your house as much as I can to give your pet the best experience. About: Most of my experience is with dogs of friends or co-workers. I generally keep their dogs at their place where they are most comfortable and take them out frequently for walks/runs or whatever they'd like to do. So long as the dog is house trained and not on the "forbidden breed list" at the apartments I stay, they are welcome to my home too. I've sat a Pointer/Dalmation mix, Maltese mix, Shepherd mix, Chow Chow, Boxer, Cane Corso, and 2 Weimaraners in the past. My fulltime job is a nurse, and I only work 36 hours a week. I don't really consider pet sitting or walking a job because I love dogs so much. Just looking to make some extra income and maybe start my own business someday. I have a laid back personality and dogs tend to take to me immediately or at least stay true to their breeds. Chow Chow was my brother-in-law's dog who barked at me a good 3-4 times before she knew I wasn't a total stranger. Bothered me none.

About: My family over the years have had dogs as pets. This is the extent of my experience with dogs. I am very willing to learn how others take care of their dogs. “Marilyn is absolutely amazing! We had contacted her hoping she might be able to accommodate our dogs for a last minute trip, and she quickly set up the meet and greet and boarding! Our "puppies" tend to be pretty high energy, and they seemed to fit right in with the family. This was the first trip I've been on where I forgot to worry about the dogs and just enjoy our trip, which never happens. The communication, updates, and photos were consistent and frequent, and I felt like they were in amazing hands the entire time. Both Maci and Oakley came back so happy (and so tired).
