Our own furry family includes a longhair Chihuahua we rescued as a pup, a Chow-Chow mix rescued from the woods, and two gentle Great Pyrenees who serve as our lovable outdoor guardians. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home full-time to care for your dogs with plenty of love, attention, and snuggles. I can’t wait to welcome your furry family members into our home! Our property sits on 15 acres and is home to chickens, guinea fowl, and turkeys. The backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe, fun space for your pups to run, explore, and play. We have lots of dog toys available, so there’s no need to bring extras — we’ll keep your toys safe and avoid any mix-ups. 🕕 Hours: 6am–9pm (Flexible if you need early drop-offs or late pick-ups — just ask!) 🎁 Referral Bonus: Refer a friend who books a stay, and you’ll receive 1 free night for one of your dogs! We’d love to meet your pups and give them a safe, happy, and loving home-away-from-home. Feel free to reach out with any questions — thanks so much for checking out our profile! I'm home full time so we will mostly be here with your fur baby. If we do leave for a playground or errand it's for a short time. I have two dogs of my own for socialization and a crate or separate room if needed if there's a dog that needs a break.

About: I’ve had/been around many different types of dogs my entire life. My family would always want me to come over and train/watch theirs animals for them like I was the go to person for anybody who got a new pet. I also use to volunteer at a boarding company to help feed/walk the dogs. I currently do doordash so I can pretty much fit any request in to my schedule. The most amount of time I would be away would probably be around 5-6 hours. I’m a dependable and caring pet sitter who treats every pet like my own. I know how important routines are, so I make sure pets are fed on time, get plenty of attention, and feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I’m patient, responsible, and good at picking up on what each pet needs, whether that’s playtime, walks, or just some extra cuddles. I also like to keep owners updated so they can relax knowing their pet is happy and well taken care of.

“Cameron took wonderful care of our cats while we were away. He was kind, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful with them. He spent quality time playing with them and kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our cats are naturally shy, but Cameron was patient and let them warm up at their own pace, it was amazing to see that they had opened up to him within just two days. Beyond being fantastic with pets, Cameron is also a genuinely pleasant person to talk to. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would happily book him again!”

“Lacy was great with my girl, Stella. She was reliable and courteous. She also was a wonderful communicator and provided pictures of my pup during her drop in visits. I felt completely comfortable leaving Stella in her care and would highly recommend her.”

She has so many years of experience of expertise of working with all kinds of pets. I am very happy with the services she has provided me and my kiddos.”

“Thank you David! Our pups seemed to have a great time! They slept the entire 3 hour ride home. Glad we found you & would not hesitate to return whenever we are in the area.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Dogs seem to take to me well. I’ve worked as a junior groomer for a few months and trained my own dog. Not professionally, but he listens and understands. I’ve always loved dogs and been an animal person! I have an almost 4 month old baby so I have been a SAHM. I love to work and would like to help my family more. This way I can be at home loving on my son and also your fur babies! We just moved into our forever home due to my husband being retired Navy. We got married in Hawaii where he was stationed and I grew up. Our neighborhood was military and I would watch peoples dogs, board, check ins, walks. I worked at a doggie daycare and became close with a client who would bring her dog over to me to watch instead. Also, became very close with some people in the neighborhood whom I’ve take care of their dogs and now can say are friends like family!

“Charles is truly a dog person! He takes the time to get to know them and rolls with the punches (or should I say barks, especially in my dogs case!). He’s very caring with the dogs and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog there, and since she’s a rescue it was her first time going to a place like this. I highly recommend Charles and Wag N wheels. Great people and great facility!”

“Camila and Lino were great sitters. Great backyard for playtime that wore out my dog. Were very responsive to coordinate pick up/drop off times. Would highly recommend.”

“Had to find someone super last minute, and Lorraine was very responsive and great at communicating! Nairobi, my cockapoo, had a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly recommend for anyone considering!”

“My dog Chloe has stayed with David several times, and each time has been fantastic! Chloe loves David and gets excited when we pull into their driveway. She always comes home happy and tired. David sends the best pictures, and Chloe always looks like she is having a blast. I haven't actually used any other dog sitter on Rover because David is just that great.”

About: **PLEASE RESPOND IN TIMELY MANNER AFTER RECEIVE REPLY TO REQUEST. GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. 🙏🏾** I've taken care of family and friends' dogs since 2010, starting in Charlotte, NC. Longest I've kept one dog is for 2 weeks. I love taking care of dogs as if they were my own. Currently live in Durham, NC in my childhood home. I work from home, so I'm the perfect sitter that can entertain your dog while you're at work, away on vacay/trip, or just need some me time. I am a patient person and do have experience training a couple of dogs from not fearing their crate, knowing boundaries within house, and cease whining. I work from home Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 pm. I occasionally have appts and other events on the weekends, including attending church worship service. I'm at home the majority of the time. I have a pretty open concept in my house, but I close off doors to bedrooms and bathroom. I sometimes close off my hallway to keep in a secluded place in case of visitors or go to sleep at night. I take dogs out on leash, I currently do not have a fenced yard. I spend quality time with them and engage often and show plenty of love.
“Olive can’t get away from me and I go the house fast enough when we get to Summer’s! Summer is so good with them, and has been so kind and flexible about short notice bookings and making things work. Highly recommend!”

“Justine and James are the best dog sitters. Justine sent tons of updates and pictures of my pup, Rocky, and she was so thorough with understanding his needs. My dog is 14 years old and was become quite sensitive and picked up some recent separation anxiety due to my working from home during the pandemic, but they worked with him and he was perfectly comfortable staying at their house. He also really enjoyed their backyard and their friendly cat! I will bring Rocky back anytime, thank you for being such caring people!”
“Kerri and her husband are amazing dog sitters. They sent me pictures and videos during the day and I could see that Ollie had a great time. I highly recommend Kerri and will bring Ollie back when I need another doggy day care.”

Hello I’m Evan and I live and work on my farm full time so your dog will stay inside my house and enjoy the outside regularly along with my dog, Brin. The dogs can come and go from the house, so your pup will have a lot of time to run, but will be safe and in the house as needed.

About: Every dog I meet is a companion full of joy, and excitement. I can't wait to be your canine's next good friend! Experience: At the age of 3 I immediately knew I loved dogs. As I grew, I took steps to surround myself with them. For 3 years in high school I volunteered at my local animal shelter taking all types of dogs on walks, bathing them, and working with them. I learned how to deal with dogs who weren't at their best and who had a wide range of personalities. Then, for two years I worked in a veterinarians office as an assistant due to my undying love of each and every dog. I have hosted dogs in my home in the past here on Rover over the course of 3 years, but now I am operating my fish farm, I am happy to drop in for your animals while you are away. I can give long walks, administer medication, drop in for feeding and litter box scraping, house sit, or farm sit (explicit experience with chicks/chickens/horses/fish/reptiles). I look forward to being a companion for you and your animals. I have a flexible routine on my farm that requires about 2 hours of my time every day. I will fit your animal care around those hours. In my home, my dog lives a life of luxury. I have a philosophy of observing an animal intensely and observing what they may need or want. Each animal has a different vibe and needs me in a different way.

I also have 3 years of volunteer experience at a no-kill animal shelter, and am comfortable giving medications and handling any special health or behavioral needs. I have experience caring for dogs that require frequent potty breaks due to age or medical condition; as well as those with Arthritis, recovering injuries, or other mobility concerns. Similarly, I have cared for cats of all ages and temperaments, including those with medical vulnerabilities (seizures, kidney disease, cancer, incontinence issues). I have also worked with former ferals, and am happy to care for those who may be especially shy or anxious around unfamiliar faces and disrupted routines. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust look after your pet. I value reliability and communication, and strive to provide the upmost care. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I work fully remote, so I have plenty of flexibility when caring for your pets. I update my calendar frequently, and am happy to work with your schedule. During housesits, I will make your home my base camp so pets will not be left alone for extended periods. I will be sure to communicate with you to ensure your expectations for drop in visits or house sitting are fully met. I’m here for any special care requests. I’ll check in after each drop-in session with plenty of photos of your pet and a rundown on the visit. I typically provide two updates mid-morning and evening each day while house sitting. I always include detailed information about your pet’s activity and behavior, along with lots of photos and videos documenting the day. However, I am happy to provide updates at your preferred frequency. I am always available and responsive during visits should you have any questions or requests.
About: I’ve owned both cats and dogs my whole life, and more recently I’ve owned chickens as well. Starting with cats, I’ve fed and cleaned up after the ones we’ve owned, as well as taken care of the cats and kittens we fostered over the years. I’ve bottle fed them, helped give vaccines, and everything else in between when it comes to raising and taking care of them. I have also helped pet sit many of our neighbors as well as friends cats over the years. We have also owned several dogs, and I have tons of experience with walking and feeding them. We currently own 3; 2 small dogs and 1 big dog, so I have learned how to take care of many sizes of dog. Like with cats, I’ve also walked and fed my neighbors dogs many times when they’ve gone out of town. Lastly, we’ve raised more chickens than I can count in the past 7ish years, and I’ve taken care of chicks we got from breeders, as well as chicks born from our own hens and roosters. All of our chickens free range and are egg layers, so I treat them like any other pet and not like livestock. I have experience feeding them, fending off hawks and other predators, putting them to bed every night, as well as animal-proofing the coops themselves. For almost my whole life, I’ve helped feed our cats and scooped their litter just about every day. I also walk and feed each of our dogs throughout the day. Finally, I feed and put up our chickens many times throughout each week. I follow any instructions my clients may have and can cater to their pets needs. I love on and treat others pets the same way I would with my own, and have done so for neighbors, family, friends, as well as many others.
About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.
About: I have grown up around animals my whole life including dogs and cats! I am a dog owner and trained her myself. I love to volunteer at my local animal shelter. I have medical education and experience to care for your animals medical needs! I am a current PA school graduate living at home therefore have a very flexible schedule for whatever you need! I understand life happens and would love to help! I have a friendly dog and cat at home right now who love visitors. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for pups to run around.

“Bailey was just amazing. This was the first time my 11 year old chihuahua has been away from home without me, but the moment I met Bailey I was immediately at ease. She showed kindness, love, and patience towards my dog from the start. She showed me around her yard, and listened attentively as I explained my dog's habits and routines. She sent a text and photos of how my dog was doing during his stay with her. When I went to pick him up, he showed no signs of stress - he was calm and happy upon my arrival. Thank you, Bailey! I would book with you again in a heartbeat.”

“Halle and Thomas were great with my border collie mix! I got daily photos of him on walks and at the dog park. Jasper seemed very comfortable with them. I would definitely use their services again!”

She shared regular updates and pictures, administered our senior dog’s medication, and went the extra mile in every possible way to make sure our pups felt right at home. We’re so grateful for her animal loving heart!”

“I hope I can board my dog there again and again. Julie was friendly, on top of everything, and my dog looked sooo happy in every one of the numerous photos Julie sent me. She gave me a daily update and answered everyone of my questions instantaneously. I had flight issues on my vacation return and she was so flexible and kind about it all. Overall rating TEN out of five!”

“Tori and her family took such great care of our small older dog who has some health issues including med administration needs and occasional pain due to previous cancer. Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. I would highly recommend Tori and her family for caring for your pet!”

“Elizabeth took such great care of my puppy goose. He’s a 1 year old German Short Haired pointer with a lot of energy but he played great with all her dogs. She was very communicative throughout the process, which helped a lot since this was my first time using the app. She gave me frequent updates and pictures and was very kind. I highly recommend choosing Elizabeth to watch your pup!”
