About: Since I was a child, I've always been surrounded by pets of all kinds. From dogs to cats to chameleons and hamsters, I've even tended to a tortoise! From bathing and cleaning tanks to homemade pet meals, and everything in between, it won't scare me away. Between my friends and my family, I'm the one that they go to when it comes to watching their furry family members I’m currently working 5 days a week, those days vary from week to week. Typically, I work between the hours 4:00am-12:00pm. Though, sometimes those hours are shorter. The safety and health of your furry family member is a top priority of mine. Whether it is in your home or on outings, you will always be aware of our location, the times we are away, and whether there are other animals there. About: I’ve been caring for pets on and off since high school. In the summer of 2023, I helped my neighbor walk two dogs regularly—an older Golden Retriever and a young Pomeranian. I’ve also walked a large Standard Poodle and have experience with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Some friends have trusted me with pet-sitting at my home; the longest stay was nine days, caring for a medium-sized Poodle and a small mixed breed dog. I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in a new environment. In the past, I also raised a rescued orange tabby cat from kittenhood. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and pet sat for family and friends dogs through middle school and high school. During college and a little after I fostered puppies and dogs who needed special attention. I have a two year old miniature dachshund. I work four on call shifts a week. I am currently raising an energetic, lab puppy that keeps me on my toes - with daily walks, playtime, and plenty of training. Through her, I’ve gained firstshand experience with the patience, consistency, and energy that dogs need to thrive. Before welcoming my lab, I cared for my previous large-breed dog through every stage of her life, from adulthood into her senior years. She lived to be 14 years old, giving me experience with the slower pace, extra attention, and gentle care that older dogs often need. Whether your dog loves long adventures, a leisurely neighborhood walk, or simply some extra companionship during the day, I'm happy to tailor each visit to their individual needs. Safety, communication, and reliability are my top priorities. About: Owners and animals will love my service because I'm very hands on and love to engage with the animals. I have two dogs and two cats of my own who are extremely well behaved with other animals. I've worked with dogs In particular in the past and found a passion with it. It doesn't matter if it's big dogs or small, I love to meet and interact with new animals. I have worked with aggressive breeds in the past so I know how to engage and interact with different breeds and needs. I know not all dogs are the same and each dog requires different techniques for that dog to feel safe and comfortable with a stranger. I feel confident with my ability to walk or sit most dogs. I have open availability for anyone's needs! All I ask is you reach out ahead of time just incase I have anything else booked. I follow the guidelines set by the owners. Each pet is individual and requires certain attention. My job isnt to change the comfortability or routines you have set for your animals. If I encounter any concerns or have any suggestions I will always bring them to the owner before I change any daily routine.
