Highly-rated overnight sitters - Oak Grove
“Stevie was great! She worked with our schedule for dropping off and picking up. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our furry family member was in good hands.”

“Bridget did great watching my dog Maisy. She sent lots of pictures and noticed my dogs eyes get excessively crusty and made sure to keep them clean while I was gone.”

“It's gonna be hard saying goodbye to Kathleen and her fur babies. Zion will truly miss play, eat and cuddle time with his friends at Kathleen's home each visit And we'll hold on to the memories!”

“They were great with our unpotty trained puppy. They helped quite a bit and we are trying to rebook them again for another weekend trip a few weeks out. We hope to have our puppy on a better potty schedule by then and have no doubt that Daine and Ashley will keep up the routine. They are great.”
“Kristy was absolutely wonderful with our amstaff/lab mix, Coltrane. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. She sent us lots of photos and updates throughout his stay, and it was obvious from every picture that Coltrane was happy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoying himself with Kristy and her family. One of the things we appreciated most was seeing Coltrane interacting so naturally and comfortably in their home environment. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was being treated like part of the family instead of just being “watched.” Kristy clearly loves dogs and pays close attention to their comfort and well-being. We would absolutely trust her with Coltrane again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative sitter.”

“Chloe & Collin were fantastic! Very quick to respond to messages and she sent lots of pictures and updates! She was very kind and flexible with our busy schedule while we were in town! We will definitely use them again next time we are visiting the area!!”

“Another great boarding experience with Nicole and her family. My two dogs just love staying with her. She makes me feel so comfortable because I know my dogs are in great care while I am away.”

“Sylveena was remarkable! Communication was daily, quick to provide feedback and answer questions. Look forward to having her watch our dogs whenever we have to travel. 10/10!”

“I had never boarded my dog before, and Saige made the process seamless. I had many questions and had to change a few timelines at last minute and she was very patient with me! My Great Pyrenees chewed a little sore on her paw and Saige tended to it which I very much appreciated. I enjoyed getting and reports of how Willow was doing. I will use Saige again! Thank you!”

“Since Griffin works from home he was able to provide our pup with the human company he is used to at home. This was important for me. Griffin’s little dog was happy to share space with ours. Easy access to play in the fenced in backyard was especially nice on sunny days. Willy was well-cared for during his stay in Griffin’s home.”

“Ben and Cassie are extremely kind. They were accommodating to us forgetting our dog food, updated us during Ivy’s stay and were very professional. We will be using them again in the future, overall a great experience.”

“Nicole was wonderful! She provided excellent communication throughout our trip and sent photos, which gave me great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was well cared for, and having fun. In fact, when he came home, he cried because he missed his new friends and the environment he had grown so attached to. We couldn’t ask for a better indication of how happy and comfortable he was in her care. Highly recommend!”

“I have a 6yo Olde English Bulldogge named Decimus. I went on a Family Retreat to Gatlinburg, Tn. for a week. I was unaware the place booked did not allow pets. I booked Christine to watch my furbaby. She did a most excellent job taking care of him & with his special instructions. Daily updates with several pictures. I highly recommend! 5 stars definitely.”

“Olga did a great job watching Ahsoka! She was very nice and was able to help us in a pinch when our usual sitter had a family emergency. She sent pictures everyday with updates on how Ahsoka was doing. Ahsoka seemed to have a lot of fun! We would happily book with her again.”

“From the moment I met Brittney and Max I felt very comfortable having them watch Seamus. Their dog and kids were perfect companions for him and guaranteed he’d get plenty of love and affection. I also received plenty of pictures from Brittney which put me at ease and was a nice touch when I was missing him. He got plenty of time outdoors, cuddles, and play time. I will definitely be using this family in the future.”

About: I have been a cat owner for 13 years. I apoted my black Maine coon Blade from wayside waifs when he was a tiny 8 week old kitten. With having a long hair cat I know how important it is to brush them out and keep their litter box clean. We play with lots of toys and his favorite toy is the Lazer pointer. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to spend time with your baby/babies.

“Tiffany did a great job visiting Bootsy while we were out of town. Everything went as expected and she makes a real effort to interact with the cat. Will absolutely use again!”

“Ashley was wonderful with my cats! Even with one of them hiding the whole time, she tried her best to find him and still give him the care he needed. I will 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter and will be using her services again when I need them!”

“Jessica was a wonderful pet sitter to our older cat. She was able to do a few overnights so our cat wasn’t lonely. She actually stayed longer than scheduled because of a snow storm. Our house was left tidy and communication was good throughout our trip including pictures. We would use Jessica again.”

“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! Would book Saige again!”

“Katie did a great job with our two cats. She was on time, provided outstanding care & feeding, & gave us daily pictures of them. We couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend her for drop-in care of pets.”

“Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure she gave my cat his injections. He was difficult but she was a trooper and got the job done. I very much appreciate all her hard work. I would highly recommend her.”

My goal is to make every cat feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away.
“We have used Allison a few times now and she has exceeded any expectations each time. She is very responsive, punctual, and leaves great reports for our animals. I can always count on her and can’t recommend her enough.”

“Aside from being great with our dogs, I have to compliment Grant on his communication. He responded to all of my messages promptly and professionally and kept me in the loop during my 2 dogs stay. It really helped put me at ease about their first stay. My dogs came home calm and tired which tells me they had a great fun time with him. Thanks, Grant!”

Your dog will stay in a cozy home setting with a small resident pack of friendly toy-breed dogs and plenty of supervised outdoor playtime in our secure backyard play yard. Our yard features enrichment areas just for small dogs, including ramps, tunnels, lounging spots, and shaded cabana areas where pups can relax between play sessions. About: I've been pet sitting for about three years now and animals are my whole life. I love big dogs and grew up constantly around Great Danes and Mastiffs. I've also raised three puppies over the years and been involved in basic care, walking, playing, and potty training. I'm getting certified in dog grooming starting in August, so I'm available for a large amount of time over the summer! Currently, I'm looking to pet sit full time! I am available on almost any day of the week (and weekend!) and can come at any time needed during this summer. I will always make sure your fur babies are fed, have water at all times, get any specific meds (if needed), are played with as much as possible, and are plenty loved! I will treat your animals as if they were my own, making sure they are consistently happy and healthy. I also strive to make your return back home as stress-free as possible and often vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and tidy up before leaving!
About: I grew up with three dogs and trained them to do the basics. I love animals of all sizes, not just dogs. I don’t have much experience with other animals but would love to learn and be as much help as possible! There is a mid sized dog park at my apartment complex however I cannot bring my animal inside my apartment. I can definitely travel to your home and take care of your animal is one long stay or visits. And I also love taking dogs on walks so that is no problem as well.
“Ashley is great! Our dog, Arlo, is a 75lb, 8 month old puppy and while he is the goofiest, most loving guy...he can also be a pain in the butt sometimes. Ashley handled Arlo (and our home) with great care. She is reliable and has great communication. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy and loving dog walker!”

“Hailey has been our go to for weekly dog walking on Rover, she is respectful and has great communication. She is very trustworthy and we always know our dog is in great hands with her!”

This background has taught me responsibility, patience, and how to care for animals of all kinds. I treat every pet as if it were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I attend school online, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This allows me to travel for pet-sitting jobs and even stay overnight when needed, as long as there’s Wi-Fi so I can keep up with my classes. Since I’m currently applying for more jobs, my availability is open and adaptable, making it easy for me to provide consistent, reliable care for pets whenever I’m needed. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routines as closely as possible so the pets feel comfortable and secure. I provide regular feeding, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of affection. I also take time to clean up after them, whether that’s refreshing litter boxes, wiping paws, or tidying up their spaces. If I’m staying overnight, I make sure the home stays neat and the pets get extra attention and companionship. My goal is always to create a safe, calm, and loving environment while keeping the owner’s home just as they left it.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for 5 years. I’m experienced with pets of all kinds. Newborn and elderly pets, healthy and sick pets, small and large pets. I’m used to dogs who are untrained and can handle pets on the wild side. I’m a full time student at UMKC, and have classes two days a week. The longest stretch of time the pets would be alone would be about three to four hours. My schedule is flexible other than my class times, and can accommodate your pets needs. My services offer taking care of your pets in their homes, so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I can fit my schedule around your pet, letting them stick to their normal routines.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10 years old, including family pet care, professional pet care and personal pet care. I am experienced in dog walking, dog boarding, in home pet sitting and diabetic pets/sick pets. I have reliable transportation and am available at all times to give your pet the care they need! I am committed to being available at all times including weekends and evenings. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, so it doesn’t feel like a task, it’s something I intentionally build into my schedule to make sure pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I care for pets as if they were my own. I pay close attention to their individual routines, personalities, and needs, whether they’re in my home or a client’s home. This includes making sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and receive lots of affection and attention. I love animals, so I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, playing, going for walks, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I also keep a close eye on their behavior and health, and I follow any specific instructions the owner provides to ensure their pet feels happy and well cared for while they’re away. As a diabetic dog owner myself I am committed to giving your pet the best care I can!
“Heidi was so fantastic! After I had surgery I needed a lot of help with my Shih Tzu and she was there at a moment's notice for any and every need Spanky and I had. I could tell she really cared about him and was very gentle with him. I would highly recommend her!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and rescuer of dogs. Life is not complete without a dog to snuggle up with at the end of the day. I’m a retired public school teacher so my schedule is pretty open on weekends as well as week days right now. I’m ready to walk and care for your pet. I have a large fenced yard and 3 of my own rescue fur babies that get along with other dogs fabulously. I can do drop in visits at your home also. I love walking and staying active so walking your dogs will be a treat for me.
About: Taking care of people’s pets is my passion, and I have over fifteen years experience caring for them professionally as a vet technician at Banfield Animal Hospital as well as an animal care technician at several different boarding facilities. I have also been an animal shelter volunteer since my 8th birthday, I asked to try it as my present, and that’s what got me hooked! I provide attentive, professional care with a genuine love for every dog I meet. I don’t just “watch” pets—I learn their routines, personalities, and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and at home. Over the course of my professional career I have worked with every type of breed and personality under the sun, from high-energy puppies to scared of their own shadow rescues to “just want a nice quiet place to lay down” senior dogs, I’m confident in reading behavior, maintaining structure, and responding calmly in any situation. I have yet to encounter a pet who hasn’t warmed up to me within a few hours, or wasn’t excited to come back to stay again. Pets under my care are treated with patience, affection, and respect—like family, not a booking! Unlike traditional boarding, I do not use kennels, unless they are necessary and that is communicated to me by the owner because of potty training and/or destructive behaviors. I have got dog beds for every shape and size, although most are more comfortable on the coach with me or in my bed at night. And, of course, there is no extra charge for playtime or extra treats! My family are all pet lovers here as well, so my husband and kids love having extra dogs around to spoil with treats, walks around our subdivision up to the pond, couch snuggles, and endless playtime in our large fenced in backyard. I never watch more than four at a time, to make sure every one of them gets plenty of attention. I am currently working on obtaining my Masters degree, primarily online, so I am home with the pets I “board” the majority of the day. I am currently in school part time working to obtain my masters in Animal Science. My schedule is very flexible and I am at home pretty much 24/7. I have a fenced in large yard in a quiet neighborhood, so I walk dogs I watch/my dogs 1-2 times a day and let out any elderly dogs I am currently watching through the front door to avoid the deck steps. I feed my dogs twice a day, they drink filtered water and get denta sticks each day. I always bring dog treats on walks so reinforce good behavior. We consider our pets people here, so getting on furniture is allowed as well, unless the owner says to discourage. I do not kennel dogs unless owner provides kennel and instructs me to use it for crate training/destructive behaviors.
About: I’ve owned 3 dogs over the years. My oldest dog is 14 years old and has some health issues so I am very familiar with all the healthcare requirements. We recently got a puppy as well so I’m very familiar with young pups as well! I currently work from home so I’m very flexible in being able to do daily walks, overnight stays, and daily check ins. I regularly go for walks with my dog and would love to add to my routine! My oldest dog is a grumpy old man so he’s pretty easy to work with. I love to spoil my dogs with treats but enjoy taking them out for walks and making sure they get their daily exercise too. I’m a huge animal lover!
About: I’m extremely patient and caring with each dog or other pets I take care of. I’ve helped friends & family over the years with their own! Pets are an important part of the family and should be treated as such. I work part time currently so my schedule is very flexible and negotiable to spend time with your pets. I make sure to prioritize care so you can rest assured your pups are getting all the love and care they need! I always talk with whoever pets I’m taking care of about their routines at home and what is the environment their most comfortable with. Even with fenced in yards I’ll stand outside and make sure everything is ok while also giving dogs company.

“Stevie was great! She worked with our schedule for dropping off and picking up. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our furry family member was in good hands.”

Thank you!”

“Ben and Cassie are extremely kind. They were accommodating to us forgetting our dog food, updated us during Ivy’s stay and were very professional. We will be using them again in the future, overall a great experience.”

“This was our first time using this service, and I am so glad I found Taylor! We were very hesitant with the idea of leaving our dog with a stranger, but Taylor's reviews and her prompt answers to my numerous questions, we were quickly put us at ease. We received daily updates and pictures, and it was obvious to us that Moose was having the best time and was well cared for. Before we picked him up, I had already reached out to Taylor to rebook with her for an upcoming trip!”

“Paula took excellent care of our 3 dogs! She sent lots of pictures and videos showing how our dogs were doing. The dogs appeared very happy and at ease with her. I recommend her for your pet sitting needs!”

“Chloe was awesome with my pup Angus. She provided excellent services and communication throughout the sitting period. I will definitely be using her for future sittings! Thank you Chloe!”

“Ronel was amazing with our 3 pups! This was our first time leaving our 8 month old puppy and she helped ease the anxiety by sending us daily updates and pictures. The dogs had an amazing time with Ronel and Willow. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies!”

About: My husband and I have been around animals all of our life. We have pet sit for our family and friends for many years and we love doing it so much that we have decided to extend our services to others. Being parents of a rambunctious cat and shy dog we know how scary it can be to leave your loved one with a stranger. With us your baby will not be a stranger for long, we will welcome them with open arms and care. We have 25 plus years experience working with all age ranges of cats and dogs. Between my husband and I we are able to arrange our schedules so your furbaby will have constant fun and loving interaction. For Drop-Ins during the week we are able to drop in anytime after 4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday but on the Weekends we will have more availability to drop in at any time of the day. We have a one story ranch home that is animal friendly. We have large chain linked fenced in yard in a quaint neighborhood. We have a 3 year old female Great Dane who is a big baby and loves to play with other dogs and gets along with cats. We have a cat who is a lover. If we need to go to a persons home we will be very respectful of their home and wishes.
