She was very communicative and I didn't have to wonder how he was doing. Noreen was very accommodating to Nelson's diet. He stayed with two of his toys, his special food bowl, treats, and leashes. Noreen had a bed for him to sleep on and water bowls. Pictures showed Nelson enjoying being out in their backyard, going for walks, and playing with the other dogs. It appears he had a great time and I am very grateful that he got to stay with such a nice family over the holiday weekend. I had booked his stay on short notice because it had slipped my mind in preparation for my upcoming trip. All of the local kennels for boarding were booked. About: I’ve kept and rescued animals since a young age, which included tending to any wounds or injuries. My own pets were fosters, and most recently I fostered a lovely pittie who was then adopted. I’m very good with skittish cats, and I have a good understanding of basic dog training techniques. Lastly, I live a street away from a nice park which is good for dog walks. I love all animals, and spending time with them and caring for them is just as good for me as it is for them. I am currently self employed and jobs are few, so I have a very flexible schedule. Most, if not all my time would be dedicated to any pets in my care. I do have two of my own cats, so any dogs would have to be okay with cats in the house. All pets are different, with their own personalities, routines and likes/dislikes. Therefore, I plan to ask for detailed instructions regarding pet care. About: I grew up in a cat and dog household. My parents over the years have had four dogs. Ranging from pit mixes to labs. I often times pet sit for my friends whenever they go out of town. I have three of my own cats. My oldest cat is a senior at 16 years, my second is five years old, and my youngest is a seventh month old kitten. I was always in charge of our family dog when my parents would leave town, as well as taking care of family members dogs. this is a part time gig for me, my times are somewhat flexible with enough advance. About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)

She was very communicative and I didn't have to wonder how he was doing. Noreen was very accommodating to Nelson's diet. He stayed with two of his toys, his special food bowl, treats, and leashes. Noreen had a bed for him to sleep on and water bowls. Pictures showed Nelson enjoying being out in their backyard, going for walks, and playing with the other dogs. It appears he had a great time and I am very grateful that he got to stay with such a nice family over the holiday weekend. I had booked his stay on short notice because it had slipped my mind in preparation for my upcoming trip. All of the local kennels for boarding were booked. About: I was raised taking care of cats and dogs from the time I could walk. I recently moved to the area and I would love to spend some time with your animal. I currently work an 8-4 maybe a little longer on some days, so I would be able to stop in after I get home at four or anytime on the weekend! I was a little nervous dropping off our 8 month old Siberian Husky because it was our first time sending him off for boarding while we went away on vacation. Heck, it was our first time separated from him for any amount of time lol. Kristina had excellent communication from the first time I reached out and really put my mind at ease while we chatted as I dropped off our pup. She sent daily updates, either texts or pics, or both, and was quick to respond anytime I reached out. Our pup loved it there and even be-friended her German Shepherd.
