“I truly cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. With my crazy schedule, it is so wonderful knowing my girl is safe and incredibly well cared for in her hands. She goes above and beyond treating and loving her like her own. The picture updates, walks and play time with her 3 pups is very appreciated. I would highly recommend!”

“Like most pet owners I was super nervous to leave my dog with a virtual stranger, however Amanda is amazing! My pup doesn’t love being left behind but everytime I drop him off at Amanda’s it’s like he forgets I’m even there! She always has kept me updated while watching him and has been super flexible on pickup/ drop off times! She is the only pet sitter that I have been able to feel comfortable with leaving my dog with! I would recommend Amanda to all pet owners!”

Her puppy and older dog both LOVED my dog and my dog seemed extremely happy in all photos and only wanted to leave because she knew it was a car ride. I will definitely use Jennifer again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs reliability, fluctuation, and a person with a great attitude!”

“Dani and Skye were wonderful dog sitters for our beagle, Jenny. We left Jenny with them for a week and they took great care of her. Dani texted us pictures and kept us updated on how Jenny was doing while staying with them. Dani and Skye both love animals and Jenny enjoyed being around their own dog and cat. We would highly recommend these two for anyone looking for a nurturing environment for a pet. Thanks so much!!”

“Erin did a great job taking care of my puppy for the weekend! When I went to drop Lottie off she brought her dog down so that they could meet on neutral territory, which was really nice and during the weekend she text me updates and pics every day. I liked that she only took one pet at a time in addition to hers, that made me feel much safer leaving my puppy there. I would definitely recommend and use her services again!”

“Jessica took great care of our two dogs while we were out of town for about 6 days. It's so hard leaving them, but we felt comfort knowing they were in good hands, and we received frequent updates and pictures that made us feel even better!”

“Ehlana went above and beyond for our cats. First time here for Ehlana, tornado sirens went off, she got herself, cats, food, water, and bedding to the basement and back when safe. Her care for our cats was exemplary for the rest of her stay. Very responsible and dependable sitter . Highly recommend!”

“As always Lana has done a great job providing care for our 2 cats. We trust her to give them the best and she never disappoints. Definitely will continue recommending her to anyone that needs animal care!”

“Taylor was so communicative and friendly! She listened carefully to care and feeding instructions and asked questions for anything I didn't cover — like my cats' favorite toys :) I can tell she truly loved spending time with my cats as if they were her own and would love to have her watch them again!”

“Adrienna is an excellent and reliable sitter for our family of cats. Also Adrienna is willing to feed our pond fish. Having worked with many animals on a farm Adrienna is calm around our cats and efficient at performing all duties. She has stayed in touch sending photos and updates. We are so pleased with Adrienna that we booked her again.”

“Abigail did a fantastic job of taking care of our 4 feline boys for a week. One of our guys has some special needs and she excelled in his care giving. You could tell from the photos and videos that the fur balls really appreciated her visits. Will definitely use her again when the need arises. Highly recommended.”

About: I currently own 3 energetic dogs that adore! I am responsible for all aspects of their care. I have also dog sat for friends and family in the past. I am a graduate student so there are some times that I am not available, but most weekends and early morning and nights I can be available! I usually have breaks between classes that I can be available to check in on or walk your pet. At a client’s home you can count on me to make sure your animal is safe, loved, and cared for. I will do everything in my power to make sure the animal feels comfortable and not too out of routine.

About: I’ve taken care of my families two cats since I was little, so I sort of felt there was something missing when I went to live on my own. Thankfully my cat Sarah has once again put the joys and chaos of owning a cat back in my life. Had her for over a year now and she is truly the best.
“I am so thankful for Ellie! My cat is very shy and can be stressed with change, but she got along with Ellie so well and loved her visits! It makes me feel better about going out of town knowing she’s in good hands.”

“Jennie was awesome! She sent lots of pictures and her interactions with our pets was great! Communication was very easy and she was quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely book with Jennie again when needed!”
About: I have about 3+ years experience with watching / taking care of dogs. I’ve had my fair share of experiences knowing what they can and can’t eat and what questions to ask regarding a dogs diet. I have experience staying over night with dogs (at my place or theirs), going over to their place and taking care of them for a few hours, and of course walking dogs. I’ve had experience taking care of older dogs, about 13+ years old, and younger ones, roughly 4-5 years old. I am currently working on a thesis for graduate school and my schedule is rather flexible. I have time most mornings, afternoons, and evenings to take care or watch over dogs. I am also able to dog sit at the owners place if need be. I live with my parents so I probably wouldn’t be bring the dog home too often, but I’m pretty active and would take dogs on walks throughout the day. At a clients place, I like to chase them around for a bit at times and play around with them occasionally. I have a lot of energy so I have no problem with younger dogs.
About: I have been taking care of my friend's and family's dogs and cats for a little over two years now and love every second of it. I currently work full-time, but work super close to home to do potty breaks or walks! This way I'm able to be available 90% of the time. I also work from home some Mondays. I have an unfenced yard and two very loving dogs. When we take potty breaks we have a retraceable leash, slip lead or a lead we have tied to our deck to be hands free. I take the dogs potty every 2-3 hours with lots of play time in between. I also have two crates (medium/large) that can always be used during a stay. To introduce a new dog I always take them on a walk together first with a distance and slowly close it as the walk goes on. I have a gate as well separating the downstairs and upstairs incase the dogs ever need to be separated.

About: I have my own kitten, Gwyneth, who is my pride and joy. I have experience taking care of friends and family’s cats of all ages. I am comfortable with all cats whether they’re shy or loving or a little spicy. I’m comfortable with oral meds, ear drops, and topical meds if needed.

“I was so worried this is the first time we have used Rover…Wendy was wonderful with Snoop and took great care of him, we will definitely be using her again to watch our little man!”

About: My home is a dog lover's dream — two friendly dogs already live here and are always ready to make new friends. We have a fully fenced backyard (please make sure your pets are on flea and tick medicine as ticks have been bad this year), loads of indestructible toys (thanks, BarkBox!), and an open-door policy between inside and out, so your pup can roam, play, and lounge whenever they please. I work from home full-time, which means your dog is never left alone — I'm always here. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, in the bed, wherever they're happiest. This is their vacation too. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy couch to nap on, or both, they'll feel right at home. Pet care is genuinely woven into my day, not something I have to carve out time for. Since I work from home full-time, I'm always present — whether that's taking a mid-morning break to play in the backyard, keeping an eye on the pack while I'm at my desk, or just being available if anyone needs a cuddle or a quick romp outside. My own two dogs set the rhythm of the day — morning energy bursts, afternoon lounging, outdoor time whenever the mood strikes. Guest dogs just fold right into that routine. There's always someone to play with, always a sunny spot to nap in, and always a human nearby. My home is set up to be as dog-friendly as possible. The backyard is fully fenced, so dogs have safe, free access to outdoor space all day long — no leash required for backyard time. Inside, they're treated like family: furniture is fair game, the bed is open, and there are plenty of indestructible toys to keep them entertained. With two resident dogs already in the mix, guest dogs are never bored or lonely. There's always a playmate available, and I'm always nearby since I work from home full-time. I keep a close eye on group dynamics to make sure everyone is comfortable and playing nicely. I aim to keep routines as close to what your dog is used to as possible — feeding schedules, rest time, outdoor play — so the transition feels easy and low-stress for them. My goal is simple: your dog goes home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit.

“A great and safe home for your wee doggie. Ximena has two adorable and sweet doggies, a pug and a chihuahua. Ximena’s family are very friendly and helpful. You’ll feel like your doggie’s going to have a fun and safe day at Ximena’s house!”

“Great experience! Shannon and her husband are great and are obviously pet lovers! We have a nervous doggie and Shannon sent pics and updates. Will totally request them again!”

“Christine is the best dog sitter you could ever want for your pup. She is so kind and doesn’t mind if I drop Izzy off early. I feel my dog always has a great time and is safe with Christine.”

“Caleb accepted our last minute booking and was very accommodating. We had a really early drop off and a late pickup and they had no issue with that. Curry had a great time with their family. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs daycare services!”

“Alexis is always flexible and has helped me out last minute multiple times. She is very nice and has a calm demeanor. Her dog Scout is very friendly and energetic and gets my dog to play, which, as a single doggo child, is really needed!”

“Denise was the BEST for our dog Goose. She communicated with us all day, sent tons of pictures, and was flexible with our schedules. My dog had a blast out at her farm with her dog and family, he came home tired and happy.”

“Jennifer and James were such a God-send when Spenser and I were getting married last week!! Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! They sent us cute pics of our babygirl relaxing on their couch and playing in their backyard during the wedding reception. It really put us at ease. We've never had to turn to Rover for dog sitting, usually we have family do it (obviously not an option when the whole family and friend-crew is at the wedding), but now that we know how amazing James and Jennifer are, we are forever grateful and liable to ask for their help again! Thanks SO much!!”

About: My family owned a large yellow lab and I was the care taker of him from a young age. I have taken care of pets for family and friends in the past and am looking to make use of my free time. I recently graduated from college and I am a member of the National Guard. I’m Not currently employed so my schedule is flexible as long if I am given advanced notice. I live in a single story duplex. The neighborhood is walkable but there are no fenced in yards. There are natural trails nearby to accommodate exercise for your pet.
About: I have a senior pet myself. She is a 15 year old shitzu that I trained (If you know about shitzus they can be very sassy/stubborn lol). I have also raised two of my cats from 6 weeks old. Both my dog and cats are very friendly and tolerable. My boyfriend is home most of the day. I am a waitress so I don’t go into work until 4 or later usually I get out at 9-10 but usually earlier. Besides that I am always home. I care for pets that I am watching just like I would my own! My apartment building has a big yard and i have many good pet friendly parks very close by. I have multiple dog toys, treats, and dog bed (but my dog is small) I also have multiple cat towers, scratchers, toys, and treats. My pets are feed 3x a day morning, noon, and night. My dog is walked at least 2x a day not including potty breaks.
“Heather and family provide a fun, loving environment for Archie. They have a big backyard for him to run and play. He had a great time there and we look forward to taking him back.”

“Aubrey was really sweet, and good with my dog who has a previous history of being reactive. She was very understanding, followed all instructions, and was attentive. I’d book with her again!”

“Jennie is awesome! We needed someone to come over and let our 2 dogs out mid-day, walk them and play with them a bit. She has gone above and beyond and has exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend her. She’s a star!”

About: I’m a natural born animal lover. I grew up rescuing birds and any kind of critter since I was a small child. I lived in Missouri and was blessed with a big yard to fill with dogs and a loving home to fill with cats. I also have a strong passion for rabbits after adopting a disabled rabbit. Long term animal shelter volunteer and worked with Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue. Fear-Free training and certified. I’m extremely flexible. I work from home for a fulfillment company and work for myself. I do have a medical asthetics license but not working out of home right now. I think communication is so important- especially when it comes to your loved ones. I am happy to provide photos and detailed updates. I also love all animals so it’s not a challenge to treat others as if they were my own.
“Taylor was great! She came over the day before to meet the doggies. Even though the times I originally requested were a little difficult for her schedule that day (it was last minute,) she did all she could to make it as close as possible- and ended up being there about the time I had requested anyway. I scheduled two visits in one day, and while I said the second visit only needed to be a feed and let out in the yard - she asked if they could still go for a walk. :) She was also very observant and noticed a small scratch on one of my dogs, sent a photo, and asked if I wanted her to treat it. I really appreciate all the attentiveness; and the above and beyond she provided for my babies. Most importantly, the dogs seemed to really like her too. :) We are already planning for her to return. Thank you!”

About: I have over 5 years of pet-sitting experience and have had dogs my entire life, giving me extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs of various breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. What sets me apart is my commitment to providing personalized care and maintaining each pet's normal routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. In addition to pet sitting, I occasionally volunteer at a puppy nursery that cares for rescued mother dogs and their newborn puppies. This experience has given me additional exposure to caring for young puppies, monitoring their needs, and helping provide a safe and nurturing environment during an important stage of their development. I am comfortable caring for multiple pets, administering basic medications if needed, and providing extra patience and attention to puppies, senior pets, and animals with specific routines. Whether a pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply having companionship throughout the day, I adapt my care to meet their individual needs. I understand that every pet is unique, and I strive to provide reliable, attentive care while keeping owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. I am currently taking online classes over the summer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, pet sitting, and overnight care. My priority is always providing a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment for pets. I live on 12 acres in a quiet setting and have one small, very friendly Cocker Spaniel. While my yard is not fenced, pets are always supervised outdoors and can be kept on long leads for safe exercise and exploration when appropriate. I never allow pets off-leash unless specifically instructed by the owner and it is safe to do so. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping their environment clean and secure. I understand that trust is important when someone is caring for a beloved pet, so I maintain open communication and provide regular updates and photos. I also pay close attention to each pet's behavior and needs to ensure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my time with them.
About: I’ve been pet sitting since highschool at the age of 14. I’ve am also a veterinary assistant since 2023! I have my own pet that is a very active German Shepherd! I am a college student working at a vet clinic 15+ hours a week in the evenings! I am very flexible during the day time. Most days I don’t work until 3pm! I can easily monitor your pet and make sure it has a blast when in my care! The care I provide for my own pet is something I pride myself on and would love to care for yours!

About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. Looking forward to meeting your fur family! My daily routine is very relaxed in the summer because I’m off as a teacher. My family is home most days other than the occasional summer outing. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.
About: I have had four of my own dogs and I have also taken care of my family pets while they went on vacation or my neighbors when they needed someone to walk or wash their babies when they didn’t have time. I would say iam very experienced even with new pups. I volunteer at the animal shelter taking dogs out for the day to enjoy a bit of freedom. I would like to note that I have a puppy of my own who is extremely dog and cat friendly. So that is something to note for any of my customers who would like to board their animal with me! I have a part time job that I only work once or twice a week so I have a lot of availability for when owners need some extra help. I have 2 fenced in backyards! So plenty of room for either a small or large pup to play. I don’t have any other pets so all my attention will be going towards your pup. I love to go on walks nd nice outtings so your pup will always be in eyesight but also him or herself.

“Donna is EXCELLENT with my dogs Charlie and Buddy. They're Maltese-Shih Tzu mixes, 7 and 3 years old, and they absolutely love her and they walks she takes them on. I've watched her with my boys and based on what I've seen, would highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a walker with a great temperament and strong skills at dog handling.”

About: I am a dog lover through and through. I’m a proud “step mom” of my fiancé’s Shiba Inu, Charlie, but at this point I really consider him my dog too. He is an absolute angel and I love to give him lots of walks, take him to the dog park (he is healthy and vaccinated!), give him lots of pets, and the occasional treat! Other than watching Charlie, I have dog sat for a few family friends, and I used to volunteer at a local animal shelter by walking the dogs and cleaning their stalls. I work from home full-time. I have 8 hour days that I’ll be tied to work, but your dog can hang with me nearby when he or she wants the company! In the evenings and free time I am able to walk or play with your dog, and give them the attention they need. I live in a Condo with a small screen in porch. Our dog, Charlie, is super good around other dogs! He is a medium sized shiba inu and is somewhat reserved, but also super patient with overly friendly dogs. I keep a clean house and will ensure a safe environment for your dog’s stay. Charlie is a big runner and will take off if he finds any way out, so I’m super conscious to make sure any dogs who stay with me stay within the home! To go outside, I’ll have to walk your dog around our area on a leash.
About: Hi, my name is Becca. I live with four dogs, two Yorkies(Cocoa and Buddy), a Pit mix and a Beagle (Doobie and Maribel)! I love to play in the backyard with them and take them on walks. I think that it’s important to show dogs you care about them, by spending time with them. I enjoy long walks especially with dogs, it’s more fun when you have a furry friend with you! I look forward to getting to know your dog and learning more about their personality. Don’t hesitate to tell me if your dog has special needs or requirements. My schedule is somewhat flexible. I am currently in paramedic school. My classes are mostly in the mornings, but my schedule is pretty flexible during the afternoons on week days. I have a fenced-in yard, and all dogs have plenty of toys to play with! I often run around in the backyard with them to help get some of their energy out!
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life. Friends and family have trusted and relied on me to make sure their pets are loved and taken good care of. I’ve taken care of puppies, cats, and even senior age dogs. I’ve seen it all and have experience with animals who have cancer and can try my hardest to make them comfortable and be able to enjoy their time with me. I have recently graduated with my Bachelors of Health Science degree and I’m currently in a professional program at my Mizzou to graduate with my OTA degree! I am married and my husband does work remotely from home for those who board or book daycare with me, your furry friend will be with him and I and our pups Scout and Luna. I have a fenced in yard and a lovable puppy ready to make new friends! I can adjust to what your cat or dog may need to be comfortable in a new environment. Whether that be with meet and greets beforehand or just lots of love and space to help them feel comfortable.
“Maddi did an amazing job taking care of my Bella! Bella is usually afraid of strangers and takes a bit to warm up to them. She took to Maddi immediately and wanted to start playing! Maddi was always on time for her visits and very thorough with her Rover Cards which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Maddi for your fur children! I will definitely be using her again myself!”

Moose already is looking forward to going back!”
