The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. Additionally, she paid close attention to my elderly dogs health, which really set my mind at ease. If we ever need boarding services again, I will definitely be contacting Victoria.”

About: I am a huge animal lover. We have 3 cats and a shepherd mix dog. I also have a 4 and a 6 year old, so any animals must be good with other animals, kids and able to be crated at night as our dog is also crated. I love and have taken care of many animals and enjoy all fur babies! I am a graduate student so I am home most of the day besides an hour or so for class so fur babies are well cared for and get plenty of attention. My husband also WFH so someone is typically always home. Our yard is unfenced so dogs will have to be leashed for potty time. My dog is crated at night and when we’re not home. Our cats free roam the house, so we just ask that your pet is friendly with cats.

I am a veterinary student in my clinical rotation years. I live in a duplex, meaning I have my own house with no roommates. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I can pet sit from your house if you have multiple pets and are gone for days or pet sit from my own place if you have just a cat or a smaller dog. I live in a duplex at the moment by myself without any pets, but I pet sit for friends a lot, driving over to their places to let the dogs out/walk them, feed the cats/dogs/fish and clean the litter boxes, make sure the water bowls are filled, etc.

About: Moe’s Place is a small in home dog boarding facility. I provide one on one care as well as exit baths. Moe’s Place has commercial kennels indoors and outdoors so they can stay outside when the days are nice. There is a large fenced in play area, but only dogs who come together play together. I make sure every dog is given some additional time to be treated like family. We turn our pups out in the morning before feeding, around noon and early afternoon. We also ensure your pup has time to go out before bed. We live here so it makes it very convenient to ensure your family member is getting the best care. We have lots of open time and play time. If your pup decides they would rather play indoors, we have an indoor play area also.

About: I took a very active role in caring for my family dog until he tragically passed from cancer in 2019. I have also dog-sat for neighbors’ pets with particular dietary needs. About: I have about 3+ years experience with watching / taking care of dogs. I’ve had my fair share of experiences knowing what they can and can’t eat and what questions to ask regarding a dogs diet. I have experience staying over night with dogs (at my place or theirs), going over to their place and taking care of them for a few hours, and of course walking dogs. I’ve had experience taking care of older dogs, about 13+ years old, and younger ones, roughly 4-5 years old. I am currently working on a thesis for graduate school and my schedule is rather flexible. I have time most mornings, afternoons, and evenings to take care or watch over dogs. I am also able to dog sit at the owners place if need be. I live with my parents so I probably wouldn’t be bring the dog home too often, but I’m pretty active and would take dogs on walks throughout the day. At a clients place, I like to chase them around for a bit at times and play around with them occasionally. I have a lot of energy so I have no problem with younger dogs.

About: My family has had at least one cat my entire life, even as many as 7 at one time when my mom rescued a kitten litter from a busy street. At a young age I learned to both love animals and to treat them with care. In my dad’s home we had a great big dog raised from a puppy, and as a college student I especially miss being able to take a dog on a nice summer walk. I’m currently working part-time in the evenings most days of the week. My schedule varies from week to week but I am reliably available before 3pm daily. I make time to give my cats enrichment daily and play with them in a run to get those zoomies out. My cats are slightly fat from how I like to treat them, but I do not share human food. I would do the same for any pet sitting situation in addition to following the dietary guidelines if your pet needs to eat less treats. Additionally, I would be taking my own tax of pets and ear scratches if the client is willing.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kiddo. Animals including dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, cows, horses, goats, lizards, etc. I try to make the pets feel very loved as their own family would. I have experience administering medicine. I have a full time job, but am flexible and can provide potty breaks when needed! I cannot keep the animal in my home, but would love to keep them in a place where they feel comfortable!! About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. Looking forward to meeting your fur family! My daily routine is very relaxed in the summer because I’m off as a teacher. My family is home most days other than the occasional summer outing. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.

“Victoria and her son are fabulous doggy caregivers! I left my 2 dogs in their care for a week while my family was on vacation. The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. “Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

About: I have training experience & trained my pup myself! We play, snuggle, walk, and continue to practice training every day! I love teaching my pup new tricks, and can do the same for yours! We are very happy & energetic in our home! My sweet Buster gets along with other animals very well! He's a sweetie! I make sure to do mentally stimulating activities and challenges for Buster! They're so good for dogs! I make them fun and rewarding! I can do that for your baby too! I work full-time. And when I come home, my attention is on my pup- getting his energy out and having fun! If your request is for house sitting, I would need to bring my dog along with me. I'm home all evenings and all weekends. On the weekend, especially, I'll be available to do all the caring for your sweet babe!! The #1 thing is I don't give my dog people food. If I do, he only gets safe fruits & veggies and cheese. I don't have anything a dog could choke on or really swallow. I put Buster in a kennel when I'm gone, but I could leave your dog out if they don't do kennels. Please ask me questions if you have any!
