“Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

Her communication was consistent and very thorough for each visit by not just describing in detail what she did, but also how the cats were responding and interacting. She was very efficient in her visits giving ample time to play with all three cats, who require more playtime than typical cats because of their breed. She went above and beyond by cleaning up any extra messes from the cats, vacuuming, replacing the trash, and placing packages left at the front door inside the house. About: I have grown up with Dogs and Cats. I have also pet/house sat for friends and family through middle school, high school and college. I have grown up with cats I’ve had/have 4 (Dizzy, Yoyo, Bast and now Tiffany!) My favorite activities with kitties are playing with the string toy, brushing, giving treats and snuggling while reading/watching Tv/doing Homework. I also like to keep the blinds open so the kittens can look out and watch the birds. Lastly of course I love watching them get the zooms! :) As far as Dogs, I’ve had/have 4 German shepherds (Apache, Zoom, Camo and Ranger), 1 husky (Cherokee) and 2 Australian Shepherds (Banjo and Max) My favorite activities with dogs are throwing the ball, running/walking, brushing/baths, snuggles and getting a snack never hurt! :) I have taken pride in self training my dog to be “good K-9 citizens” ex: No jumping, “Sit”, “Down”, “Waite”, “Leave it” and being good on the leash! You just have to figure out what the dog’s favorite reward is. It could be a toy, treat or positive pets/loving!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, always thought about being a vet but it never happened. I am in the medical field, I just help humans instead. I believe dogs are the most loyal animal you could have I your home. The love they give is unmatched, no judgment on us humans, they love us unconditionally. I’m currently not working due to the pandemic, I’m home all day taking care of my dog. I have time for your fur baby all day. I have a house with a fenced yard. I live in a great area as well. I have a fenced yard that’s a decent size. I let my dog out several times a day, sometimes we take car rides. I rarely use a kennel but if your pet is not house trained or can get destructive, I would recommend you bring a crate in the event I have to run to the store or something.
About: I have been around dogs for 18 plus years. I have dog sat many different animals as well. I personally have 2 Golden Retrievers named Kali and Bentley. I have a 1/2 acre backyard that they swim, play fetch, and chase after a ball in! I have experience with training and working with dogs on their commands. I am currently in Nursing School. I am PRN at my current job however with being so busy with school I have just been putting my entire focus on home and school! My normal days are 8-12 everyday while I do sometimes have a late day of about 4pm at school(very rarely)! I am currently in school so I am pretty well only gone for about 5 ish hours a day and sometimes longer but that is very rarely and I would make sure to accumulate that schedule with you and your pet. I work on homework here and there through out the day and when I take breaks you will always find me and my two dogs outside playing fetch! I have a fenced in backyard with over 1/2 an acre to roam and play in. The inside of my home is over 3600 SF so I am easily able to separate animals if needed. I have a large basement where my dogs stay during the day if they are wanting to play and it is too hot! If for any reason, I can easily kennel a puppy.

“Fawn is fairly new to Ximena and her pack. I wanted to have a back up sitter for when we wanted to board Fawn. Fawn gets very excited when we pull up to Ximena's house. She knows the dog "pack" and is excited to be there. When I pick her up at the end of the day, she is ready to have a nap, as she has had a busy day walking and playing. Ximena takes very good care of her. I recommend Ximena for caring for your small dog. She and her pack are great!”

About: I am a huge animal lover. We have 3 cats and a shepherd mix dog. I also have a 4 and a 6 year old, so any animals must be good with other animals, kids and able to be crated at night as our dog is also crated. I love and have taken care of many animals and enjoy all fur babies! I am a graduate student so I am home most of the day besides an hour or so for class so fur babies are well cared for and get plenty of attention. My husband also WFH so someone is typically always home. Our yard is unfenced so dogs will have to be leashed for potty time. My dog is crated at night and when we’re not home. Our cats free roam the house, so we just ask that your pet is friendly with cats.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a child. I am currently in college to become a certified veterinary technician. I have veterinary medicine training and can spot health problems right away. I have administered medicine and given medication orally. I have open availability through out the week when I work so your furry friends will always have someone at home to take care of there needs. I have a small fenced in part of my yard. No animal is left unattended and is always safe in my care. I always go out of my way to make my home feel like there own.

About: I have worked been around and worked with cats and dogs for my entire life. From having quite a number of pets throughout the years to just going over to a friend’s house and ending up spending more time with the pets than anyone else, my love for animals is strong and my connection with them even stronger. Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! About: Moe’s Place is a small in home dog boarding facility. I provide one on one care as well as exit baths. Moe’s Place has commercial kennels indoors and outdoors so they can stay outside when the days are nice. There is a large fenced in play area, but only dogs who come together play together. I make sure every dog is given some additional time to be treated like family. We turn our pups out in the morning before feeding, around noon and early afternoon. We also ensure your pup has time to go out before bed. We live here so it makes it very convenient to ensure your family member is getting the best care. We have lots of open time and play time. If your pup decides they would rather play indoors, we have an indoor play area also.

We offer a unique, kennel-free experience for your furry friends, with 13+ acres of land and lots of woods to explore. ** Fenced in area for our furry friends who need the accommodation, in the works! I am a stay at home momma with my 3 boys. I will be able to provide care for your fur baby all day long. We are very outdoorsy and love to go on walks, play outside, etc. Depending on how your dog does with being off leash, we can keep him/her on leash the whole time or let off to play while we are outside. Must be kid friendly, and we can discuss if you're comfortable with off leash or not. We have 13+ acres for your pup to play on and a fenced in area for those friends who need the accommodation. Of course I can keep your pup on a leash if they need to be, or if you're comfortable with them playing off leash they would get to explore with us. We have one golden retriever who is extremely loving and not phased by anything.

About: I've had pets in my family since I was a kid, and I have taken care of foster animals, family pets and friends pets throughout adulthood. I have taken care of pets who have medication needs and environment needs (scared of thunder and such.) I work for myself, so I am able to work around my work hours accordingly and easily to provide the care that is needed for my clients. My care is adaptive to each pet family's needs and home. I am an observant person and pay attention to the details while caring for pets. I cannot take on daycare or boarding services right now, but I am more than happy to take dogs for walks, care for cats, and pet sit while you're away.
About: Animals have always been my passion, ever since I was young. Having four dogs and two cats at home, I’m experienced in multiple types of pets! Any special requirement for any dog is never too big of a task. Keeping the pet happy and comfortable is my top goal. I have worked with a senior dog, keeping him comfortable and as active as he can be was somethin I took pride in doing, puppies are also no trouble. Entertaining and making sure they potty where they’re supposed to. Messes are no problem though, upset stomachs are something that happen and it’s okay! Accidents happen too and I’m up to cleaning it. My schedule is normally pretty open. I have taken care of three dogs for years, and then having one more to the group to make four. I would be going to your home to help take care of your dog or cat. Keeping them comfortable is my main goal, I always wait with patience and take my time to try to bond with your pet.

My availability is open depending on your needs and logistics for dog walking and drop ins. Prefer if walking the dog in the community earlier morning hours or later afternoon hours to avoid the heat. For dropping by, anytime of the day can work. I service the Eldon, Missouri, area to the eastside of Jefferson City, Missouri. Trips to the Taos, Missouri, dog park can be arranged. “Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

We had a meet and greet to ensure our dogs were compatible, and she immediately made me feel comfortable that Squish (my puppy) would be happy and loved. About: I have been dog sitting since I was 13! My experience includes senior dogs, medical-needs dogs, puppies, and everything in between. Both, growing up with dogs and pet sitting, has given me years to understand mannerisms, how to train animals, and most importantly, how to make sure they feel loved. I work fully remote therefore I have the ability to work anywhere & schedule check-ins and walks around my work schedule. Currently I am taking my dog on a walk in the morning and after dinner. I would be more comfortable boarding the dog in my home, but willing to discuss staying away if it is what is best for your pet! I have 1 dog. He is 30lbs and has never met a dog he doesn’t like!

When I went to drop Lottie off she brought her dog down so that they could meet on neutral territory, which was really nice and during the weekend she text me updates and pics every day. I liked that she only took one pet at a time in addition to hers, that made me feel much safer leaving my puppy there. I would definitely recommend and use her services again!”
