About: While I own a cat of my own, I also have experience with caring for cats during my time at CARE STL. After moving from the dog house to the adoption center, I was responsible for cleaning the cat rooms and kennels, feeding and refilling water bowls, and performing in-takes (vaccines, chipping, etc.) Along with dog-sitting, I have also taken care of cats from many families, including one for two weeks. I believed I am more than capable of caring for any feline friend!
About: Hello! My name is Steven Willard and I love animals. I have always had pets growing up as a child and I've continued to have pets into adulthood. I enjoy learning and understanding all different types of animals from dogs, cats, reptiles, and small pets. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends, and neighbors pets. My wife and I have 3 dogs, 2 old beagles (Ollie 12 years old and Henry 11 years old) and a 6 year old aussie/beagle mix named Kaylee. We walk them around our neighborhood on a regular basis and play with them in our yard. We have a 4 year old Siamese cat named Blitz and we recently had a bearded dragon who passed away. Having older dogs, I have had a lot of practice with giving dogs medication mostly in pill form. I've also had experience with puppies and kittens. I have a flexible schedule and will keep my calendar up to date with availability. I have a lot of weekend availability for walking and drop-ins. I am happy to walk and play with your pets. I have experience administering medication to older dogs and cats. I have a high attention to detail regarding my surroundings as I have runners that like to try and get out when the doors are open.

About: My wife and I are a dedicated pet-loving team who will treat your pets like family. I’ve cared for animals my entire life, and my wife is a trained veterinarian with over 10 years of experience in Mexico. She’s currently working as a vet tech as she works towards the ECFVG certification which will allow her to practice as a veterinarian here in the U.S., bringing a deep understanding of animal health and behavior to every visit. We currently share our home with 3 dogs, 1 cat, 9 chickens, and 2 turkeys—so we’re no strangers to pets with all kinds of personalities and needs. Whether your pet needs playtime, cuddles, medication, or just someone patient and kind, you can trust that they’ll be in safe, experienced hands with us. I work from home full-time, so your pet will have plenty of companionship and care throughout the day. I’m often outside with our own dogs, so your pet will enjoy lots of fresh air, playtime, and supervision. My wife works four days a week but is home in the mornings and afternoons, so between the two of us, someone is almost always around to give your pet the attention they need. Whether your dog loves being active or just relaxing with company, they’ll feel right at home here. Your pet’s safety is our top priority. We have a fenced backyard where smaller dogs can roam safely. For larger dogs, we use a secure tie-out cable system to give them outdoor time while keeping them safely contained. Inside the home, we can easily separate pets if needed—our basement and main living area are fully divided, making it simple to create calm, stress-free environments for each animal. Our chickens and turkeys are kept in a fully enclosed outdoor coop, well away from visiting pets, so there’s no risk of unwanted interactions. You can trust that your pet will be cared for in a safe, secure, and attentive environment

I will definitely be booking again!”

About: Charismatic and outgoing animal lover with 16 years experience owning pets, and hundreds of hours volunteering at the humane society in 3 different states. I grew up with cats, but could not own a dog until I moved out on my own, so I quickly got my first baby Alice the first chance I could. My fur babies include a 13 year old sweet beagle mix, Alice 🌈 and two gentle loving cats, Poppy and Millie. All of my animals have been around other animals their whole lives and get along with all creatures. I prefer not to board cats, but can keep your cat in a closed bedroom for their stay. I would love to open my doors to help out families in need of a more personal way to board their pets when they are away. Your animals must get along with cats and small children. I have a very flexible schedule so I have the ability to care for your pet throughout the day, depending on your pets individuals needs. My pets have free range of the house. Visitors dogs can be crated if needed or have free range of the house if ok left unsupervised.

“Erica is SO nice!! I’m so glad I found her. I needed her to watch Louise since I was going to Six Flags and would be gone all day, and I was late picking my dog up. When I apologized, Erica was super understanding, kind, and flexible about it. The next time I’m in the area, I’m definitely going to have Louise go back to her. I can tell my dog had a ton of fun because she was in a good mood when I picked her up and went right to sleep when we got home. Thank you Erica!”

About: Welcome! We are a passionate, animal-loving mother-daughter team ready to give your pets the royal treatment. My lifelong love for animals started with my childhood beagles, followed by a schnauzer, and has grown to include four dogs of my own, a guinea pig, a bearded dragon, and numerous fish! We are starting this venture this summer to help my daughter build her skills and chase her lifelong dream. Ever since she was 4 years old, she has wanted to be a veterinarian—she even has a master plan to build a vet practice and a petting zoo on the exact same property! I love her animal-loving spirit and want to support her dream in every way I can. We work as a dedicated team she will be taking the profits and placing them into her savings account), so rest assured that your fur babies will truly become our fur babies while they are in our care. We can't wait to meet your pets! As a school district employee, I am currently on summer break until August! This means my schedule is wide open, and pet care is my main focus right now. My daughter and I are home almost all day, allowing us to provide frequent potty breaks, constant supervision, and plenty of playtime. Whether your dog needs a structured routine, midday walks, or just lots of couch cuddles and companionship, we have the flexibility to match their exact needs. Once school starts back up in August, we will transition to evening and weekend care, but for the summer, your pup will get our full, undivided attention! Because our own dog prefers to be an 'only child' and a single-sibling fur baby, we exclusively offer care in your home! When you trust us with your pets, my daughter and I will treat your home with the utmost respect, exactly as if it were our own. For House Sitting, we adapt entirely to your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. This includes their regular feeding schedule, medication administration if needed, and plenty of play and cuddle time. For Drop-In Visits or Walks, we ensure they get plenty of exercise, fresh water, potty breaks, and of course, lots of love. We also always make sure your home is secure before we leave and will send you plenty of photo updates so you can see how much fun we are having!

From feeding and walking to playtime and giving them lots of attention, I’m very comfortable handling dogs and making sure they feel happy and safe. Being around dogs daily growing up has helped me understand their different personalities, needs, and energy levels. I’m also a very active person, which makes dog walking something I truly enjoy. Whether your dog needs a quick walk, a longer energy-burning outing, or just some companionship while you’re away, I’m happy to provide it. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of free time, so I can give your dog the attention and care they deserve. My goal is always to make sure every dog feels comfortable, exercised, and loved while in my care. I treat every dog like they’re my own and want both you and your pet to feel confident and at ease. I’m currently a student at a local university, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I typically have classes from 10 AM to 1 PM on most weekdays, but outside of that time I have plenty of availability for dog walks, drop-ins, or pet care. I’m usually free in the mornings before class, afternoons after 1 PM, and evenings. Because I have a lighter schedule outside of class, I’m able to dedicate time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m happy to work with owners to find times that best fit their dog’s routine and needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow any instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any specific care your pet may need. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, attention, and affection during visits. Whether that means going for a walk, playing with their favorite toys, or simply keeping them company, I’m happy to adapt to each dog’s personality and energy level. I also understand how important communication is for pet owners, so I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and doing well. I will always treat your home and your pets with respect and care.

About: From personal experience, I have had a dog for about 8 years now. Full pit bull and I love him dearly. I only have one, but am thinking about another. With new dogs I don’t know I am always gentle to start until they get to know me. I’m currently working part-time at Sarah’s on Central and typically work Thursday-Sunday. Starting in August I will be attending Maryville University as well. In my home, I only have one dog who honestly does get spoiled to death but he loves it that way. If I’m home all day I will take him out every 2-3 hours just to make sure he is all good and everything and if able will go with your dog as well unless less time is needed.

“Stephanie was amazing with our two dogs! She had great communication and we got lots of pictures all weekend, which is nice when you miss your fur babies. She gave the dogs a little goodie bag with treats when they left! I can’t wait for the dogs to go back to Stephanies”
“10/10 would recommend! She provided pictures and videos. She was excellent at communicating and answering questions I had. She was also very flexible when I needed assistance with changing pick-up times. I would highly recommend and look for her for your next boarding!”

“We dropped off our golden retriever Jerry with Elisabeth while staying with friends in Chesterfield. Elisabeth and her family were great - Jerry got plenty of exercise and they kept us updated on his adventures each day. Would happily board with them again. Thank you!”

“I highly recommend Beth! Had to go on a family vacation to Florida and leave my dog, Gary, for over 5 days for the first time ever. Beth was very accommodating and Gary had a blast! Will definitely use her again when I need to. 5/5.”

“Blake took excellent care of my extra large dog! He sent videos every day and gave him the same care he would have gotten at home! Grateful for a great place for my pup to vacation while I was on vacation!”

“Melissa and her family took great care of my dogs. She sent lots of photos and they always looked comfortable and well cared for. I know the boys were happy to come home but they were probably sad to go, because they got a lot of love and pets at her house.”

“Tamara was very responsive and helpful in coordinating Willow's weekend stay. She shared pics and updates. I could tell my pup got lots of love and attention. She also had a blast playing with Tamara's pups. I'm hoping to continue to bring Willow there for doggie day care and even longer boarding visits.”

“Tiffiny took great care of our puppy, Beemer! She even started working with him on a few commands and continued potty training him. He was a happy pup when I picked up! Thank you!”

“Paula did a wonderful job - she deserves Five Stars for watching over my pup Watson! It was my first experience going through Rover for dog boarding. Friends recommended checking her out as they’d used her and were very happy. She did not disappoint - Watson was just as relaxed when being dropped off and when picking him up at the end of my trip.”

“Nikki is AMAZING and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Rover sitter! She goes above and beyond to make sure your fur children are safe, happy, and entertained while in her care. Quigley loves going to boarding or daycare with Nikki and her fur babies! Plus Quigley always comes back to me tired from all of the play and fun he has had! Can’t wait for our next stay with Nikki”

“Very accommodating gentleman! Nice fenced back yard, easy to get to his home! I felt great leaving my dog with Davey! He even sent pictures of her playing, which calmed me down as this was her first sitter! THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Jade was so amazing with our 3 dogs! She is very attentive, and they loved playing with her for the week! Upon meeting her, I knew that she would be a great fit for our fur babies. Thank you so much!”
