“Hire this woman! I needed to find a pet sitter for a week very last minute and I found Brittany. I’ve never left my cat Dutch with anyone so I was definitely stressed. But I knew within minutes of meeting Bri I had chosen the right person. My cat is very shy but she warmed right up to Bri. The pics and vids I got during my time away showed how happy Dutch was with her sitter. I was surprised at how well it went. She was playing and getting brushed and petted and so obviously calm and content even though she was alone for the first time and couldn’t go outside. Bri also did thoughtful things like get my mail and take out my trash. She made me feel comfortable leaving my home as well as my baby cat. She was a great communicator throughout my time away with good updates. She made it much easier to enjoy myself and not worry about my baby. I grew up with cats, but could not own a dog until I moved out on my own, so I quickly got my first baby Alice the first chance I could. About: I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. About: I used to pet-sit. Worked at a day-care a while ago. I've worked and interacted with all types of dogs. I enjoy what I do. I actually get really excited when working with dogs. I know they're a lot to handle sometimes but I feel like they're great fun to work with and they always make me feel better. My favorite types of dogs include Boxers, Miniature Schnauzers, Miniature Pinschers. I like all dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am really into playing fetch with dogs. But my long-term goal is to make this a full time 8 hour day. The 8-hour schedule block will entirely depend upon demand though. Whether it's broken up into different times of the day with a break in between or a full 8 hours non-stop, entirely depends upon when clients need availability. The number one most important thing about pet care is communication though. Between the owner and me. The sooner we know things, the better. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I currently provide care exclusively in my clients' homes because I believe most pets are happiest and most relaxed in their own familiar environment. For drop-in visits, I focus on sticking to your pet's normal routine, feeding times, potty breaks, medication if needed so there's as little disruption to their day as possible. I like to spend quality time with each pet, whether that's a walk, active playtime, or just calm companionship, depending on what they enjoy most. I always keep a close eye on their environment to make sure everything is safe and secure, and I treat every home and every pet with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. Communication is important to me too so I'll keep you updated with photos or messages during visits so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.
About: All my life, I have bonded with both dogs and cats, and animals in general. I have been told that I have an ability to connect with any animal effortlessly. While I have been dog-sitting for friends, family, and others for about four years, I also have worked as a Caregiver at CARE STL, an animal shelter in St. Louis. During my time at CARE, I fed, walked, played, and formed connections with over 100 dogs, as well as cats and other animals. After that, I started working as a server/bartender at Bar-K, to make money while still working in an animal-friendly environment. Since then, I have been a reliable, trusted, and consistent dog-sitter for many clients. The safety and care of any animal is always my biggest priority, and I promise that I will not disappoint! I currently am not working, as I have just recently graduated from Saint Louis University. In other words, I am more often than not, completely available to work anytime on Weekdays and Weekends. However, on June 1st, I will be starting an internship that requires 20 hours a week but my schedule is extremely flexible, as the internship is willing to adjust to whatever schedules I have. Because of my flexible availability, I am able to spend as much time with your fur baby as you would like me to. Whether it be cuddling, playing, or going outside, I will provide all of my attention and services to the care of your animals.

I love getting out, walking, and playing with doggies, cat, and any pet. I have a new fence and it has a access with no steps for my older doggies. There is also ramps for those shorter dogs. About: I have been watching dogs through Rover for the past three years or so. I truly enjoyed having a dog around and decided to adopt one of my own. I enjoy taking dogs for walks, I check in on dogs, cats and birds in my neighborhood. And I would love to care for your dog for a few days in my own home or stop by yours so you can enjoy a vacation without having to worry about your fur baby. I currently work full time so weekends are best. However, I am a teacher and I will have more availability during spring break and the summer months. “Meagan is amazing. We have a 14 year old German Shepherd Red Heeler mix who is not very friendly to new people and is very anxious. Our daughter mover to Kansas City so we no longer have someone to watch Chevy when we need to go out of town. We have two trips coming up so I thought I better start getting someone over here to get to know Chevy and she know them. At the meet and greet I told Meagan how Chevy was and she immediately got down to Chevy's level and just talked to her, I Gove Meagan some treats and after a while and some patience on Meagans part Chevy finally started taking treats from her. ( there may have been a couple of warning nips at Meagans fingers) The first day she came to walk Chevy she was the same way, very patient with Chevy, she gave her some treats and after a few barks she was all good. She was even better the second walk. I really appreciate Meagans patience with Chevy and that she understands her anxiety. I feel confident that Meagan will take good care of Chevy when we need to go out of town.”
