“Mr. Man (my cat) was quite taken with Latasha. He enjoyed snuggling and hanging out with her, and I was very happy that at the end of our trip he was in good mental and physical health. I hired Latasha to day sit with Mr. Man as he recently got a bad cancer diagnosis, and I was afraid he might not be in good enough health for us to travel. “We had Mallory stay overnight at our house with our senior Persian. Before her stay, she came over for a meet and greet so everyone felt comfortable. It was apparent that she is a very kind and caring person. During her stay she kept us updated with how things were going and pictures. She cleaned up a couple of puking incidents and let us know that Marigold had in fact puked, had been sneezing and hadn’t had a bowel movement. These updates were truly appreciated and I was relieved she was paying attention to things that seemed out of the ordinary. Marigold routinely potties on potty pads and Mallory kept up with those changings which, in my opinion, is above and beyond kitty care. Additionally, Miss Marigold tends to yowl in the nights as she has aged and has reduced vision in one eye. Mallory was patient with those night time needs and brought her back to bed with her to comfort her. Overall, I appreciate the above and beyond care and I recommend her to anyone who has kitties!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was young. When I got older and moved out on my own, I ended up getting cats too. I currently have 2 cats that live with me, one was adopted and one was a stray kitten that I found in a thunderstorm. I’ve worked at a veterinary hospital doing tasks like feeding animals, administering medication, cleaning up after them, bathing them, etc. I have also worked at a couple of dog boarding shops. So, I can handle a lot of animals at once. I’m quick on my feet, especially when animals are getting too rough with one another. This happened a lot at the doggy daycares I worked at. But I know how to break up dog fights without hurting the pups in the process because of my experience there. I have been pet sitting independently for about 5 years, and I prefer it to being in a shop. I can have a closer relationship with the pets I watch this way. I’ve raised my own dogs and cats, so I know how to take care of them. I also know the certain behaviors to look out for, whether an animal is sick or not acting normal in general. I’m very attentive and your animals will be very safe in my hands. My passion is taking care of animals. I do this full time and I love every minute of it. My schedule is always open for your pets! I live on about 7 acres of property. The yard is not fenced, but I can take pups out on a leash. I do have 2 cats with me full-time but they’re very friendly. She was a German Shepard chow who loved going on walks in the park. I love being outdoors, whether for business or personal health, Disney, and cooking. I work as an RN full time 12 hour shifts, typically overnights! If you need a quick walk or drop in visit in the early mornings, mid day, and early evening, I'm your gal! If you need a quick drop in while you are at work or running errands, I'm your gal as well! I do not mind late night drop ins or walks as well, I am pretty flexible for walks and drop ins throughout the day if I’m not working at the hospital or studying at school. I love to walk parks and hike through trails, and your dog can come along for the ride anytime!! I am always very respectful of boundaries and client's homes. I will care for your pets just as you would, providing them with as much attention and love they desire! I am always respectful of your pets boundaries as well, and will never put them in a stressful situation. I currently live in an apartment that only allows cats, and I have one kitty cat named Booker. I am a nursing student and I study quite a bit. If your pet needs a person who can chill and keep them company, I can 100% provide that! If your pet needs someone to play and run around with, I can 100% provide that as well! If your pet has medical administration needs, I have experience with this as well. One family that I pet sat regularly for had a kitty who needed insulin via injection two times a day, another had a pupper that needed two pills at morning and evening feedings. I am always punctual with medicine times and I follow instructions very closely.
About: I am an animal lover at heart. It’s been my job to care for my neighbors and clients pets well being for years now. Pets are family and I’ll treat them as my own. I work part time from home so my schedule is flexible! I am available weekends, early mornings, late at night, etc. When I’m not working, I stay at home with my 20 month year old son who I’ve also now turned into a huge animal lover. My house is small and one of my dogs is very selective so I’d prefer to keep your furbaby at their home. I can stay over or visit multiple times a day- whatever works best for you.
