“Desiree completed multiple drop-in visits (2x daily) during a week-long vacation for my two senior cats. Mr. Twix is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. Desiree was happy to stop over ahead of the trip to go over insulin and daily routines. I asked for photo updates and Desiree was happy to share! About: I have had animals my entire life. As a child we had cats, and dogs. I helped care for my neighbors hobby farm when they were away. As an adult with my own children we have had a dog, who sadly passed away 3 years ago. He was my eldest pet. He purchased a bunny to appease his love for animals, but it has not filled that hole that is dog left. I have 3 kids, 13, 9 and 6. They all love animals. We help care for friends pets when they're out of town. I would love to care for your pet! And my children will give them lots of love and snuggles. I homeschool my kids. So the kids are home 6 days out of the week. My husband is a nurse and I am home with the kids and I will be able to give your pet lots of attention and care. About: We have had a dog our entire life. We have cared for small dogs, large dogs, and puppies. We recently had to put our large Goldendoodle down and looking to care for others. I work from home full time and able to care for any potty trained dog. I am able to let them out several times a day on a leash. I will be able to take them on walks daily as well. About: MY family and I foster through the Carver-Scott humane society, with 2 Maine Coon cats of our own. I have 2 assistants (11 & 7) that would join me if approved to play with and cuddle your pet. We are understanding of varying personalities and intricacies of all animals and needs they may have. Our family is a homeschooling family that has day and night opportunities to serve your family. Our schedule is constantly changing, but can make time that fits into your schedule as well. We will come to your home to do the items you wish - feed, play, walk, cuddle with your pet. If your pet prefers a quiet environment with no kids, I will come solo. If your pet loves to play and get cuddled the 2 children will be happy to love on your pet. They are trained by the humane society and are well equipped to handle pets in different situations.

I have had dogs, cats, chinchillas, rabbits, sugar gliders, rabbits, tortoises, frogs, hedgehogs, hamsters, fish, shrimp, crayfish, birds, etc. in my care and am happy to provide excellent and quality care for any type of animal you need care for. I have 2 responsible older kids who love animals and we have a houseful of love and animals. We would love to spend time with your precious pets and I have the love, time, and resources to meet all their needs and adjust to their schedule. We believe in slow, positive intros, and a safe and happy environnent. I always keep dogs in my care in our new fenced yard or on a leash. Fence has technology to notify me if a gate has opened. I supervise during play time and separate animals during food times. Make sure they have everything they need, including medications, or extra cuddles, walks, etc. Work with animals using positive reinforcement and praise.
About: Had dogs my whole life. Usually labs. But always enjoyed them more than humans 🤣. Recently had my dog of 15 years pass away and am just looking for some animal atttention! *Update: got a new golden doodle puppy! So as long as your dog is friendly they can play! I do a lot of work from home but would be busy Tuesday’s and thursdays. Some weeks vary. But as long as it’s planned I have some leeway with my schedule. I have a dog friendly neighborhood with an electric fence that was for my dog. The yard is pretty big. And we have ropes leashes and collars for all shapes and sizes of pups 🐶

Family friends, coworkers, and even travel agents come to me for puppy/animal care! Pet care fits in perfectly with my routine. Every pet is different, and I believe clients know their pets best. At the same time, I use good judgment and common-sense safety practices to ensure pets remain safe, healthy, and comfortable while their parents are away. I am patient, attentive, and observant, and I make it a priority to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and needs. Whatever that means, I aim to adapt my care to what will help each pet feel most at ease. I also value staying in contact with pet parents throughout their time away, as much as their availability and preferences allow. Regular updates help provide peace of mind to everyone, and if any questions or unexpected situations arise, I can communicate promptly so clients stay informed and involved in decisions regarding their pet's care.
