I have had my own dogs (and cats, chickens, bunnies, etc!) my whole life. We both work from home and will be with your fur baby 24/7 during their stay. My husband and I both work from home. We are both home and able to provide 24/7 care for the animals we board! Our large, fully fenced yard provides lots of space to run and play on nice days. I have a very large fenced yard with two dog pools for hot summer days. My home offers multiple rooms and, due to the fact that we often foster, we have several kennels and other “safe space” areas if your fur baby feels safer hanging out or sleeping separately from the rest of the pack. Although, we are a household that encourages pets to curl up on the furniture! We have 2 dogs of our own- a collie/Aussie mix and husky. Both are friendly, up to date on vaccines, and love other dogs! Lastly, we are a cat friendly home but do have separate spaces available if separation from them is best.

As a husky owner I understand the importance of patience, training, respecting a pet’s boundaries and the need for a variety of physical and mental exercise. When I adopted my dog he was still a pup and underweight due to the prior owners negligence. With my previous experience and training from the world class rescue which I adopted him from aided in his recovery and now flourishing life. Every pet has a different personality and preference and I firmly believe that should be respected.
