“Molly is the absolute best! I was Leary about hiring a stranger to come into my home. But Molly is very professional, and she sincerely cares sooooo much about my pet. My kitty and I just love her, and will be hiring her again and again.”

About: Short and sweet, I have been taking care and loving animals my entire life. (41 years). I grew up on in the country with large dogs, typically at least two of them in the house at all times, that were rescues. I have experience with the entire lifetime of animals, both dogs and cats, from birth to the final day. If you are experiencing those difficult senior years or decision-making process, I am there for you 100%. I am more than comfortable around big dogs! If my place was big enough for and they had room to run outside I would definitely have golden retriever or boxer. Today I'm a cat mom of 9 years for a fluffy, big, orange, adorable cat who you guessed it - is a rescue. That said, I am great with both dogs and cats!

“This was our first experience using Rover. Thank you for making it so easy. Macy S was the best! She was so polite and conscientious. She sent the cutest pictures of our cats warming up to her and it made us feel relieved they were safe so we could enjoy our time away from them. Overall very positive experience. Would use Rover again.”

“I am a returning customer because Emily has done such a great job with my two cats. Emily is communicative, reliable, and goes above and beyond when petsitting, giving my kitties attention and playtime in addition to providing for their basic needs like food and water. Thank you Emily!”

“Penny was my favorite sitter so far. She was great at communicating before, during, and after the trip. She left my house almost better than it was before I left. But most importantly, she bonded with my cats. I felt completely at ease while away because I could tell by her messages and photos that she genuinely liked my cats. Bonus... She also has a sense of humor. I will definitely be booking with Penny again.”

“Olivia was amazing!! She took such good care of our kitties while we were away and left our home totally spotless. She even watered our plants for us during the most recent heat wave! Highly recommend!”

“Sarah took care of our cats, and I’ve came back to a clean fresh litter. She even clean some of the cats poop outside of the litter and feed/refill water. Definitely recommend her services. Thank you!”

“She did a wonderful job with my guinea pigs. She went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of when I was gone. I was nervous about leaving them for an extended period of time as they are older guineas pigs, but she did better than I could have expected. I would highly recommend”

“Thanks for taking such great care of the boys! Everything looks great. I have some dates coming up in July and later and will request a rebooking if that is OK with you.”

“Lauren was fabulous! Definitely 5 Star rating! She was always on time & we got great photos of Lulu! Definitely would recommend her. She went beyond her duties & swept the litter up around the box perfectly & kept uneaten food in the frig which we forgot to tell her to do! Played with Lulu & stayed with her. Thank you Rover for introducing Lauren to us!”

With 8 years in animal welfare, I understand behavior and emotions, including noise fears, nervousness with new people, leash reactivity, shy/timid, resource guarding, seniors, puppies, and special needs pets. I also care for cats of all personalities independent explorers, playful toy lovers, and devoted snugglers. My goal is to give your pet a safe, loving, stress free home where they feel truly cared for while you're away. Each dog in my care receives personalized attention and love. For daycare and boarding, I limit to two dogs at a time to ensure quality care while they are in a new environment. I’m happy to provide photo updates, and our home is fully prepared for play, rest, and supervision. I’m home during the day, which allows me to provide pets with consistent attention, companionship, and enrichment. About: I set the intention of pet care to being a friend to your pet and partner to you. I respect boundaries and priorities as needed. I currently work flexible hours throughout the week based off clientele. This would be an addition to my job as some days I have the entire day off or atleast half of it. Your pet always comes first. I take care of others pets like I’d expect a stranger to walk in and take care of mine. I want to leave with the intention that if I were to come back, your pet would open the door.
“Best sitters ever! Couldn’t recommend Karen and Ryan enough. Lambo absolutely LOVES when he goes over to their house and gets the wiggles every time he see them. Just proves how much they care for your dog like their own. They’re very flexible with my schedule and I can’t appreciate that enough.”

“Sophie has been walking our dog twice a week for the last few weeks and it’s been awesome! Sophie is always on time, is a strong communicator about what happened on the walks, and most importantly takes really good care of our dog. Our dog loves her and that makes me so happy. Thank you Sophie!”

About: Growing up with 2 dogs, I know the amount of pure joy and giggles all doggies bring to families! I grew up with 2 little Dachshund (wiener) Dogs named Frankie and Lily! They were both so smart and oddly enough thought they could fly! They knew every night at exactly 9pm it was officially SNACK time! As they both aged, I spent much time carrying them up/down stairs, walking them and bringing them to appts such as Vet, Chiro and other therapies. There is no greater experience than coming home to your best friend wagging their tail. My main job is supporting the deaf/hard of hearing in the twin cities. My work experience allows me to get a sense of my surroundings quickly. I have experience house sitting, walking dogs and also taking dogs to vet/grooming appointments. Now I have 2 fur babies Highlander cats, Gracie and Fynn. ❤️ can’t believe I lived so long without my kitty cats!!
“Molly did a wonderful job walking our pups while we were out of town! We appreciated how punctual and communicative she was, sending us lots of pictures each time she visited. We could tell she gave the dogs lots of TLC and was very attentive to each of their different needs (one dog is a young energetic pup and the other is much older and low key). We’d absolutely work with her again!”

“Shayla has been an amazing dog walker for our little Mabel! She’s very attentive, fast at communicating, always takes lots of pictures and always fills out the Rover card! If I could give her ten stars, I would! 😊”

“Laura has been excellent - you can tell she loves animals! She is great with the dog that she walks for us. She is dependable, great with communicating and responses!”

About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid. In middle school, I began taking care of family & friends’ dogs. I love spending quality time with dogs, getting to know their unique personalities, and honoring their needs. I am also an experienced dog groomer who values building a bond of trust with pets and their families. I am a full-time student from September-May. I work part-time during the summer, so I generally have more time to spend with your pet throughout the week. I play organ and sing at various churches every weekend, which occupies my Saturday evenings & Sunday mornings. I also practice music every weekday morning. My home does not allow for pets, so I will be happy to stay in your home and take care of your dog in the environment they know best.
About: I've taken care of cats for most of my life and volunteered at an animal shelter for a few years. I've taken care of two cats up into their old ages of 16 years and 19 years old each, both living healthy, happy, comfortable lives indoors. They were shorthaired cats, named Morris and Edward. Morris was a wild rez cat, he was very silly, small, buff black cat who grew just a little bit fat in his old age, and since he was young he's had a slightly shorter, stubbed tip tail and a frostbitten ear. Edward was a rescued wild barncat from the farmlands outside of Wrenshall, a big, lean, and smart gray cat. They both lived very happily together under my care and the care of my parents and grandparents for their entire lives. I have two cats, the oldest is 5 years old, her name is Charwee, and the youngest is 2 years old, his name is Riggsatoni. They are both longhaired cats, with Charwee being a near-black tortoiseshell with a golden ruff, left foot, and a series of golden freckles across her face like a galaxy, finishing with a "shooting star" out of her left ear. Riggs is an dusty orange and white mask-and-mantle, taller than his new friend, Charwee, but with just as much fur and sweetness as she has. He's still getting the hang of being part of our household, as he's been with me since November 2025. I've also managed to train my 5 year old cat a variety of tricks and help behaviors, such as: She reminds me to take my medications if I've not gotten to it yet. She can also do two variations of a "stand" trick, complete the "spin" trick in both directions, and understands her "left" and "right" sides after training her the "touch" and "high five" tricks, meaning you can ask her for a "left paw touch" and she'll give you one. She is also trained to walk on harness. I am in process of training my youngest 2 year old cat to get him used to his harness, and even considering training him with tricks as well, but I am also giving him time to get used to his new home with my boyfriend and I. I have lived with both shorthair and longhair cats, and I've managed to trim claws with little issue for most cats; granted, some cats are obviously not always going to be comfortable with claw trims, and therefore, in my experience, it has been better for their mental state to only do one claw every five to thirty minutes, and reassure them that they're okay with giving them pets, play, and treats, or even their personal space if they desire instead, with gentle speak to remind them they still need their "spaw" day, because no one wants their nails embedded into their pads. For very short times over the course of my 26 years, I have also taken care of dogs every now and again, and even managed to train them how to handle claw trims or do some tricks. I once even had a pair of two mixed shepherd pups, picked up from my reservation, and managed to train them to follow off-leash, accept claw trims, wear harnesses, do a few tricks, and even accept baths in the short time that I was taking care of them. I'm flexible as I'm currently unemployed and job-hunting. I'm often awake at 7am but I don't become more active until 8am, and from then I'm available until 9pm. I'm usually observing body language, often consciously listening to vocal cues, and being mindful while learning about other's pet's behaviors and preferences, paying attention to any possible wants or needs via observing body languages; a few examples I can provide is when my cats point their bodies towards their bowls and indicate to me that something isn't full enough and needs more food or water, or when they indicate they want to play with me and not the other cat, or when they use their paws to touch things that have something they want inside of them, like a bag of treats or a drawer that contains the treats.
“Kayleah did a great job with our very large and energetic Shepherd mix! Her communication was excellent, and Dawson was always excited to see her. Next time we need a dog walker, we’ll definitely reach out!”

“Tony takes such good care of my girl when I’m working long days. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s getting loved on and lots of playtime, and she recognizes Tony’s name with a pitty smile and thumping tail.”

About: I am a current cat mom and grew up with an outrageous amount of animals ( at one time we had 4 cats and 2 dogs) and truly made me appreciate all animals. I watched some dogs throughout college and have pet sit for my sister on multiple occasions- i work from home 3 days a week and work super close to home so i would be able to get around quickly if needed. i love walks and usually walk for about an hour to hour and half after work and would love to be able to bring a doggy with me i work full time however only in office 2 days a week - i like to have outside time perfect for dogs to join me especially when it is nice out however a little rain never hurts. i work pretty close to where i live which means being around to take care of any animals is very easy. the weekends are pretty free usually and would love to be able to bring a pup for any adventures to burn some energy or have a cat to hang out with and kill time with some cuddles and possible treats and playing with toys currently having one cat it is pretty easy, she has way too many toys for one cat and has an automatic litter box and food bowl to make it easy sine she likes to wake up at 4am however i make sure she gets a great amount of attention with having play time every night, some other cats or dogs may not be into everything so i like to hang out and see what animals are like before doing new things so i dont stress them out and get them to like me first and be on common ground before starting any negotiations with them about walks or treats or pets

I can provide a separate room for pets, as well as a crate, if needed.

“It may sound cliche, but in this case it also true that Robert truly enjoys being with and caring for your dog. He’s responsive, conscientious, and sent a few great photos of our dog relaxing on her bed - she appeared to immediately feel safe and cared for. Thank you!”

“The whole family loves animals and knows how to keep a happy calm household. The fenced in yard has shade and places to play and explore. The human family can watch the canine family through the patio door too.”

About: I have 3 dogs, 2 of which were raised from birth, assisting in the birth of 1. Continually implementing positive crate training and standard obedience training. Invested in keeping them active and healthy I have a full-time job but I am home every day by 2:30pm. I look forward to spending time with your pups during the afternoon and evenings as well as holidays! I have 3 friendly fixed active pups (9M,7F,5F years of age) to keep your pup company. I have a non fenced in back yard for playing and live near a park excellent for walks. I have a medium sized dog crate that I use for night time crating. We allow pets on furniture in our house.

“Ashley did a wonderful job watching my goldendoodle Crosby! She sent an update and/or picture everyday to let us know what kind of activities they got up to each day. I was very happy with how much exercise she gave Crosby, sometimes I was worried that he was having so much fun that he wouldn't even want to come home! Knowing that Crosby was in such good hands with Ashley while I was gone gave me a lot of peace of mind.”

Meagan is a fabulous care giver, she understands the needs of our senior pooch, and made it easy to feel at ease because of her kind and easy-going manner. Meagan instantly has a good rapport with people and animals which built our trust and confidence. We are looking forward to boarding our dog with Meagan again and again in the future! Bonus— Meagan is especially talented at taking photos of small dogs, which she generously shared with us throughout our time away”

“We love Stan! Our dog loves it there- he gets along great with Stan’s resident dogs. My husband and I love that Stan is great about sending updates and pictures and that he clearly loves dogs. We highly recommend him!”
