About: Dogs: I have grown up with German Shepherds my entire life. I currently own an elderly one and understand the difficulties of having an elderly dog. But also because I lived with them I learned to handle and read the body language of dogs. I have had a few smaller dogs in my life also so no worries if you own a smaller family member(s) because I'm comfortable with all sizes. (I have also been training dogs for 3+ years and wish to offer that soon!) Cats: My first job as a kid was to watch our kind neighbors cat. Meaning I fed, played and cleaned the litter box. About: I have had dogs in my life since I was born. I'm very comfortable and confident in giving them love and care! I've helped dog sit for my parents, friends & neighbors. I also had the amazing joy of raising a Boston Terrier to the blessed old age of 15. I helped train him as a puppy and in new ways once he lost his hearing and had memory loss in his senior years. About: Ever since I was a kid, I begged my parents for a dog every day of my life. I never got one as a kid, but I have sure made up for it since! I got involved with Grey Face Rescue and have been fostering dogs for the last 5 years. I am very proud to have gotten seven foster dogs to their forever homes. If it was up to me, I would have many dogs of my own, but I have a crazy work schedule in the summer, which would not allow me to care for a dog. In the fall, winter, and spring I love to bring animals into my home. During these months, I work from home and I am able to give many walks and lots of attention! My fosters typically get two 30 minute walks a day, which is something I also really enjoy. About: I've had dogs almost my entire life and have been taking care of the dogs of friends and family for the past 11 years. This ranges from absolute cuddle bug Yorkies to energetic labs. I work from 6-3:30 Sunday through Thursday, but making sure that the animals in my care have a regular schedule as best fits around that is key. First thing in the morning I'd be making sure the animals in my care have access to food and water and taken outside to do their business as applicable. Once I get home I recheck food and water needs and take care of their play and exercise needs. I have a fenced in yard and depending on the animal's needs, they can be crated or allowed to roam around the house. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be readily available and provide pets with plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I also have a fully fenced-in yard, which is ideal for multiple potty breaks, outdoor playtime, and exercise throughout the day. Caring for a pet comes down to consistently meeting their physical, emotional, and health needs. The exact details vary depending on the animal, of course! -I have a 60-by-55-foot fully fenced yard and pet gates in the house (if needed); -I love to go for walks with pets; -I love to cuddle and play with pets if that’s what they are into; -I feed them a balanced diet per owners’ instructions. Fresh water is always available. -I’d love to comb them if tools are provided from owners; -I provide lots of daily update pictures and/or videos; -And would be open to any reasonable requests owners might have.

About: Dogs have always been apart of my life, as I always had a dog growing up and at one point owned 5 dogs. To me having 5 dogs is no different than having 1, as long as you have enough love to go around. All they want to do is love you and make you happy, so how can you not love them in return. I have 3 dogs of my own right now and enjoy spending time with them. I probably spoil them as they know when I come home with bags that there is more than likely a treat or toy for them. I’ll always follow your instructions and your dog’s normal routine, including feeding, potty breaks, medications if needed, and any specific behaviors or precautions you want me to know about. During walks and drop-ins, I keep a close eye on your pup and make sure they are secure before opening doors, gates, or leaving the home. I’m also mindful of things that could be unsafe for dogs, such as food, household items, or anything they might try to get into. I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. About: Hello! I am so excited to meet you. Thank you for taking interest in my page! I am a recent homeowner and would love to be able to share this space with your furry friends. I have extensive experience with kitties, and have owned my 2 pups for just about 2 years now! I also have 2 kitties who we have had since kittens, who are 9 and 6 years old. Our pets are regarded as part of our family, and I am excited to make yours feel at home as well! I gladly offer potty and play breaks in our large fenced in back yard and lots of enrichment activities, from lick pads to puzzle toys. Please reach out if you have any questions! I work from home on Fridays, but otherwise that means that I am out of the house from 8 am to 4:30 pm. I do require a supervised overnight visit before I can allow pets to stay over while I am at work, but are happy to host your pets while I am away for the day, and can work with you to figure out a plan that works with my WFH schedule if you'd like as well! I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly, active pups. My kitties are also super friendly and welcoming, though less interested in playing than the dogs. I have the ability to set up separate areas of our home as well, and regularly allow the dogs outside to play. They have 24/7 access to water and I am able to adjust to any feeding schedule or medication needs!
About: I grew up with dogs, and miss them dearly in my life! Friends, neighbors and family have relied on me for years to take care of their pets: while away traveling, or in hardships. From closely monitoring my friend's cat after surgery when she couldn't call off work, to weeklong stays in family homes with rambunctious puppies, I've done it all. I have personally kept a freshwater aquarium and understand that fish and reptile care is much more detailed and intensive than many may first assume. I am currently not offering care through my own home, but I am happy to provide check ins on many varieties of pets! I adore reptiles and exotic pets, and will happily feed, administer care, and help wear them out by playing inside, in the yard, or walking the nearby area.

“Our dogs had the best time staying with Aastha and Daniel! We received multiple photos and updates daily and I was totally at ease knowing they were getting plenty of exercise and attention. My dogs have never been exposed to cats so I wasn't sure how boarding them in a home with cats would go. But their home was so well equipped to keep the cats separated. They have a big beautiful sun room in the back of their home that can be closed off as well as a lower level that can be closed off. They also have a large fenced in backyard where my pups thoroughly enjoyed playing fetch during Daniel and Aastha's work breaks. The best part was knowing that Daniel and Aastha mostly work from home. Our dogs are used to people being around so this was a huge bonus! Our younger dog can have some anxious tendencies that affect her eating and her GI and she had no issues during our 5 day trip. We will definitely book them again and cannot recommend them enough!”
