About: I have taken care of many dogs and cats over the years. I have had 5 dogs and 6 cats myself in my lifetime. I regularly take care of a 14 year old dachshund. I have been caring for him for over 8 years now. He comes to my place and stays up to a couple of weeks several times a year. My dog and cat both get along with others very well. Deru is the little guys name. He is a diabetic. I have many years of experience giving him his insulin shots and special food needs. I feel I can handle most any pets needs with little or no problems. I have many many references I can share with whoever would like them? I love rescuing dogs and cats. I love trying to help place them in loving homes. I also know many vets in town that would also give me great references as well. I can't think of anything I would rather do with my life than taking care of dogs, and cats!! I have a dog and a cat myself. My dog is a high energy dog so she gets dog park time every day as well as walks around her neighborhood almost daily. I only have a partially fenced yard. However I will not let a clients dog of a leash unless we are at an off leash dog park.

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, doves, horses, chickens, bunnies, ducks, and many other animals! I have a range of experience caring for these pets and making sure they know that they are a part of the family. About: Before I became a flight attendant I had 5 doggies that I miss so much! Now that I travel for work & can’t have animals I’d love to mingle with them even if it’s a quick walk to the park. I started on Rover about 6 years ago after leaving my job at a doggy daycare, and have decided to return to Rover after working as a veterinary technician in a high-paced clinic for the past 4 years! When working in a clinic setting I primarily handled patients undergoing anesthesia, but also worked closely with doctors providing care to patients as young as a few weeks up to 20+ years of age. This position taught me how to administer medications, safely handle animals, clean up biohazards, how to win over cats with spicy temperaments, and enjoy working with a wide array of pet personalities. I am comfortable working with any breed (dogs and cats!) of any activity level, and am looking forward to meeting your kiddos! I am currently working Rover as my full-time job while starting up school part time this fall, so I am usually quite flexible fitting your needs into my schedule! While I am not able to board any animals at my home at this time, I am extremely comfortable dropping by your home multiple times a day to ensure your animals are getting the attention they need.
