We got several picture updates while on our trip and it made us feel so comfortable with being away. Bear looked so comfortable and happy in the pictures. About: I have had my cat Meows for 10 years and my cat Precious for 5. I love both of the to bits and miss them every day while I am at college. Our care for them has been fairly easy because they are very healthy cats, so I’ve never experienced caring for cats with extreme needs. That being said i definitely know how to clean a litter box, feed dry or soft food, play, and give lots of love!

About: I've been a dog lover my entire life. In fact, when I was little, I used to tell my mom I wanted to be a dog when I grew up! 😂 My passion for dogs led me to begin fostering in 2019, and since then I've helped around 40 dogs find their forever homes. I've worked with dogs from all kinds of backgrounds, though many of my fosters have been puppy mill survivors who needed extra patience, understanding, and support as they adjusted to life in a home. I've fostered with several wonderful rescue organizations, including Underdog Rescue, MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue, Minneapolis Animal Control, and Coco's Heart. About: Need someone that loves your dog like you do? I can help! :) I’ve been an animal lover my whole life! I bring a calm and understanding care to every fur friend I look after. I currently dog walk a sweet 5 year old Boxer-mix weekly, but I’m excited to add more animals to my schedule. I build a bond with the pets in my care and am always looking for ways to personalize my approach to best fit their needs! -I also volunteer weekly as an animal care assistant at the Animal Humane Society! I am working part-time so I have lots of time to spend with your pet! I am available on weekdays for walks & drop-ins! I would love to meet your fur friend🐾 Making sure your pet feels comfortable is my top priority! I take the health and safety of the pet in my care very seriously. Ensuring that they receive their regular feedings times, potty breaks, medications, walks, play-time etc.! Aside from usual clean-ups (accidents/messes), I also do my best to tidy up as I go.

“Amanda and Leif are absolutely amazing!!!! They responded to us so quickly to doggy-sit our Rott/Shepherd mix (Bear) while we went on a family vacation. They asked all the appropriate questions and it was very clear they wanted to make Bear feel at home while we were away. They were responsive, flexible, communicative, and so friendly!! We got several picture updates while on our trip and it made us feel so comfortable with being away. Bear looked so comfortable and happy in the pictures. He was taken on so many walks and played with… We could tell he was shown so much love! When we picked him up, he was still giving love to Amanda! And she was soooo great in the information she shared with us and it reassured us that they all had a great time together. We are so thankful as this is our first Rover experience with Bear. Because of how awesome Amanda and Leif were, we are totally going to be back! If you’re thinking of booking your pup to be with them, absolutely do!!”

My older dog is deaf and has some GI issues requiring medication which Monika took care of for me. The pictures she sent on a daily basis showed how happy they were and cared for.
