About: I've had a cat in the household since I was around 10 years old and haven't gone back. From one stray we adopted to four wild siblings and everything in-between, I've always loved cats and have scooped their poop more times than I'd like to recall. They do come with their personalities and after raising a kitten by hand, I understand the distance some need as well as others that can't get enough of the cuddles or play time. Although medication is much trickier than dogs, I have also been the one to give out the medicine, trim claws and just about everything needed for their well being. I'm a cat mom and would love to take care of your feline :)

About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. About: If my husband would let me, I’d buy a zoo (come on powerball). I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve never met a pet that I didn’t want to spoil and cuddle. My daughter calls me a “stay at home pet mom”. Most days I’m home all day, with the exception of an occasional errand, appointment, drop ins for other dogs, or maybe a date night. We have 3 rescue kitties, who are like my tiny babies, very spoiled. Bam- who loves to help walk all the pups, and my girls- Pumpkin, and Elsa- who try to avoid visiting dogs at ALL cost. Basically I’m their “do-girl”. They all know how to talk me into extra treats. We also have Cash- a 1.5 year old, 30lb. Cocker Spaniel- who likes to think he’s a 125lb Husky. He hasn’t met a dog, big or small, he doesn’t like. We have a new pup, a female cocker spaniel, Carter. She’s 8 months now, she has appointed herself Official Play Time Supervisor of any and all dog guest- your pups will go home tired. Occasionally our daughter’s Boston Terrier, Franklin will visit, he hasn’t met a person, dog, or cat, he doesn’t like. He’s truly the best boy. I have had to administer meds in the past and don’t mind doing so. Animal caretaking is my full time job and my family is 1000% okay with that. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t want to bring home with me. We just moved from Sparta to Ravenna, and we’re now on 3 acres. Your fur baby is invited and encouraged to make our house their home away from home. They will be well spoiled and loved, as my entire family will be doting on them.

If you need a pet sitter who will run your hyper dog around the yard for hours to get them to go to sleep, I'm your girl:) I have experience mainly in shepherds and larger dogs since I have been watching them since I was about 14 and grew up with 3 shepherds and a lab. About: I have always loved animals. My favorite thing to do is go on walks because I get to spend time with my best buddies and I get some excercise myself. All dogs have a unique personality and I love getting the opportunity to get to know each dog. I am a pretty active person myself so I am able to power walk or even run to get the dogs energy out! My schedule is pretty flexible but I prefer mornings and afternoons (morning walks are always peaceful and nice). I am willing to travel to trails and other walking areas to give the dog a new adventure and so they do not get bored with the same walking routine. “Felix was amazing with our pup! It was his first time without us since we got him and we were pretty nervous with how things would go, but our dog Chuck ended up having a great time! Felix sent regular videos and pictures and would send more whenever requested. We never had to worry about Chuck and knew he was having fun! The meet and greet before hand also helped relieve some nerves seeing the house and getting to meet Felix beforehand. We will definitely use Felix again with any of our dog sitting needs in the future!”
